My girlfriend and I were on the road and we thought we needed brakes done, but it ended up being our tie rods and bearings. They were able to fit us in on short notice and take care of it. They were informative about what they would be repairing. I can’t remember his name, but the gentleman that was answering the phones was very helpful, he even walked us outside and showed us what they did. Overall, it was a great experience as we were out of town and were able to be accommadated.

I put a set of new tires on my Prius and the recommendation was to have an alignment done. I took it in they saw it quickly and determined that nothing was needed and charged me a very small fee for it. Great, honest, service!

Good service — installed new tires. Very prompt and courteous. Would have been nice to have had them done an alignment along with a new tire job when you’re putting down $500 (I get it for free with my oil change and service at Honda), but they wanted $89.99 for it on top of the tires. Otherwise, would have been 5 stars!

Long story short brought my truck to them and they were able to get it fixed and running quickly. Overall did a great job and went beyond to get my pickup back to driving and working condition. Ive been taking my car and truck there for years. They are always honest and knowlegable about what is happening with my vehicles, and they dont try to sell me services it doesnt need unless for overall health and maintenance of my car/truck. I like that Point S employees let me know about new promotional and seasonal deals too. If there is a problem with my truck that they do not do, they will tell me who does specialize in that. I mostly go to them when I need tires and flat repair, but recently realized that they do so much more.

Came in for an alignment, and was very happy with how it went. I work on my own vehicles, but for things like alignments I prefer to have it done with the proper equipment. This shop did exactly what I wanted, quick and well priced, without any upselling or unnecessary recommendations, unlike some shops Ive run into. Ill definitely be going here any time I need an alignment.

These guys were really helpful, Patrick who handled our sale found a few good options that were available while we waited and had the order in for us - wheels arrived in 2 days and they called to let us know and scheduled the work for the same day. We love the wheels too.

Don’t make an appointment and expect them to stick to it. Or just add at least an hour to your day to get a simple balance and rotation done. Still sitting here for them to take my vehicle back almost an hour late. On a weekday afternoon.

I’ve had multiple vehicles worked on here and always thought they were a professional and trustworthy outfit. I had a battery replaced 3 months ago, when I opened the hood recently there was acid that had leaked out of the battery, . When I took the car to the shop, a mechanic said they’d replace it no problem. After waiting a bit the person working the register said that everything looked fine and that corrosion is common on older vehicles and asked if I could show them what I was talking about, all with a condescending undertone. When I looked at it with them the acid had clearly been wiped away and I said that someone had obviously cleaned it up. They didn’t really argue and when the mechanic shined a flashlight on it, the evidence was obvious and the mechanic agreed to replace it. Worse than that, when they put the light on it I could tell it was a used battery in the first place because there was rust marks on it from another type of hold down in a different vehicle. At that point I decided I wasn’t going to waste my breath on these liars about it and just get out of there with a new battery, which I made sure of before leaving. The irony is that I usually replace my own batteries and do light mechanical work but had this done along with a simple hose replacement just to give a place I liked some business. I’ve attached a picture I took of it before dropping it off.

I called in the morning after discovering a slow leak in one of my tires. I needed a full set because I was overdue anyways. I got a super quick quote over the phone that was way better than anywhere else I called and they got me in for a same day appointment. Two hours later and my car felt safe and sound again!

I always make appointment and they get me in right on time. Every time! Also, I must say, this place is honest. I was getting tires rotated & I thought I needed new brakes so I asked them to check & give me a quote. They checked & said my brakes were still good! His name is Jay. Thank you! I went to Point S for a transmission service this morning. I was fully prepared to wait in the customer waiting room for 2 or more hours as I have no other transportation. Ray told me that this may be awhile, so he gave me the keys to a loaner car! About 2 hours went by until I received a call from him. My car was finished!Bottom line is that Ray & Point S Tire balanced my 2 front tires at no cost. The unexpected loaner car was at zero cost. They cleaned my wheels at no costChristmas came early for me! THANK YOU RAY!

Ran over a large piece of metal on 5/14/21 at 5 pm. I called and asked about a used tire to replace mine and knowing the close at 5:30 said as long as I was there by 5:10 they would mount and balance it for me. They were ready for me as soon as I arrived and got me back on the road by 5:30. Extremely professional and helpful. Couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend them for any services that they perform.

This is a good shop but they book out too far out for big services. They appear to be honest by pointing out parts that we knew needed replacing. They didnt try and sell us on other parts that our truck didnt need replaced like Les Schwabs does.

I was traveling across state from California to Washington and had a blow out on my trailer tire. Fortunately I had a spare tire just not the right rim so I contacted point s tire and they were more than helpful they only charged me 20$ flat fee to swap the tire onto the right rim and offered to put it back on the trailer and also checked the air pressure on all my trailer tires. So very helpful. I expected a huge bill plus expected I would have to put it back on my self. Definitely will use them again and will refer anyone to them. Awesome business manner. Thanks again.

Like the tires once I put the correct pressure in each. All four had only been pumped up to 28-30 lbs. Told staff they looked low and my warning light was on. Said car needed time to recalibrate and i could pump them up around the corner if I wanted to. Told them Id take care of it from home. Customer service very disappointing.

This is my favorite place to go for service on my beloved Miata. Sometimes I feel guilty for the outstanding service and the time they are willing to spend discussing my concerns. The service is worth so much more than the reasonable rates that they charge.

I have been pricing tires for a few weeks and found nothing better for the money thanPoint S . I always ask a lot of questions and they were very patient. I was planning to get my tires the next week but came out to find a nail in my tire at about 4:00 when I had to drive to Portland the next day. They were willing to get me in that same day. They ended up giving me a tire to use so I could get to Portland safely and I will return their tire and purchase my four new ones. Id say they went above and beyond.

Yesterday I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a slow leak on one tire. I did not have an appointment and I have never made an appointment for a visit there. I had flat tires on two different occasions last year and both times they set me up with tires that were of similar age to the ones that were already on the car, which makes sense to me and also saves money. Prior to that I had the tires rotated. The service is prompt and friendly. This is my go-to shop for tire needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this store and this company. We had a gash in our tire so limped in on the spare to Point S in Eugene. We had purchased a full set of tires for our SUV the year before from the Springfield location and needed to get a replacement that matched the other tires. Since we we live in Vida and are evacuated to Eugene due to the Holiday Farm Fire, Eugene was the closest choice. The Point S stores are a chain - but independently owned. Nevertheless, when they determined the didn’t have our tire in stock, they called the Springfield store and asked if they had it. No they didn’t but they could get it by the the next day. In the meantime, the folks in Eugene suggested I get a used tire (only $51) to drive on as I shouldn’t be using the “donut” spare, and we were heading out of town that afternoon for a few days. They changed the tire and when I went to pay, they said no charge... when you go to Springfield to pick up your new tire, they’ll bring this tire back to us, so it’s all handled. Oh my gosh, I nearly wept. The stress of the evacuation and knowing so many who lost everything, plus the flat tire, had put me close to the edge. The Point S store in Springfield has always given me wonderful service for our vehicles and lawn tractor. The Point S store in Eugene has the same wonderful service and ethic that takes care of people- and the two stores cooperated with one another beautifully. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the young woman in Eugene who was so efficient and made the calls, determined my needs and spoke with her manager, but she was fantastic. And the manager and/or the owner was so kind and professional. I am grateful.

I took my car in for noisy brakes. I was super anxious about what the issue was and the price tag for whatever repair was going to be needed. After about an hour of them working on my car, they had fixed the issue and did not charge me for it. Granted they just had to clear off some corrosion and lubricated some areas, I was very thankful and appreciate them! Will most definitely be back for future services :)

The lady at the front desk was great.I was surprised that when they put the spare away they didn’t throw the cars jack or lug wrench in with the spare. That’s the kind of thing Les Schwab will do. Point S is a less busier place and easy to get an appointment.Ive purchased tires from them and they are still priced competitively! Go to Americas tire center and its a mad house.They are too busy and impossible to schedule appointments sometimes.

This is literally the only auto repair shop I will ever go to. They work within your price range, always do an amazing job on the needed repairs or replacing tires, and the customer service is top notch. Fast, efficient, and all around a great business. I would recommend them over any auto shop in town.

Great quality service; however, they recommended 2 new tie-rods ( 1 needed replacing & i may as well do both). But my trusted mechanic (Bob James) told me i still had a fair amount of wear left. Makes me question if i really needed the tires they recommended.

The guys who work here are cool. I had to help them train the new counter guy, let him know what a customer with mechanic experience is to deal with. They gave me a decent quote on tires. I wouldnt hesitate to return for business. They got me in quick for a flat repair.

First timer customer - To future returning for sure customer in a single visit !!Ray {front counter} went above and beyond in answering my questions. But then {unbeknownst to me} he took it upon himself to look up and find the specified items I needed for my car. Not only did he look for and find the specific to my car needed items, he then took me to them showing me what he had available on site and in stock. There before my eyes were the specific tires needed for my wheels ! *Tires not usually kept in stock mind you* Ray did all this without batting an eye, while he still helped other customers as needed plus while keeping up on other demands of his job as well ! All without me saying a word and or without me asking of him ! And completing this great experience .. Had bad vibration had the wheels checked they were out of balance the balance the tires problems still not fixed have to go back tomorrow to see if they can figure out what is causing the vibration other than that very nice people very professional and they were very quick about doing what they need to do

I stopped in here to have the front tires balanced on my Class C motorhome after experiencing a freeway vibration while on a road trip. They were able to squeeze me in for a rebalance despite being very busy. Every single person working there was exceptionally friendly and professional. The tech who rebalanced my tires was very quick and clearly good at this. The prices are always fair. I love Point S in general and the remarkable service from the crew at this location is why. Exactly on par with my Point S at home. Thank you guys for getting me back on the road quickly and to my destination on time.

We had been turned away from 2 other tire shops, but Point S Tires went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of..... even into their after hours! We are so grateful for the way they went out of their way to get my college kid’s car squared away.

Good prices, friendly staff, but they lose points for execution. I had leaking valve stems, and specifically requested they were replaced with the 4 new tires I purchased from them. They made a note to replace the valve stems, which is insane, because theres no reason valve stems shouldnt be replaced with every new tire anyway. Thats just laziness.The long and short is: the tech ignored the notes and didnt replace them, so all 4 tires had to be removed, dismounted, had the stems replaced, then the tires remounted and balanced. In the end, I got what I asked for, but it wasnt without a struggle and an extra hours wait.

Still excellent! I am so pleased with the service and integrity I experience with Point S. I took my 2002 Subaru in for an oil change and tie rod replacement and to check some other minor issues. These guys are honest, efficient, and prompt. They find creative solutions wherever possible to save you time and money. They have incentives for future work on my car, and I am a customer for life!
