Really great place for auto maintenance & repairs, we made appt. brought car in due to a randomly not starting issue with unknown cause, Mario was great he found the problem & had it repaired by end of the same day! Very helpful & friendly staff!

It was Effing awesome! I work on the road and they were able to fix the brakes on my ride in time too see my next client. Didnt try to over sell but informed me of stuff to get my ride, lively hood, safer.

Patrick Olsen Auto Repair is fantastic! I originally used the Mazda dealer here in town, but it began to seem like they were just inflating prices higher than they needed to be to make more money off of me. My friend recommended Patrick Olsen Auto Repair to me, and oh my gosh! They were super friendly, and they had me bring my car in the next day. I thought the repairs would be somewhere around $300-400, but they quoted me at $194. With my AAA discount it was even less! I cant recommend this place enough.

For how often it seems like I have to take my cars in to the shop.. I’m glad this place is close. Other places left me feeling ripped off or had me coming back since something wasn’t done right. Highly recommend this shop! Couldnt be more happy with the service. On a cross-country road trip, our air conditioning stopped working so we called for an appointment and brought it in the next morning. Within 2 hours and at a very reasonable cost, the air conditioning issue was diagnosed, air conditioning compressor relay was replaced, full-synthetic oil change performed, addition of 2 quarts of transmission fluid, and inspection of suspension system (MacPherson strut issue). Although there was a comfortable waiting room, we did not stay but the shop kept us well-informed of findings and progress along the way. Top-class operation!

I just got my car back from Patrick Olsen Auto today after they did some extensive repairs. When I took it for a test drive it was like driving a new car. After I got home I noticed that they had polished some paint scrapes out of my front bumper and cleaned my battery posts even though I had not scheduled that work. And there was no charge for the extra work. They didnt even mention that they had done it. Most highly recommended!

I was in Eugene last week visiting family when on Sunday my van suddenly started squealing and leaking antifreeze. I was at his shop with no appointment at 7:50 Monday morning as I needed to leave town Tuesday morning. When I explained the symptoms he had me in the shop in 10 minutes. New water pump and belt were installed by 11:30. I had a pleasant 600 mile trip back to Idaho the next day. I cant say enough about Patricks concern and professional approach. I know it put him behind on other projects but he made a point to insure that, since I was from out of town, he would get me back on the road. When you are from out of town you are at the mercy of the locals but the price was fair and work was excellent. He took the time to show me the bad water pump and explain what the problem was. I called them up for a diagnosis with a sound and a couple other symptoms in the engine of my samurai and they gave me a very fair price and accurate diagnosis where other mechanics in the area wanted to charge me literally 3 times as much. If you find yourself in need of some honest price in the area, these guys will help you out.

I found Patrick to be honest, efficient, and friendly. He noticed several issues my previous mechanic missed. He did the warranty replacement work on my clutch in half the time it took the last shop. He is kind and cheerful and intelligent. He obviously prioritizes his customers needs over his profits, saving me several hundred dollars in unecessary work recommended by my last mechanic. I wont be going anywhere else in Oregon for work on my Subaru.

INCREDIBLE mechanics! Our tacoma broke down on a Sunday in August on our way to Utah, and we had to have our differential replace. It took them 2 days and were incredibly friendly. 6 months later, when it snowed in Utah, we put our tacoma in 4x4 drive and it wasnt working right - the rear diff was geared wrong to fit the front. We call Patricks and explained our situation - in Utah and looking at a possible $1,000+ fix. And without hesitation, they refunded us.

This review is overdue. We used to have a car guy before we moved and I had been looking for a new one. Just a place to always take our cars, a place we could trust and depend on. After a few disappointing experiences elsewhere, I saw Patrick Olsens commercial. Honestly, I liked the name, but also what he said about treating cars like they belonged to his own children. Wow. And he seriously delivered on that. We have an old Tahoe that has been fantastic but is about ready for retirement. I went to Patrick for a busted side mirror, but also to go through it and help me out with what I needed to keep it running as long as possible, without spending a bunch of money on things I didnt really need. He went through it, gave me a list and recommendations, and a bill that I didnt have to sit down for. I also had non working back-up lights and a busted door handle that he told me he could fix, and did, with a lot less cost than I expected. OH, and I needed my tires rotated, which Les Schwab wouldnt do until I had something fixed on one wheel to the tune of $100. Patrick said he had no problem rotating my tires, and he did. Look, simply put, Ive spent my life in customer service and Im very picky about it. Ive taught my husband to be the same way. You get one chance with us, screw us once.....you know the rest. Patrick is our new car guy, my search is over, and that is a huge relief to me. I know he will treat all of my vehicles like they belong to his own children and who can ask for any better than that? And hes a really nice guy! :>)

You will NEVER go wrong taking your vehicle to Patrick. I dont trust anyone else to work on my truck and believe me Im picky!! I wont even let anyone besides myself wash my truck let alone work on it. Pats shop can do anything you need and do it right and you will never have to worry about your rig after they repair it. Pats a master mechanic whos honest and does the best work around. I cant say enough about all the work hes done on my vehicle. When he has my truck im worry free because I know its getting repaired correctly and back to brand new. When friends, family or even any stranger for that matter asks where to get there rig repaired, I tell them to take it to Pat. Everyones work at this shop is top notch amazing and you will be 100% satisfied going here. To me.......my truck is another one of my kids!!!! I take care of it and make sure its at 100% so when I have any repairs......this IS THE best shop around hands down.

So glad we found these guys! Had some trouble with our gmc, they not only fixed the problem within 24hrs. Mind you without an appt. And then informed my husband, that while it was in the air they found a severe crack in the frame . I know of 2 other times at a different shop it was in the air and that was never brought to our attention, and its an old crack. Patrick sent pics of it to my husband wow.
