Have to say this is the biggest store Ive ever seen. We need playing cards and they were a whopping $0.89 for a good deck.

The store was clean and disinfectant is available at the door. It wasnt too crowded on Sunday morning, they are remodeling but it didnt interfere with my shopping. They were low on a few items and out of stock on a few other things I wanted. But overall a good selection. They have installed quite a few nice new self checkouts. Which I love!

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Came in for a costume and they had only one left of what I needed but I had forgot my wallet and they don’t take Apple Pay so I asked if they could hold the item at customer service for 20 minutes while I ran home to get my money and they refused. I said I understood their policy of no holds but this was a special case as I forgot my wallet and would be back very quickly! They were rude and incredibly unhelpful would never recommend this Walmart, go to Springfield.

Walmart on W. 11th is exceptional. The customer service is a good experience. Competitive pricing. Covid-19 compliant. Clean bathrooms and overall facilities.

Gross, so many filthy, inconsiderate, anti maskers. I cant believe store management allows all these disgusting cootie mongers to stroll around contaminating the world, in direct violation of state mandate. I knew there was a reason i dont frequent this place,i wont be going back any time soon. Nasty

My wife works and I dont because Ive got stage 4 cancer so I do most of the shopping and sometimes I have to shop for Stuff that Im not excited about but Im man enough to do it.

The level they take to lock up everything is insane. You have to wait forever to get anything. Also why are men socks locked up but not girls,boys, or women socks???

The employees are mean and not helpful. But the prices are remarkable. The produce is always above average. The meat is very expensive though. I feel like the bad employees, but mostly awesome prices, and fresh, tasty produce balances it out. I shop here 2-3 times a month.

This used to be the nicer Walmart, the one I would go out of my way to shop at. Now typically, Im a very understanding person when it comes to customer service because Ive worked in customer service for nearly 8 years. However, this store has gone downhill as far as its employees. I have never experienced such rude, unhelpful employees.Upon the realization I had lost my debit card when I reached the register to check out, the cashier seemed annoyed when I asked if the transaction could be suspended while I tried to move money around to pay for my things. It was embarrassing enough to realize my card was not in my wallet, made worse by the cashier making it known to everyone around as she moved the transaction to another register. The next cashier was much nicer, but I was soured by my previous interaction with the first cashier.I dont think I will continue shopping here. The atmosphere has really gone south, and it sucks that something as simple as losing a debit card ended up being a horrible embarrassing situation. I hope things get better there.

I got followed around by a security guard the whole time because I picked up my allergy medicine and then went to find wiper blades and walked around for a bit because the store is under construction and I cant find anything. It made it really uncomfortable to shop so I went to target to get my groceries.Most woman are aware when men following them around stores so when the same security guy keeps showing up in the yellow shirt, you take notice. So after the 5th time seeing him watching me I gave up looking at Halloween candy and left.

They lost a customer today. They are doing a reset of aisles yet again. Again so many empty spots, moved items again. Come on, really! This companys upper management must not have anything to do except to create plan-o grams and inconvenience their customers.Good by Walmart.

Store was dirty, had only one checker and that was at the tiny cigarette counter, half the stalls were out of order so there was a giant line at the bathroom and the other bathroom was completely closed. Tons of items out of stock. They have funds to pay a security guard to walk all over but apparently don’t care enough to have staff to keep the building clean and have checkers. They rely on customers doing their job and checking themselves out. Definitely would not recommend.

You can buy almost anything here and the prices are comparatively low . They are open more hours than many places making it a convenient place to pick up just about anything you might need. They dont seem to have enough checkers working and the self checkout us often full. Otherwise nothing to complain about beside a lousy restrictive return policy .

This walmart pretty much is a definite superstore!! Theres a McDonalds on the right when u enter the main doors.. Slervice Deli with fresh meats and cheeses sliced to order. They have ready to eat hot foods, and abakery thats making fresh breads, pies and other delights!! Meat dept, grocery items food stuff, paper items, cleaning supplies, animal products for your pets, clothes for every shape, size and gender. From newborns all the way up to our elderly folks!! A material and other sewing needs dept, which i might add is cheaper than any fabric store locally hands down. Pharmacy, hair salon and a Vision Center. The employees are very helpful and nice. The store is nice and clean and so are the restrooms... Theres plenty of parking in their gigantic parking lot and easy to get in and out of thanks to the stop lights!! THIS IS ONE STOP SHOPPING!

The place will meet your need of a place to stay.- the wifi was to weak to be use. Had to hotspot my phone.Had basic cable though i seems like less than.No air conditioning and was kind of muggy.3 day limit on stay.

Confusing in store due to the remodel, not done and customers dont know where things are, overall was surprised how stocked a lot of stuff was stocked.

Completely understandably. This store is no longer a place to shop if you want to get ANYTHING out of a case. Waited 30 minutes and spoke to 5 different associates (One of whom was just chilling on her phone)to get and item out of the case. They all told me they would get someone, but Nobody ever came. Even called the store directly for help and was met with an associate who was audibly annoyed. Staff has been overworked and are no longer willing to do their jobs. I get it and suggest supporting them by no longer shopping here. It’s no secret that Walmart is a terrible company that treats employees terrible. It was my bad for going there in the first place. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Its very difficult to find anything in walmart anymore. They are always moving things around. And now its just complete CHAOS. Its not worth going anymore.

Pick up delivery was excellent. I reserved 8am and the employee was @my vehicle 8:12 my items were loaded.This location on 11th Ave in Eugene has far better staff and their restrooms were CLEAN ! On my way back to the coast to continue my prepping.

Very bad shopping experience this time around, because 1. Theyre entirely rearranging the store, and 2. Counted four people without masks, including 2 construction workers. Felt exposed and vulnerable. They also had to test the emergency alarm system at approximately 10:30 am?! I had to ask an employee what the heck was going on, and she thought it was a test (she thought). Get your act together, Walmart on west 11th!

Walmart is Walmart. I did have a good experience when getting set up with a straight talk phone and keeping my phone number. Toni was very helpful, I would give him stars.

My experience with this Walmart and a manager named Tyler and employee Jacob was so horrible and distressing I completely lost it in the store. Walmart lied to me and conned me out of $75 that I can not get back - leaving me stranded in Eugene. This story is long ... Im so furious ... have been trying to type this for some time but it has been very difficult. Ive decided to break it up into pieces and post as a thread. Ill include some of the relevant pics here and continue the story in the next post.

Short on checkers, which I understand, so I went to self checkout. No big deal right? Wrong! Had to have the attendant put in a code because of 1 item, she put in the wrong code and the touch screen was glitching so bad that it took a lot of extra time to check out. I think the company can afford to have functional equipment.

Excellent service looking for product employee took me across store to it .check out courteous and fast checking very polite . I will use this store again .

It was great!!! It wasnt too crowded in the store, which was good. And for the little stuff I had to get was great. I was lucky that they had Argan oil for my hair. $7.62., Organic cotton rounds$2.48.

There is only one checker for all the non self checkout people. This has happened twice in a row for me. Thought the first time was a fluke. NOPE! After waiting in a line of 3 customers I was told the line was closed. Then had to move to a line that if I had stayed in I would have been done already. I was eventually flagged over to another line. I overheard a customer talking to the team lead about it being his worst experience ever and team lead told him to call 1-800 Walmart and complain. That there was nothing he could do. Very disappointing. I have to travel an hour to get to any large stores and spend a lot when I do come out. This Walmart will not be getting any more of my business.

Worst store ever. If I could give zero stars I would. $10 belts locked up and no one will open it after 20 minutes and youve asked 3 employees. They deserve to be robbed.

The store is a nice big store they do have a lot of things but they had nothing that I needed they were out of all the things that you would need for summer type things but like icy machines and the snow cone machines and the ice cream makers they did have everything that you need to use for the machines but they just didnt have any of the machines but they had everything else and it was a nice store and it was clean and they were sanitizing everything behind the customers they just dont have enough electric car for the disabled customer though but thats just nitpicking other than that I would give them a great rating the customer service was really good

Pretty good selection of stuff, cheap too of course. I purchased some items here that were less than what Amazon was selling it for. Kinda crowded isles at times though. Also, the staff that work there are always kind and helpful.

Store was clean and was great to have more then 1 register open, but workers had no manners. Whip around with carts shopping and twice almost ran in to us. Was no sorry NOTHING 😐😔... She (employee with long pink hair) just kept going. So I wanted to do 5 starts because it is a clean store, but lack of polite employees 😒took that.

Employees were helpful. But having things like batteries and underwear in locked cases AND having to have them brought to a register for you. Made me have to pick a register that was not the best choice and made me feel like you think Im a criminal. I will avoid this store!

Their app and website is so easy to use,and their grocery pick up or delivery service is so convenient that it makes everyday life just a little less chaotic.

I have written my feelings before about this store and they were always negative. But let me tell you these four stars are for a employee named Brianna at the register, respectful,kind, and humble. Give her a raise!!! A first at that store. When people are in line and the line is out of control because whoever is in charge has 10 people walking around on the floor and the cashiers are swamped. I would have gave five but when I asked the manager how many employees were there, he said as many are out there those stars are for you Brianna. Hopefully u take your managers job someday..soon

The cashier was completely disrespectful, and got snippy with the alter abled senior citizen in front of me. Barely spoke to me. Was horrible customer service!

My Supercenter offers me a shopper to direct me & grab items I need. I have found each Wal-Mart trains their employees just a little bit differently. The stores have 95% of what I want making my life easier. Also, thank you for my $50. gift card.Diane Finn

Better Clothes selection in the homless encampment outside than there is indoors.Regional: go check out mens clothing and try to buy a pair of shorts that isnt small or 3x. Yall need to audit that department and focus on what people want (hint not sweatshirts on 100F days). Got me laughing good wishing I was a small woman or large fat man. Off to Target hopefully they have some shorts.Also came on for underwear but apparently thats under lock and key.Bathroom was clean so yall get 2 stars. Shoutout to the maintenence man for holding that ****storm together.

Garden Center entrance is not available to customers 99.9% of the time and the main entrance availability is only available particular times as well. So, if you need something outside of the food department, you have quite the hike, especially since there will be only 1 cashier....on a super lucky day there might be 2....and then there is the going around the employees that are stocking items and ones doing the pick-up shopping that neither even acknowledges the customer, let alone budge an inch so that anyone can see or get to shelved items. The bathrooms are horrific! And if you plan to cash a check or get money orders or wire money, good luck with their empty money center. The list goes on and on, but we top the experience with demands to view your receipt as you exit....as if it matters, seriously.The ONE POSITIVE THING ABOUT THIS WALMART IS that they are supposed to be going to only self check out with a floater employee. Where I DO find this thoughtless and offensive due to the elderly, disabled, and parents who are juggling kids already, I am grateful that I, personally, now have the last straw in my hand and theyll get not a other dime from me. There are plenty that feel the same way so I hope Walmart is ready for the consequences of their lacking in public and customer relations; by making the all mighty dollar more important than those that give them that dollar.

Great prices lots on clearance, some of the time & true plusrun small. Bought same size as last time, and too small.Other than that, quick checkout, lots of parking at 930 am Thursday morning 5,20,21

One day they may be done rearranging the store and mislabeling things and prices. But until then, were getting plenty of exercise just trying to find everything. Have fun. Be kind. If we are all a little bit aware of people around us, we can work together to stay out of each others way and get to where & what we need! 😘

Im sorry, I thought that when you open for business in the morning it means you are open for business. Not that its going to take an extra 1/2 hour before theres a cashier to check you out.

Crowded and not necessarily enforcing mask rules. As is the usual of a walmart. You get what youd expect.

Masks are required. The staff is always friendly, even when they are short staffed and stretched thin. They are always willing to stop what theyre doing to help you get something off a shelf or pick up a heavy box. And they were super willing to help me out to my car and help me put my groceries into my car. They may not always have the item youre looking for on the shelf but they have never declined to go look in the bank for a stash of that item. They are my FAVORITE Eugene location.

Mostly clean and easy to find things. But upon using self-checkout associate came over asking if the clearance items that I had ring up correctly I told her yes and how much they were . she voided those lines anf re-rang them to double-check to make sure it was right . it was embarrassing humiliating and outside of the realm of what she probably should have done so I dont know Im not going back to the store anytime soon again

Would be great if they could extend the customer service desk hours to 9pm since theyre staying open until 11pm now. Some of us cant make it when we get off work at the same time.

The only not rude employee today was the lady checking our receipt on the way out. Every other employee encounter they were rude. Need to teach ppl about good customer service

The reason I gave it a (4) Star 🌟 is due to the dissaray the Cosmetic/Drug Department Sections; as the store is moving items around. I had a very difficult time finding what I needed and it was also hard finding an Associate to help me.

This is a nicer Walmart in my opinion. Hadnt been here in quite awhile, but was impressed by the cleanliness & how well it was stocked.

Im not a fan of this chain and its only the second time I have shopped there as I needed a phone case. Upon entering store, I was overwhelmed by scents. If you are sensitive to it as I am, stay away.

Worst experience of my life. I was in dire need of nutrients and what I walked in there was absolutely nothing on the shelves. The first employee I encountered tried to slap me. I was appalled and I will never be returning to the store.

No one in the store that works here seems to care about the mask mandate. Customers and workers alike dont wear masks. Not inly is it against the STATE MANDATE, it puts the workers and customers at risk.

Walmart is always good in terms of affordable prices and if you look carefully you will find a good quality as well.

The produce clerk wears his mask below his nose while handling produce and will walk up and try to talk to you with his mask dangling. This place is an outbreak waiting to happen. I strongly recommend avoiding!

Took my service dog in there only 2 be stopped 3xs while I was trying to run in to get dog food. They kept asking if he was a service dog expecting me to say no. You arent supposed to ask! Most the staff is nice, but the greeters are rude.

At the moment they are remodeling **again** And its just so frustrating.

As far as Walmarts go, this one is clean and organized with helpful staff. It is better than many I have been to.

Long lines and the cashiers are pretty slow.

They keep changing the story around, making it hard to find things at times.

Prices are ok, most employees act appropriately. Unfortunately the security is overwhelming and lack the ability to read people. Then one register open with a line that I have currently been waiting in over 10 minutes. Two people have went through checkout in that time. Still three ahead of me. Coin toss if the prices are worth the headache.

There were way too many out of stocks. The person loading my stuff was very nice.

It was great! The item I needed the most of was on sale for less than $1 per can! SWEET!

I use nicotine lozenges. They are kept behind locked glass. Normally I dont mind because I understand the need to tighten security. But I just waited for over 20 minutes, pushing the red button for customer assistance like every 5 minutes. No one ever came. Entirely unprofessional and not good customer service at all.

To much security makes it hard to actually shop, and if you want anything you have to wait 20+ minutes for it to be taken out of a case. Issue is compounded by making purchases departmentalized and the cash register attendant also the sole key proprietor- and thus actually shopping is off the menu here now. - and if you do have it sent up front...after all your effort to obtain a product, you have to purchase it from 1 single line, and only that line.(wouldnt be the first time they have lost or sold the item I sent up front either) After you got your hand full of receipts, prepare to be shaken down at the door. Its a waste of time and nightmare to shop at Walmart anymore.

The worker at the door today asked to see our receipt as we left, and he was super rude about it! I stayed around for five minutes, and the guy didnt check out anyone elses receipt! I felt discrimination because I was with my blind mom, and the worker mustve thought that we didnt pay for our groceries or something. He looked at my receipt and told me to leave. He didnt say, Have a good day, or anything. I avoid the west 11th Walmart unless I have no other choice. Im a University of Oregon graduate, and the way I get treated there is ridiculous.

Every time I go to the store I have been treated very rudely and just speculoos by majority of the workers theyre very rude and judgmental their behavior is very unprofessional

I tried calling for information 3 different times and each time they go to transfer me to the department I was left on hold for ever.

Most everything you need in one place. What a concept. Never mind, so they say, Walmart destroys the small local businesses. The self checkout lanes are very efficient and useful in the time of the coronavirus.

The one on West 11th had what I need ed her looking poor so it was OK wasnt that crowded its kinda nice

We had a good experience getting our pick up order, the employee was very friendly and prompt 👍 the grocery were also nicely bagged, we had a good run this time.

Out of a lot of product and incorrect pricing on shelves.So many items are locked behind cases that it makes it extremely inconvenient and time consuming trying to track down an employee to open them.

By far the cleanest and nicest Walmart in townonly open till 8:30 during pandemic must have a mask just as a reminder. They have really cracks down on security as they have locked up most items over eight bucksso you have to get a person with a key to unlock each individual areas locked cases which is kind of a hassle but the good part is is that they take all your items to one register so you dont even have to so you end up with that empty shopping cart pushing around till you get to register baby thats not so bad I guess just takes a little extra time LOL. Glass half full kind of guy myself. Overall a great shopping experience

Thougj this is one of the larger Walmart stores Ive been in, it was somehow still pretty crowded. We got in, eventually dodged enough people to find what we needed & had an easy self-service checkout.

I worked here for over a month or so and never received my final paycheck. I have called multiple times and emailed to just be ignored by Julia and other staff members. I been waiting since may for my last paycheck and nothing has happened will be contacting corporate

I just want to thank Cheyenne and James for their assistance this evening. I received the best customer service of my life from these two. They graciously helped me load a box into my car and when it didn’t fit, they patiently and kindly helped break a part the box and individually load the pieces into my car. They even took my box to recycle for me. They went above, beyond and then some. Please extend my gratitude to them. I must also add, they did all this at the end of their day. They deserve massive kudos! Thank you again Cheyenne and James.
