I needed my Mini Countryman serviced before heading back to San Francisco and Jesse was able to get me in pretty quick. They were also able to fix a sensor that had been knocked out and saved me a trip to the dealer. My car was ready to go in a few hours. A great experience, service and value. 2001 BMW 525i wagon needed new blower motor. From the first call to Jesse at Autohaus it felt that this was the place to go. Spent time on the phone with me and gave us an estimate. Got us in within a couple of weeks and replacement finished in a short time frame. Estimate spot on and we recommend this great shop and Jesse for services you may need!

I would recommend these guys to anyone who has a German vehicle. We were in a tight spot at my body shop for some module reprogramming. They took care of us right away despite how busy they were and the fact they were booked out 2+ weeks and they did that was amazing. All around great guys!

I have been taking my ML 350 to Auto Haus for 2 years. I have found Jesse and the crew to be honest and hard working. Work is always done on time and the communication from them is excellent. My total repair cost tends to be under the estimate as if there is a way to save money they pass that on to the customer.

Very nice and professional. Explained the situation so I could understand it. Respectful. I did not feel cheated, as I have so often at other repair shops. Price seemed fair.

They are very knowledgable, experienced and thorough in diagnosing your cars issue(s). They are also very good at listening to the customer and using that info to help get to the root of the problem. As always, during my recent repair visit I was treated respectfully, fairly, was given a loaner car, and informed of the problem and cost of repair prior to commencing the work. Job was completed next day soon after replacement wheel bearing arrived. What more can you ask for?

As I said in an earlier review, everything about autohaus is excellent. As one would expect, Autohaus is appreciably less expensive than the local BMW dealer. For e.g., I had Autohaus replace the battery in my BMW yesterday as well as checking a couple of small items. Last time I bought a new battery for the car, it was at the dealer’s. They charged for one hour’s labor ($150). Autohaus did a couple of small items in addition to the new battery and charged me for 15 minutes labor.But how good are they? To the bad stuff first: No customer waiting lounge with a stack of glossy magazines, piped music, and scantily dressed waitresses. Everything else is superb, notably the manager, Jesse. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Brought my wife’s BMW X1 to get checked for a start-stop issue. Autohaus was able to get the car in, check the codes and figure out/fix the problem quickly. Great communication from Autohaus during the entire process.
