Manager, I think his name was Ray, was very helpful...he answered all my questions....omg, great prices for my needs.

Usually don’t write reviews but the customer service was fake and annoying. Can’t just answer 1 simple damn question. I don’t need you to determine what size I need. I need you to answer my question. 2 different associates did the same thing.

Not really too happy from the start we were told that if you have a business and setup your account under your business you are given 24hr access, that is false if you leave anytime after 9pm you will be harassed like if it happens again we would be in trouble,..though we have the code and we entered before the 9pm deadline. Plus we were told that if we were to find a larger storage we would have the capability to move to another storage and pay the difference. Thats a lie as well,..we found a 10x15 and wanted to move from the 10x10 we were told we would have to pay for both or wait the month and hope the 10x15 is still available. I think we made a wrong choice in selecting storages. Not only that they had a deal on Facebook $1 for the first month, we tried to sign up for it but was told its for SELECT locations to help boost their storage rentals.

Honestly there was been nothing but issues since the day I came to rent a unit. I was told I could have my own insurance on the unit if it stated off site insurance. My insurance agent even told me that theres nothing that can state that as long as you show the property manager the address of the unit that is covered per insurance then that is insurance thats not property house insurance. So I then get charged double insurance they charge me for the insurance on the unit.after that I came in to to show them that I have already had my own insurance and I dont need to be paying for their insurance and then they tell me they cant even refund me they can only credit my account towards public storage. Then I still dont even get credited back the charge of insurance from October I just cant stand this place and I cant stand the staff nobody can do anything thats all they say is sorry theres nothing I can do Im just a property manager thats all the staff is theres a bunch of property managers they cant do anything.

Today on January 1st, I was inside my climate controlled unit and was quite surprised to find the thermostat showing inside temperature at 53. Walked over to the next thermostat and it also showed 53 F. I expected better from a very new storage place.George

Ray is very friendly and helpful and took the time to make sure we had the size unit we needed. The service and the price stood out from the many local competitors, making our choice to use Public Storage an easy choice.

After actually moving into 2 units, and utilizing the services of Public Storage, I have had the absolute worst customer service and experiences with this storage facility. Also, the entry gate is broken more often than it works. There is also an insect and rodent infestation in the building where my storage is. I have been late paying my monthly fee some times, but when I am, I always go ahead and pay the huge applied late fee with no complaints. However, just when you are late paying your monthly fee, they lock you out of your storage altogether! Its unacceptable. Also, I moved out of one of my storage units over the Memorial Day weekend. They were CLOSED. So when I contacted the office to let them know that one of my units was vacated, cleaned, and the lock removed on the last day of the month, because I let them know on the 1st, they charged me a whole months rent! I disputed this and it was taken all the way to the district manager. She was just as rude and non customer-service oriented as the people in the office I spoke with. She gave me a $50 discount as if it was a gift and basically said take it or leave it. I will never use or recommend that anyone else use this public storage location. I chose this because it was so close to my house, however, there are many many other storage facilities with more competitive pricing, consistently working entry and exit gates, no insect or rodent issues, and much better customer service in a 1 mile radius of this one. When you go to sign up, everyone is all smiles and very nice. Renter BEWARE!

Ray Hill was the gentlemen that helped me get a storage unit, lock, and insurance on my unit quick and efficiently. He had a very positive attitude and when it came to the computer giving him problems he effectively found a way to get it fixed in a timely matter. I am giving Ray 5 stars for the positive attitude and good customer service.. and public storage for hiring good people!! Thank you so much!! This is by far the nicest storage facility I have ever encountered. The surrounding grounds are pristine. The facility is absolutely sterile. It looks brand new but it isnt. My storage unit looked like it had never been used. There are wide driving lanes between the rows of units to allow EASY access to each unit, even with the rather large 26 U-Haul truck that I used to offload my stuff. I could not have been more satisfied!!

Fantastic customer service. Manager showed me the spaces before filling out any ppwrk. Made sure it was what I needed. Explained everything very clearly. Rates are different for each location. Check the website first! Best deals are online. The only negative thing I can say about Public Storage is that the one month free rent is actually eaten up by the application fee which is $24 so the $1 a month first rent is actually 25 bucks.
