Going to this shop is the best experience Ive ever had with auto work/repairs. Ive gone here a handful of times and every time the staff is kind, knowledgeable, & professional. I always feel like they are doing the right thing by me and it feels great to be able to trust the person working on your car. I will continue to go here for all my car work.Note: I drive a Subaru Forester. They have two Subaru techs currently.

They did a super job got me in without appointment because my car overheated when I was not moving. They check my car in between cars that were ahead of me. I love how they took a personal interest in my concerns and let my car stay there because I did not want to drive away until it was done and now it is done and all is fix and the time they took with my car for the price you can not go wrong and they will not over charge you.

Brought in some heads with snapped bolts, got excellent advice and service. Havent tried other local machine shops but if these guys get me taken care of then I probably wont see any reason to take my business elsewhere. Will post update.

I have had great experiences with Small World. I have taken my vehicles there several times over the last 5 years and always had a great experience. The one time I went somewhere else (to save a few $) it bit me. They are always fair, reasonable, and do good work. I really appreciate that they communicate well, explain your options, and help you prioritize issues.

Small world is always very professional, accommodating and welcoming. They make the car repair process painless!In addition to repairs, I take my car to them for all my oil changes and they never try to pressure me into a million extra things.

I can’t recommend Small World highly enough. I set an appointment and after I dropped it off they had my car done the next day and ready to go. Knowledgeable, friendly and competent service. Hands down the the best shop I’ve been to, and the prices are much more fair than the dealership!

I would prefer to not have problems with my truck, but things like that happen with the best of vehicles and I must say that my experience at Small World Auto made the ordeal much more tolerable than it might have otherwise been. The people there are great, the shop is amazingly clean and obviously efficient, and the prices they charge seemed very fair. Marty (a very personable owner) explained everything very patiently and clearly and was attentive throughout the time I was there. When it became clear that my truck would need to spend the night there (for parts ordered), Marty gave me a ride home. All work was done the following day and my truck is working well once again. Overall a very pleasant outcome for an unexpected situation.

Small World Auto was excellent. I had a pretty good idea of the problems I was having with my Toyota. However, I had run out of time to do the work myself and went looking around. They responded quickly and got me in the que. Their staff confirmed my observations and promptly took care of the issues. My little truck is running great. Thanks to everyone on the crew.

Small world called me back on a Monday morning put my car in on a Tuesday, and had it ready by Friday morning, she drives and rides like a Cadillac. Thank you small world!!!

I thought I needed a machine shop to fix my electric wheelchair transfer handle. The front desk guy fixed the the handle in seconds by switching out the existing brackets. Small World saved my world! Good people!

Small World Auto has always done a great job with our cars. They consistently do less work than I authorize, doing only work that really needs to be done and thereby saving me money.

Always able to get an appointment in a timely manner and always happy with their service. I was referred to this service center through a friend and Ive been very pleased with their maintenance on my car.

My initial experience with Small World Auto was the result of a radio advertisement where Marty, the manager expressed, We dont service cars. We service people who own cars. That was many years ago, and they have been my only mechanics since then.Last evening, as I was heading home during rush hour and just as it was becoming dark, my panel lights went on display--first the abs, then the brake, the gas gauge, and the check engine light. My windshield wipers were at a crawl, and my gas gauge showed I had more gas than I knew I had.I quickly turned into a gas station. I was 1/2 mile from the shop, so my thought was to add some fuel, which I knew I needed, then head for Small World. The fuel was added and paid for, and the truck wouldnt start. My next plan was to call a tow truck and be towed to the shop. It was right before closing so I thought I could then get a cab home. The tow company said it would be a 2-hour wait.I have Small World Auto in my contact list so called with the question, What should I do? It was 4:57, and I knew they closed at 5. Marty and Dave, the mechanic came to my rescue. The truck started for Marty, and Dave got in to drive it back to the shop. The alternator was going, going, gone, and he had no lights as he headed back, using a flashlight out the open window to see where he was going.It will take me 35 minutes to fix it, Dave said, and that he did. I was headed home at 5:45.They do service people. And that is why they are my mechanics. They are good people.
