We had a really great experience with Brooks Auto Doctor. They took the time to thoroughly inspect/diagnose our Mini Cooper. The detailed report of their findings was above and beyond our expectations. The best part? They were fair and honest! They didnt try to sell us something we didnt need. I will definitely be going back in the future to have inspections/work performed on my vehicles. I suggest you do the same!

These guys are honest, fair and thorough. I was getting an error message on the computer stating I needed to recharge my remote. I had purchased a new remote from the dealership because they said I couldnt recharge it. After several months of still getting the error with a new remote, I took my car to Brooks. They showed me how to recharge the remote with an electric tooth brush charger! I am sold on these guys and I wont take my BMW anywhere else.

This place is great! They’ll try to work with your budget and keep you in the loop on everything they are doing. After being disappointed by another local mechanic, Brooks surpasses my expectations! Bruce called or texted me multiple times a day, and fixed my car for way less than the diagnostics at another joint. Definitely recommend and will return!

Ive been taking my Mercedes to Brooks Auto Doctor for over 10 years now. The owner Bruce is very straight forward, no sales talk, no fancy lounge for the customers that you end up paying extra for, just a good old fashioned honest business. They have great mechanics, more than fair prices (much less expensive than my brothers Jag mechanics), and get the job done right and on time. They take the time to explain why a repair is needed, what your options are, etc. On more than one occasion they have accommodated an emergency repair, going above and beyond getting the car road ready when I didnt have an appointment. Great people, great service, I highly recommend them. They are Mercedes experts!

I have known and depended upon Brooks for almost thirty years. He has absolute integrity and goes over and above. An insight here: I recently used another shop (closer to home) that also has integrity; but there was a miscommunication that amounted to several hundred dollars. After talking, we worked out an equitable solution. I dont know the details of the negative reviews; but I do know the business and highly recommend it.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Brooks Auto Doctor. I have taken my cars there for years and always get great service and they give me a heads up on things that may be coming down the road. Not only do they work on German cars, but they are also excellent with Toyota, Honda and Nissans. I have run several pre-purchase inspections with them and they saved my bacon a few times by spotting potential issues with cars that I had considered buying. And anytime that something has gone wrong with a repair, which is rare, they fix without question. This shop is trustworthy and has great integrity.
