I was having a problem with my radiator and couldnt get it done myself. They went above and beyond to help me and stayed in my budget. They were so friendly and helpful. They treated me like a human being, and thats the best part. They also have very fair labor rates. So far, my favorite employee is Blair. Hes the best. If I have another car problem I cant do myself, theyre where Ill be going, hands down.

CROOKED....attempted to charge my father 1000 dollars for two brakes when he went in to buy tires. their own employees warned that they would attempt to add things on. i called and complained and was told the MANAGER made that estimate was also told the manager would call me to sort things out but they did not. dont give these guys your business, there are vastly better shops around. edit:after reading through tje negative reviews o here and seeing the manager and owners argue and make passive aggressive attacks on anyone leaving negative reviews its all starting to become clearer, again, dont waste youre money, jerry and walts is best for alignments, discount tire is best for prices on tires and service, marcos auto is fairest and best for work on mechanical problems.response to the owner: what you did was try to take advantage of the elderly. telling him his brakes urgently needed attention. fortunately one of your employees was honest. after speaking with blair the manager and being spoken over and interrupted as well as hung up on. i can say with 100% certainty that my review is accurate and fair. theres a reason google has asked me to have a status as a reviewer and that is because the consumers who have read my reviews have found them to be fair and honest. perhaps instead of always being defensive you should take a look at your organization because it has some cancerous tissue forming

So I came into this place and needed some extensive front end work. Knowing this would take a while I asked to set a day aside and the manager set a date with me 2 weeks later. I called the night before just to make sure everything was still a go and was told that some guy was out sick but I could bring it in and they would at least get some of it done and I could bring it in to finish up at a later date. I come in at 11 am as agreed and now its 1;30 and they tell me they cant do anything today. I wasted a full day of my time taking off work. Very unprofessional I would not use this company again.

Sorta got more problems than I showed up with.Edit: theyve invited me back to see if there was anything they may have missed turns out my spark plug wire would eject when I would accelerate. Coming back tomorrow so they can have more time to work on the problem. Nice to see this level of professionalism.

A friend of mine, who is a single mother of two, took her car here to get her wheel barring fixed. She brought the vehicle in two times for the same problem! costing her nearly $3,500 charging her each time she brought the car in to fix the same problem! Not only that, it sounded worst, each time. They said it would cost her 1500!To bring it back in again? For a job you DID NOT FULFILL. This is robbery! And taking advantage of people. This is sick.

We were sent here as a referral for my garage in town. Were able to bring your own tires and they would install and balance them. we were told it would be an hour however it took an additional hour to get the work done. For our trouble they comped us the install prices.

Blair, the store manager, went above and beyond his call of service. We had difficult times with Goodyear loans card and Blair made phone call after phone call after phone call and tracked down solutions all the while servicing his other clients. That store is smart to bring Blair on board.

Ive been here a few times now, every single time I have had a wonderful experience! They are open weekends, always get my car fixed same day without appointment, always affordable, professional and helpful! Took my truck in to get an alignment and sat in the lobby for almost 3 hours. When I went to ask for an eta they said that it had been ready for over an hour because due to some parts needing to be replaced. I could have been told that an hour before and not waited 3 hours to get nothing done.

I cant recommend these guys enough. I can tell they genuinely care about their customers and do not take advantage of people. I brought my car in because it was shaking badly and they called me, informing me that there were actually a lot of things wrong with the car..My bill ended up being much higher than anticipated but I looked over the bill and googled prices and they didnt overcharge me at all.The night I drove it home, it started shaking again. I brought it in the next day and they found a few more things wrong with it. Including needing a new axle. When it was all finished up I went to the front counter and they DID NOT CHARGE ME for labor or the axle! Which they easily couldve. They said they wanted to get it right because they hadnt fixed the issue the first day.Im so glad I lucked out and found these guys. They have a customer for life.

I had a good experience at AutoPros in regards to tires I need to replace. Easy to get assistance on the phone and they beat the dealership on the price.

Find a real machine shop. Had some bushing sleeves ”pressed” out of 4 link arms, arms came back looking like someones bad with a grinder, or a hammer and screwdriver. big gouges where bushings seat took some grinding to fix. And 2x the price of a machine shop

Had a raggedy experience with a diesel shop recently and was weary to go with a regular auto shop because...well...its diesel and you really want someone who knows how to work with a diesel engine in your truck. These guys did not disappoint.First, my truck feels GREAT! They were excellent about pointing out the must haves vs the should considers. They even did a headlight restoration for me which looks amazing! My headlights looked like foggy garbage as they are almost 20 years old and now they look brand new. Was shocked when I saw them!I have some work I want done on the shocks for better towing capacity and will absolutely be working with these guys for that job. I trust the work they do and I believe the prices to be fair.Thanks for taking care of my Excursion!!

They were so great and were able to fit me in just as they said. I think it took them longer that they expected but they were so nice the whole time. Clancy was working the front desk on my visit. He was very nice and helpful when I initially called and equally so in person. They were pretty busy and Clancy worked hard to service every customer as quickly as possible while still maintaining thorough and personalized service.Nathan worked on my car and did an amazing job. He test drove it until he heard the noise it was making, instead of rushing the drive and just hoping to pin point something by looking. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong and even explained it on the phone to my dad. He gave me professional and personal advice on what route he would take moving forward. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and it was clear that he had the customers best interest at heart.My experience here was very good, and I would go here in the future. While I cant speak to the abilities of every employee, only the ones who helped me, based on my experience with them, I would recommend this place.

The gentleman offered to fix it for free but I paid for tires because they have such great deals w Goodyear. 6 months no interest same as cash financing. I have bought another set of tires now w them for another vehicle same deal w hazard protection and they take good care of me

Unprofessional. Took my car here to get an alignment done before a road trip to NV. Problems from the beginning. First, they are not willing to make appointments, so everything is 1st come 1st serve. Very inconvenient! After finally getting my car in, they said it required a special alignment kit to make a camber adjustment. Paid extra for this mysterious kit, had the job done. Soon as I hit freeway speeds car began pulling to one side! Not able to return, had to take car in again at my destination. The 2nd shop noted that the alignment had been adjusted with a screw backed in the wrong way. Had to pay extra to have Auto Pros mistakes fixed a 2nd time. Will not return.

Always helpful, they are friendly, do a great job, and willing to work with you. They have always done a great job on my automobiles repairing them quickly and to factory settings. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with TV to watch, vendor machines and coffee also. I have never been disappointed at anytime with the level of service provided by Goodyear Autopros. If you have Auto problems, give them a call and set up an appointment, you wont be sorry you did.

May 9th I brought my vehicle in for evac and recharge of A/C system. I requested that they check for any leaks. I was told that was part of the service. Long story short, I was told no leaks, checked twice. On May 30th (used A/C maybe 5 days) my A/C blows warm air! Took vehicle back to shop on June 1st, just to be told it would be a couple of hours before they could even get it into shop. I already did my waiting around the day they did the service originally. It was my day off, I did not have two hours to waste waiting around just to get vehicle into shop. Then however much longer to fix it. The next day I reached out to shop via website and have gotten no response. Did not want to do a review, I hoped they would reach out to me and make it right. Very disappointed!

Fire. The device guys are awesome. The front seat dude is new but is getting better.

Wonderful customer service. I made an appointment for an oil change. They suggested a oil flush (I think that is what its called) and rotate the tires (bought 4 tires from them in April this year). They gave me a return time of about 2 hours. They were on time for that return time too, in fact it was less than the 2 hours. They are wonderful guys to deal with.

I am a senior citizen and only have one car. when i had some emergency trouble they got me right in. then promptly diagnosed and fixed it for a fair price. they were polite, helpful, and over all great. even great coffee. i highly recommend.

Ive been taking my vehicles here for years and these guys are always great. Very hard to find honest shops that wont try to sell you stuff you dont need. I send all my friends and family here and they always take good care of us. The managers Jim and Gabriel are both very nice and the whole crew is great.

Hands down best customer service and best prices in town. Dont be scared by the price quotes given for repairs and such. Do your research, talk to them and they will do anything to work with you. After talking to Gabriel about the best plan of attack on fixing the timing belt, water pump and spark plugs, we figured out a great solution and I can not be happier as a customer. I had an oil change done here and they never changed my filter and they did an oil flush cost me 119.00. UPDATE: I want to say that the manager (Brandon) refunded me my money and took full responsibility for the mistake and has earned my respect and my business.

Quoted us a price for AC work that was wrong and once they figured it out they were unwilling to make it work. They do not have the equipment or skill to do a simple AC line replacement and rather than admitting it they scheduled us an appointment and gave one reason or another why they couldnt do it even after my husband found the part for them. Save yourself the hassle and go to Macs automotive around the corner.

Quick service, friendly and no BS!I ran over to have a flat fixed on lunch and was back before the half hour.As a woman (who happens to have an extensive background in automotive parts and service) I hate when car guys try to up-sell or patronize me in a shop, worst is when Im there with my kids and they want to use them as a way to try to sell me something I dont actually need. The other tire shop had told me the tire was trash and I needed to order one in for $180 which I knew was not the case.NONE of that here! Gabriel was respectful and straight to the point. Rushed the service so I wouldnt be late back to work.

Ive experienced great service with this company. Repairs are expensive regardless, but their prices are usually better than anyone else. They havent tried to push me into costly repairs that are not needed. For example, I went to Les Schawb because my brakes were grinding. They obviously wanted to get money out of me there as they wanted to fix other things I didnt need evidently. Good Year just replaced my pads and rodders. I have chosen this shop since. More recently, I did have a blown head gasket though. I had problems with overheating for a while. They fixed the problems with that too. It was expensive, but they gave me financing options with a Good Year credit card. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. They are good guys. Thankfully, I havent had to make a trip there since that blown head gasket, but if I need repairs, I choose this shop.

My Nissan Muranos alternator unexpectedly went out. A kind person recommended I take it here so I did. They fixed it before telling me the price and charged me over $700. I thought this was steep so I called the dealership to get a quote from them which was around $400. The alternator itself is only $70 on ebay. I told them this and so they gave me a deal and only charged me $670. Be careful with this place, I dont know why they needed to charge me so much and they could not explain either. I will never be back.

Went to have the bulb replaced in my passenger side headlamp, which took about 30 minutes. When they finished, they tell me my air filter is old and ought to be replaced. This only adds about $7 to my bill, and changing the air filter on a 06 Dodge Stratus takes about 5 minutes, so I agree. 40 minutes later my car still isnt ready, so I ask whats taking so long. The air filter is being delivered from off-site, should be here any minute, I am told for the first time. Had I known I would have to wait for the part to be delivered from off-site I never would have agreed to have it replaced. I guess thats probably why they didnt tell me.

I normally do not write online reviews but I feel I need to let people know what type of place this is. I pulled up yesterday to get a tire quote when I got out of my car I could not believe what I saw and heard. I saw a bald guy standing out front smoking and he was yelling or joking with a guy in the shop, the language was so bad that I had to make sure my kid stayed in the car. I went to go walk inside and as I got closer the language became worse. So I turned right around and got back in my car. With people like that working there I will take my tire business else where.

I bought some chains from them last winter. I made sure that I could return them if I did not use them. I went in a week later and the manager informed me that they do not accept returns period. The employee who assured me they accept returns was standing right there and denied saying anything. Do not support this business!

At first, I was unsure about this place as it was recommended from an auto mechanic in West Eugene, and normally I go up to Corvallis to Londons Automotive to do my oil change due to technical issues with the oil pan, but they treated me great here and the service was fast.Thank you for the price quote on the oil pan!

They do the job that u want them to do but they break or make something else worse on your vehicle. And then u have to take it to someplace else to be done right. I dont recommend due to having me bring my vehicle back to them all the time for them to fix it. And its happen quite a few times too many.

What took 3days and over $1340 for Downtown Automotive to not fix/diagnose, took these guys about an hr.. and they didnt even charge me!
