Excellent Customer Service - Michael and Taylor make sure this storage facility is the best, the cleanest and the best service Ive experienced and I have had several units in the OKC area. I am changing to Morningstar from another facility within two miles away that I have had for about 4 years now . Theres no comparison between the two!

I’ve rented two units at this facility for five years and it is going increasingly downhill. I stopped by today to put something in one of my units and the building (climate control) was just filthyI complained to Michael (the manager) and he told me someone had moved out and left the place in a mess. When I mentioned that there were dead bugs all over the floor of the building- in every direction, he said that it was getting cold and that this wasn’t uncommon.I told him that I’ve rented there for years under six different managers and that my disappointment comes from the comparison of how the facility was maintained in the past and it’s present state - to this he replied, that I could always move out, because he couldn’t control what bugs got into the building and understood that his facility wasn’t for everyone. Really? What?What he never said was, “let me put my cellphone down and go and grab a broom and dustpan and take care of this problem”. This is my second unsanitary condition complaint in 1 year - two managers ago. Don’t move your stuff into this location. Management just doesn’t value its customers.

I’m not sure how many characters I’m allowed to write this review, but I’m sure it is not enough. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. But I’m certain that people reading this will want a concise review as opposed to verbose. So I will try. Facility was clean. The prices were competitive. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I wish I had more stuff to store! Now, a more in depth review for the three people that will make it this far in the review. I work for a moving company and I personally have had to rent units all over the country. You would not think that all storage facilities are the same. I assure you that is not the case. You can tell that the property is well maintained and the security measures provided will put you at ease while your goods are being stored. In my personal/professional opinion, it is the staff that really sets this facility so far above the others. I was helped by a young woman named Promise. I remember this because she said, “I, Promise, promise that your belongings will be safe with us.” She was friendly, but not so friendly that she was unprofessional. She was professional, but not so professional that she was unfriendly. She was very knowledgeable about her profession she even sent an email afterwards just to make sure that my move in went smoothly. She really is the best there is at what she does. I would recommend this facility to anyone with any storage needs. I’ll be using them from now on, even if I have to go out of my way.

My husband and I just rented a storage space about almost a month ago. I sherry and Linda was absolutely wonderful, they are patient, knowable about the units and the insurance plans in order to keep your items secured, my husband and I left public storage the staff and customer service at that company was unbelievable and rude we wish we would have found this company a year ago. If you are looking a clean affordable courteous storage unit. Take a look at morning star storage unit.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. After having a bad experience at a nearby storage facility, I went to Morningstar. They had me in and out within 15 minutes! Our unit is clean, easily accessible, and affordable.

Very friendly staff, clean unit, was able to get everything done in a timely manner with no pushy sales like behavior. very impressed with both ladies we worked with and would recommend this as a great place to store your items.

The manager, lindsay stayed after closing to allow me to rent and move into a unit that day. The customer service from that point on has been some of the best I have ever received. The grounds are always well kept, very good lighting and location. highly recommend Morningstar.

Great service, timely help. Everything is easily explained and the use of the truck is great to help move your things into storage. I actually went to terminate the contract today since I no longer need the storage (moved the stuff) and the manager did that for me! Saved me time and shows that they actually care about their clients. If this storage is convenient to you do not pass it up.

I had an excellent experience renting storage space for my garage stuff while finishing my garage floors. The space is very clean and affordable. My only issue is there was a $9.00 charge for insurance that was not disclosed when they quoted my cost over the phone.

Best customer service, responded very quickly. Facility is ALWAYS in immaculate condition. New manager, Lindsey is extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for storage.

I was shopping for a storage unit last minute, and when I called I was very pleased with the speacials and rates they had! The lovely young lady, Promise, helped me and she was super polite! The storage units are big, clean, and spacious on the outside as well! I would HIGHLY recommend this storage unit at Camden park in Edmond!

No longer offering a free moving truck as advertised. That was a main reason why I went with this storage company and now its not an option. Not even willing to give a discount or other options at this time. So frustrating during a time when money is very tight and have an expense I wasnt planning to have. Disappointed..

Moved to OK from a different state; Morningstar was extremely easy to interact with and I appreciate their help in getting me a unit and getting it set up while I was still on the road so it would be ready by the time I got here. Very satisfied.

Just want to take a moment and tell Lindsey, the manager of the the facility located at 1400 NW 164th St. in Edmond, that she is amazing to work with! She goes above and beyond the call of duty! Moving in and of itself is a hassle and very stressful, but she is so kind and personable that you feel like she is more a friend than anything.She helped me out in multiple ways as I was downsizing our belongings and getting our home ready to sell. We ended up renting multiple storage units when we staged our home to sell and she made it a pleasurable experience. She even personally used her vehicle to haul some wardrobe boxes that I had purchased at their store, but couldnt fit into my car to my home that is close by their facility. I didnt ask, she volunteered!She and her staff are wonderful!
