I’ve been trying to get my side mirror on my Nissan replaced since APRIL! I made a call, they told me they’d let me know when the part was in. Three weeks, no call, so I give them a call to check in … “Oh, it got here two weeks ago but we’re waiting on availability in the paint shop. We will give you a call to set up an appointment.” OK! Another month goes by and no call, so I check in again. At this point I’m thinking “What’s the hold-up?” because I had a very similar service done here two years ago and it was done and over within less than a week. “We have the part for you. Wait, you wanted it painted? Well, we’ll have to get it to the paint shop and see if they have an appointment available. We’ll call back next week.” And that was the last I heard from them in July. Just going to order the part myself and go to another shop to have it installed. Such a waste of time and lost business from a customer who was looking at buying another car from them at the end of the year.

Fast and easy, they had me done and on my way in less than a half hour.

No one ever answers phones. Never returns calls. Just bought a lemon of a truck from the dealership. Stay away from this dealership. They are only after money. Not helping you out or putting you in a safe vehicle.

The people are really nice and caring. They try to understand and work with what is going on in their peoples lives.

Routine oil change and vehicle inspection is underway and I’ve been waiting here for over two hours. They said it would take a little over an hour. I scheduled in advance. Ridiculous. Won’t be coming here again. Don’t bother coming if they send you a coupon in your email. They will take your entire day from you.
