Anywhere else can do what you need with better customer service and without damaging your vehicle. I went there asking to have air put in my tires, because they advertise that as a free service. The front desk agent said they would put it in as a fix a flat just so they would see me faster. Then I get stuck with a $40 fee, and I had just had some other unexpected bills I had paid, so this was significant and unexpected. Not 2 weeks later my air pressure sensor come on again. I had already decided not to go back there because of their shady practices, but I wanted them to check their work. Was told it was just low due to the weather. So, same as before, but luckily wasnt charged that time. After my services I noticed these give gouges all over my rims. This is the worst, but they all are scuffed now. I do not recommend this place at all.Edit for sake of response: As Ive stated, I was pushed into a service I didnt want. You do not know my financial situation, or that of your other customers and shouldnt push people into services. As I stated, Ive had to fill the air up every other week despite any valve stem or not, so that is irrelevant to me or this situation. And Ill note that you did not even address the clear gouging of my rims. I think BBB might be my next step, but I can see your rating is very bad already; not a surprise.Second Edit: I had to go through BBB just to get them to respond to the damage to my rims. They claimed it was curb damage and not them. Perhaps if it was only one tire and not all four tires, and didnt show up until after they handled my vehicle. They will continue to deflect and deny. I wouldnt use this company for anything, otherwise your looking at possible damage to your vehicle that wont be fixed, or services you didnt request.

I came into day because my tire had a slow leak. They fixed it in less than a half hour with no appointment. To be honest I hadn’t bought this set of tires here and have regretted it ever since. I’ve had this car for 12 years and have previously had Les Schwab tires on this car but hubby’s company used a different dealer in town so 4 years ago I went there- never again.Why I love Schwab- THEY ARE…fast, friendly and knowledgeable. The techs are great, the counter staff is great and I totally appreciate the free tire check and today’s free fix(screw stuck in tread). I’ll be back when these tires need replacing!!I’ve owned three cars over the last 20 years and all had Schwab tires, some had extra rims & snow tires that were all purchased from W11th store. Thanks for years of great service.

Had to make an appointment to repack wheel bearings on small year drop trailer. Appointment was for 2pm, got a call at 3pm, saying they couldnt find new grease seals. We told them to reuse the old seals, after examining them. Called back 20 minutes later, saying work was done. Total bill was $139.99. Were charged a standard rate, rather than the actual time to do the job. $140 for $2 worth of grease and used old parts. Not a bad pay day. Doubt well be back.

They were quick and helpful. Saved my tire that had 2 screws and a nail in it. Im driving over there when I need new tires.

Every time the tires get rotated they do not reset the low pressure sensors. So within 24 hours you have to return to get them to reset them. Last two times this west 11th site has had very rude technicians. So bad that I’ll be taking the vehicles elsewhere from now on. Sorry to see a good store go down hill so fast. Maybe it is the new ownership causing the issues.

Save your money and go to Goodyear on West 7th in Eugene . I was quoted $518 for new rotors and pads in the front. I went to Goodyear and spend less and got more for my money! Don’t waste your time or money

Trevor was very professional, diligent and listened to my concerns about not recommending anything that wasn’t necessary. As a woman, this is so valuable to me to be able to trust a repair shop. I usually make my husband take the car in to be sure we are getting fair service. I didn’t have to do that. Zero cost estimate and nothing needed replacing on my Mom’s car. Bravo! I will probably go out of my way to return to this shop in the future. Thank you SO much!

Great service and fast. I went in just after 12pm expecting it to be busy for lunch. It only took about 30 minutes! Just shows you never know when the timing will be right. And free is always a good price.

They covered the majority of the cost for the two tires Id originally purchased here when they started to wear not even 6000 miles later- the mechanics were personable and had no problem explaining what they thought the issue was when it wasnt making much sense to me. The staff was polite and friendly. They did what needed to be done. It was a little longer than expected, but they also were doing walk ins.

I had replaced my stock brakes with slotted and drilled rotors and new calipers, to my mistake I let the brake fluid reservoir run dry during the bleeding process and got air in the abs module, incredibly hard to remove air from the system without special tools, my bad. Took my truck to Les Schwab on w.11th to have them bleed the air out. Got called back and told that since the didnt install the brakes they would not bleed the system, liability issues. They had no problem with me diving away knowing I had absolutely no brakes. Midas took my business without any fuss. Never again will I put faith in Schwabs.

Dont bring anything nice here. I brought 2 rims and 2 tires to get mounted loosely.(22 rims) that are painted on the inside. They damaged both wheels and when I brought it up to the big guy with glasses he was extremely rude and confrontational and said our machine cant damage it there without even going to look at it. Ive worked in the tire industry and its more than possible to scratch tf out of the wheel there. Dude isnt even man enough to own up to scratching them.And their prices are almost double point s.Go to point s if you can theyre better priced and actually care about your property.

Under construction, during construction they are not making in person appointments so you have to schedule on line. They only take walk In customers so depending on when you arrive be prepared to wait.

I went in to get my tires balanced and rotated. First I was told we dont typically balance them when we rotate them and then when I came back they hadnt touched them because they have been wearing on the outside edges of the front tread and they felt they were worn out. Before I retired I was a mechanic, so since the only thing I needed them to do was balance them in my mind they are now worthless to me.

Went in this morning to ask if I had the correct chains for my truck. Jon met me in the parking lot. I explained to him what I was there for. I asked him if he could check if I needed chains or cables. I said that I had purchased chains in California, but was unsure if they were correct. He told me to check the bag for details. I told him I did not have that bag and did not purchase them for Les Schwab. I just wanted him to look up what type of chains I needed. He said they did not do that. Just the week before I had purchased cable chains them and they did look it up by the make and model and tire size of my Jeep. I went down the street to Goodyear and they were happy to look up the correct chains for me.Goodyear had earned my repeat business.

Had my tires replaced, wanted to replace the rear 2, but the tech who helped me said I needed all 4 replaced, even though my front tires still had a few millimeters before it was even at the wear mark

Wow, was I disappointed. I went with a friend to discuss a brake job that had been done by Les Schwab. I was surprised to hear my friend be so upset that the brakes still didnt work. Off we went back LesSchwab tire center on W 11th. they were hesitant to fix the problem without my friend having to pay any additional money. And rightfully so in that the problem wasnt their fault.. However they did send her away after a rear brake replacemnnet and four new tires fter she paid for it and whats he leave that place we supposed to have a feeling of it being done and completed in and no more problems and that was not the case because the brakes were still not completely done. My friend was distraught and I thought that Les Schwab was going to continue their posture and not help. I was wrong because when we went to walk off some steam after a heated discussion I came back and spoke with Randy myself and he told me that hed spoken to his supervisor and given him the circumstances that we were in. The supervisor understood the emotion of the moment and what was at stake. He told Randy that Les Schwab was going to make this about peace of mind and doing the generous thing on the holidays for somebody who really needed the help. That was amazing and it brought me to tears. That any company would do that for somebody in this day and age. Wow! and I really appreciate Les Schwab for taking care of my friend. And Randy you deserve soecial recognition for turning the other cheek when under fire.. I dare say many a manager wouldnt have done so well and really you earned some customers for life..

I experienced several problems getting a set of tires here but the one that really bothers me is this: I showed the internet quote I got, they said ok, 2 hours later they give me a bill for $60 more. I asked why and was told the manufacturer makes different sizes, we put on a different size, that accounts for the difference. If thats the case why wouldnt I have been asked to approve the change?Forget that I specified in my online appointment form which tires I wanted only to find out they had no tires at all in stocks for my very common car make and model. Forget all the other small issues that came up. Charging a customer more than the estimate without telling them first may not be a bait and switch. but it feels pretty close. And it doesnt feel good.

Bought 2 front tires and balancing for $142.00. Somewhat reasonable prices for tire service. Very thorough brake inspection for no charge. Not bad.

I would recommend only tires from these guys. We had a problem with a grinding sound from our brakes and the several times we took it in (3 times in a year), they said your brakes are fine and that was it. No troubleshooting to find the real problem. When they finally found the real problem (the VSA, part of the ABS system), and only because they changed the rear brakes, they wanted $2000. So, needless to say​, when we had our VSA fixed ($145 used part and 1 hour labor), our mechanic, without ever touching the car yet, noticed the left rear bleeder valve was left loose by their mechanic, leaking on my left rear wheel. Tires? Great! Go see them! Anything else? Risky.

Thought Id give them another chance. Quoted me $980 for 4 Cooper tires installed. So I called around:Discount Tires was $720 for PathfindersCostco was $680 for 4 Michelins installed. Its a no brainer to me Michelin are top shelf anyway as far as Im concerned! No need to make any more calls after that.

This is for the west 11th location. I called before I took my car there and the lady was very helpful. I explained what had happened and she gave me a couple scenarios of what it could be. I have a 2019 Chevy Spark. I went there after work and they helped right away and everyone is friendly. At the end at the counter the lady remembered our earlier conversation. That is great customer service!

My grandfather has been coming to this location in Eugene since it opened many years ago. He bought me my very first set of tires here when I was 16. Dylan and the guys in the brake and alignment center finally fixed a front end problem that another shop, not Les Schwab, messed up many years ago. After many trips to many different shops, all saying the truck is fine, it was only Les Schwab that found out what was actually wrong. The work was done faster then we expected and now our truck drives better then new! This is the only company our family trusts for automotive work. They do it right, and fix what others do wrong. Car battery acting up, so I went to Les Schwab. Someone always greets you as soon as you get out of your car. Very friendly and efficient from tech to front counter. Turns out I needed a replacement and still had 2 years warranty on my current battery, so they discounted $43 off a new one. They also rotated my tires, it was time, and sent me home a very happy customer. Would always recommend them to anyone.

Ive purchased tires and had flats repaired at this location a few times, and they still have yet to disappoint. The staff are friendly and professional, the waiting areas are clean and well maintained, and the coffee is hot and plentiful. Oh, and they do superb work. I suppose I should mention that, too.

I took wonderful older man that I work with took his car in to have a flat fixed only to have it go flat again by the next morning. He drove to the nearest station to fill it with air and then back to Les Schwab. They called him and said there was a problem with his lug nuts and that they could not get them off and would be cutting them off. Then upon arrival to pick his car up he was informed that there was a new hole in his tire and they showed us that it was in the ribbed part right above the sidewall and that it was in no way there fault even though it must have happened when he was driving on an almost flat tire this morning due to them not fixing it right the 1st time. The manager we spoke with refused to do anything about it and when confronted with the issue told him to have a nice day and not to come back ever. He was charged $20 for fixing the flat that they clearly never fixed and they did not even offer him a refund. They tried to force him to buy a new tire and when he refused he was met with rude and belligerent behavior.This is a great older gentleman that works for a non profit and is on social security... so of course they tried to clearly take advantage of him. I have never seen a manager act like that towards anyone and am disappointed and disgusted by the lack of service and the failure to stand behind their work that clearly failed. Not to mention the overall handling of the situation. I would not recommend this location or at this point this company to anyone especially if you are older. We will be filing a formal complaint with the company headquarters so they are aware of the behavior of this manager and the lack of customer service. Please help me spread the word to your friends and family so no one else has to be treated this way.

I was very impressed with the customer service at Les Schwab of W. 11th Ave. I went in on Saturday at noon and was told tire installation would take around 2 hours. Within an hour on a busy day I had new front tires. Price was beyond fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks!

These guys offer amazing service every time Ive been here, for a very competitive price. I needed new tires a few months ago, and they had my favorite (Toyo) in stock. Then I returned for a 19 point inspection 20 minutes before closing, and they didnt even complain that it would keep them there late. Sorry about that, but thanks for the fabulous service!

The staff there all go above and beyond the call to provide excellent service and are courteous and knowledgeable to boot. The team here on W. 11th was awesome!! They were able to squeeze me in on short notice before a long road trip!! I was able to get 4 new tires at a great price!! Because of the type of car that I have they were not able to perform my alignment, but that didnt stop them from recommending a local repair shop that could. They could have just told me no but they went above and beyond to help!!!

I personally would never buy services from an organization that requires their employees to run everywhere. But the organization I volunteer for buys thier tires here. Damn they can change some tires fast. In and out in 20 mins and friendly staff gets you 5 stars.

The lovely woman, Maggie, I think, told me to come on by and they would get me right inWhen I drove up, someone met me at the curb and they took my car right in. I had a slow leak in my left front tire. Within a few minutes Andre told me it was fixed, and there was no charge. Every single experience I have had with a Les Schwab affiliate has been stellar. This was no exception. Their personnel, their facilities, their products are great.

Toyota said they could not fix my tire where a nail had punctured, but I could buy a new tire. Les Schwab fixed it in about 10 minutes. Ive alwayst trusted them with my tires.

Today I had the best Customer Service! My car was shaking when I started to brake so I took it to Les Schwab today! They usually do all my services! I left it as I work across street. I was told I had to pay $85 and some change. I let him know that was okay to go ahead and take care of it. I went after lunch to pick up my car and I told the guy I was unsure what they did and they showed me on the picture what they did! I said okay. I knew my calipers had been done there and I told him. He looked at my warranty and told me I was one day over! I understood if I had to pay! I walked out with no bill and a car ready to drive! I wish I remember the guys name! Great customer service! He is outstanding! Thank you!

They all treated me with the utmost respect & was very prompt with helping me & explaining to me what they found that needed repaired. They didnt push me to do more than what I was originally there for. Which is very rare when you go into places that you yourself dont understand the terminology of what does need repaired.
