Very helpful staff. I chose the incorrect size unit when I made my reservation over the phone, then realized I needed something bigger. I was able to make the change very easily and the lady at the desk was very nice and helped my choose a bigger unit.The units themselves are very clean.

Location, ease of access and cooperation of staff

By far the best storage facility I’ve ever used. The facility was clean and very secure. The General Manager and the gentleman that works their were friendly and informative and was happy to answer any questions I had. The facility was practicing and following the guidelines for preventing Covid by wearing face masks and had hand sanitizer readily available for the customer to use. If you need a place to store your stuff then this is the place to do it.

Leanne was extremely helpful from the time I placed my online reservation to the day I checked in. She promptly followed up with an email and a phone call to answer any questions I had before arriving. Check-in was fast and it was a pleasure to visit with her. She even stopped by the storage unit twice while we unloaded to visit with us and check on our progress. Amazing customer service!

I highly recommend Dollar Storage at 14333 N. Santa Fe Avenue in Edmond, OK. I have used storage before, but never have I found a better place than this. Terri and Gene Sibbett are the managers, and they are awesome! The Customer Service is exceptional. I moved from a self-storage at a different location and company to theirs. They were able to help me select the proper size unit that I actually needed. I found I was able to rent one that was smaller than the one I had been renting previously. They were also able to recommend some movers to me, which I called and hired – and they were excellent as well.You can readily tell this isn’t just a job to the managers, it is their business and they are proud of it and show it by how well they run it. They live on the premises. There are security cameras and gate codes. They even gave me a lock for my unit! The grounds are exceptionally clean. My unit was clean and well-lit. They have climate-controlled options. It’s just a great place!

If I would have had time to really look for a unit I would have chosen somewhere else but they were OK for the time we were there. Just know they will debit the payment from your card with out an authorization form and then they do NOT pro-rate your payment back to you. So dont move out at the beginning of a pay cycle. I also didnt like that the gates were not open 24 hours. They close at 10 so you cannot get in or out after 10 pm.I will be getting a unit somewhere else.
