The quality of customer service at Extra Space Storage. Stephen helped my daughter and I so much when we initially rented a unit. We were kind of lost on the size we needed. He showed us examples and was really patient and kind. Also, Savanna was first rate when she helped with an issue we had moving out. Everyone has been so courteous and kind. The facility is nice and felt safe. We stopped for proximity of place we were moving out of but stayed because they are wonderful. This is the place to go!!! Jeannine

Despite the fact that I was moving and really didnt want to, the guy (dont remember his name...) Made looking for a storage unit a pleasurable experience. You see... I was doing what any good millenial child would do and moved back into my parents house. Boomerang kid is what were called. The reason Im giving 4 starts is because when I went back the next day there was a lady working. She rented me a unit a 10x10 so i thought. However I actually ended up with two 5x10s with a divider in the middle. When I asked her where the unit was she showed me a map and told me how to find it. Unlike the guy who was there the day before and actually took us to see a unit. I came back a few days later to load my things into the storage unit. I purchased a few chair covers and the guy was there. (Of course I interrupted his lunch for the second time however he was quick to help and I appreciated that.) I told him about the unit and the divider. He offered to move me to a 10x10 that was completely open. I declined as I was fine where we were and quite frankly just tired from moving all day. He was incredibly friendly and made my experience a little better with a smile considering i wasnt wanting to move in the first place.

I am well pleased with the customer service that I have received, working with Stephen Wheeler , the store manager at 100 west Danforth. I wish I could find more people like him in other businesses. To me he is an ideal manager and a breath of fresh air in these times of uncertainty.Thank-you Stephen and ExtraSpace for treating me like a customer.

Last week I spoke with your representative Stephen about renting a large unit from your company. Stephen was exceptional in his regard for customer service. He spent the time to check on availability within my desired area. Called me back as he said he would within an hour. Although I’m not needing the unit immediately ,I know I when I do I can count on every effort to be made by Stephen to accommodate. I would recommend using your facility to anyone that needs your services.

I rented online about 15 minutes ago & got a call back from Jacob about a minute later. It was fast. Ive never rented before so he explained everything to me! There were no hidden fees or anything like that. He got my unit set up, I signed my lease & im going to go move stuff in here in a couple hours. Super fast and friendly. :)

Brandon’s customer service is outstanding! He came out of r building and greeted me at my car. He gave me a ride around the property in a golf cart. The facilities are very clean, secure, and easy access from the road, and month-to-month which is a plus. Brandon did an excellent job in explaining the lease, insurance and benefits of the units. He is very detailed and very knowledgeable of the business. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.

When I drove up to 100 W Danforth location on Edmond the sight was really clean and neat. This let me know that the storage units inside would also be neat . I went to the web sight and reserved a unit. Great pricing by the way.The next day I came to the sight and met James Johnson the Store Manager. And Wow is he excited about this sight. And he has every right to be as he drove me through the lot to my unit. And guess what I was right. My unit was impeccably clean. He even showed me how to make sure my unit was locked correctly. And going that extra mile helped me know that he wanted to make sure I knew that he was interested in keeping my unit safe. He also let me know that he checked locks at night to make sure all units are locked and would call me and let me know if something was wrong. Again going the extra mile and letting me feel confident that my stuff will be safe. Thank you Mr. Johnson for a Great experience. I definitely will be recommending this sight

Extra Space Storage is very affordable and the staff Brandon and Jayme were the friendliest and made the move so much easier! We got a couch cover and a lock for the unit! Something I didn’t even think about getting I’m glad they offered it! Definitely recommend
