I received a warm welcome with a big smile as soon I walked into this location. Kevin checked us in quickly and the equipment was ready to go, which was great because I was in a rush. When I returned the equipment the next morning at 7am, Tierra was ready to check me. She was cheerful and helpful, which was nice considering that it was raining. I will use this location again. The convenience of being able to drop it off so early was great and the personal service was the icing on the cake.

It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. There were only 2 guys working, so they were very understaffed to start with. The one guy, who seemed to be the boss, was just downright rude. I had chosen to do the online check-in ahead of time, which was supposed to expedite the pick-up process....this was totally not the case. It took at least 30 minutes (maybe more) for the online rep to verify my information so that I could then stand in line to get the key. I finally got to the front of the line, and the rude employee basically threw the key at me without even saying anything. I went and found my truck, started it and the low tire pressure light was on, so back to standing in line. The second guy came out and aired up the tires, and the rude employee was yelling something at me across the parking lot, but I never did even understand what he was saying. The low tire pressure light never went off the entire time I had the truck, so I was constantly worried about that. All in all, I found the entire experience very frustrating and cant believe that I actually paid money to be treated so poorly.

They took care of all of needs quickly. Not the most professional atmosphere but the manager took care of me. Very nice van and really good price.

This place is complete garbage, the workers act extremely uninterested in helping you and would rather talk on the phone or joke around with each other than help you.

Reserved the trailer online from Dallas and it was ready when it came to pick up. The staff did a great job of getting us in and out quickly both at pickup and drop off. Jamico helped us on both occasions and I hope you are lucky enough to get him (was impressive to see how he handled multiple people at the same time in order to get everyone out). Thanks and would recommend this site.

I do business with Uhaul regularly all across the OKC metro. I have done business here two times and have had good experience here as well.

Excellent staff, cant say enough about my experience. I moved here from Virginia and am a displaced veteran and the people at uhaul went above and beyond to help me out. Definitely recommend, thank you for the good experience.

I rented two trucks; one 26 ft and one 15 ft. Both trucks ran fine. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable. I rented one of the trucks in person and the other on my phone. Both were ready when I needed them. I returned both trucks after hours using the website. It was easy to take the pictures of the odometer, cab, and truck bed then drop my keys off. Very easy and simple system.

We rented a trailer to move a truck that had broken down. We gave the worker the Model and Year for the truck, and we were told the trailer we were given would work just fine. When we are putting the vehicle on the trailer we notice the trailer that we were given was about 4 feet too short for our vehicle. Soon after, we spend about 35 minutes being tossed around like a hot potato by customer service. We were finally told we can’t be helped until office hours reopen. 0/5 in customer service.

Very bad experience, no respect for customers, I had been waiting to cashier to check out, he looked at me then ignored and he keep working with something else. I left the store and he even doesn’t care

Beware, this facility advertises and rents items they don’t have in stock. I rented a truck and furniture dolly online. When I showed up they had the truck, but no dolly. I was refunded the amount for the dolly, but it made for a much more difficult moving day without the dolly.

Do not use this U-Haul location! We reserved online and were given this location for pickup. We had a 7 am reservation and the building was locked. An employee showed up around 7:20 and couldn’t get in. The employee hung around for 20 minutes and left. While we were waiting three other customers arrived. We had to contact customer service and were informed someone in the district office was going to handle the situation.

Rented a truck last week to move my sons back to Texas. Marquis was helpful, courteous, and professional. He did his job quickly, allowing me to get in and out in a timely manner. BEST U-Haul experience, and I have used U-Haul almost 100 times in the past 20 years.

Staff was extremely rude all I wanted was to fill up my co2 tank. It was empty I was kicked out. One person said it’s dangerous. Tank was empty. I told them that. So I won’t be useing them when i move. Next. Month. Please address this ASAP

I had a hitch installed on my vehicle and my vehicle instantly had electrical issues. There were electrical cords hanging down from the hitch and my gears began shifting differently. My vehicle only two years old and VERY well taken care of with no issues until coming here. I called three days in a row to try and get the issues fixed. They have no returned any of my calls and Im placed on hold every time. After four days of waiting I showed up and they had me wait behind someone who showed up after me. The general manager did come out and attempt to fix the problem himself but told me to take it to the dealership

Very good store and the sales person Gerry is the nicest person. He helped me very mach with my weekend travel to home. I returned what I bought on-line and changed ball. Thanks for your business!

I made an appointment to have a hitch installed and told them I would have to wait while the work was done. They said it would take 2 hours. I arrived the following day at the scheduled time and handed over my jeep. I took a walk and got something to drink. When I returned an hour and twenty minutes later, I found my vehicle had not been touched. When I questioned why, he said we have to take care of customers. When I asked when they would start, he said he didnt know. I left and went to Quail Springs U-Haul which was nearby. They were much more courteous and promptly installed the hitch. I would add that their facility is much cleaner than Edmonds UHaul.

This is the absolute worst place to rent anything from. First I had reserved a 15 truck but that wasnt available so I had to pay for and use the largest size truck they had. Then only after I agreed to this does the extremely rude employee tell me I have to bring the truck back to this location. After I said no, she proceeded to tell me that my card was already charged and she cant cancel it now. So I was treated poorly, then I had to pay for a larger size truck than I needed, but I also had to pay for mileage and gas to come all the way back to drop off the truck.

The manager and worker were very nice and they both did a great job at explaining everything properly. I will definitely go back if I need another trailer.

We got a good deal by booking online, but the customer service at pickup was atrocious. Incredibly unprofessional, and constantly complaining about everything. When we asked about adding a second tow dolly, we were very rudely shut down, and then told it would be over $300 to add one. We ended up using a different Uhaul place to get the dolly, and paid less than half the price these folks were asking! We love Uhaul, but very much recommend using another authorized dealer.

Nobody answers the phone and service is terrible. It is a shame this company has a monopoly on moving equipment. Can honestly say u-haul is a mentally challenged company.

There were 3 employees in the building when we arrived and we were helped promptly and they hitched us up in the rain.

This is an awful location, they will not take cash even if you leave a credit card on file. They were completely rude and not helpful in anyway.

Bad communication! I called to have a hitch put on during business hours. The lady said I could come at 2 that day and it would be done by 5. She confirmed they had all of my parts. I ended up calling and canceling and rescheduled online for a few days later. I received confirmation email and payment was processed. The day of appointment I arrive and they tell me they had changed my appointment to over a week later bc they didnt have the parts for my car. Strange, seeming as though they had my parts days before. No one called to tell me they had changed my appointment. We needed a hitch to carry a trailer and now we are out of luck. dont trust online...double check your appointment the day you are going in.

I move a lot. 7 states in the last 8 years for a total of 10 moves. I use Uhaul every single time, and I feel like with my frequency of moving Im legitimate in this review. This is the WORST Uhaul store I have EVER been too!! One person works this location at a time. ONE. I got to the store, and there were 7 people in front of me. Each one needed to be hooked-up, etc. All by this ONE person!! I was there so long, it was unreal. They need chairs and a TV for a waiting room and a system to call your number when your number is up. They are VERY nice, and I would give the staff a 100%. They just need more!!

There is a reason why this place has crappy reviews. The owner has a very bad attitude and gets very defensive if you question anything at all, & will even raise his voice at you like he wants confrontation. Horrible customer service. Not nice at all. Its a older black guy, and you get the whole racist vibe with him. If youre white I wouldnt go in here. Its not very friendly.

Stopped at the Edmond, Ok Uhaul today to have a propane tank filled, what a joke. No customer service, employees standing around while approximately 20 customers were standing in lobby unable to get any response. Think this location will soon be a parking lot.

Terrible place of buisness. Profesional employees are vacant as well as on the phone manners. Serving the residents of edmond is a privilege they should honor with utmost integrity. It is a chore to get them to do their job.

Due to some confusion when initially renting the storage pods, the owner, in order to keep my business, told me he would only charge me for the the 2- Pods, and only one day of trailer rental for a total bill of around $150, after return, he billed me for $253, when I called him to inquire about the discount, his statement was simply I guess we live and learn! I can halfway uderstand poor customer service, but an outright con job is too much! You need storage bins? Go to PODs, run away from UHaul!

Reserved a trailer... but when i showed up, they didnt have one. General Manager got defensive. Completely ruined plans for my moving process. I wont rent from here again.

The general manager, Gerald Thomas, is rude and abusive. While waiting to pick my equipment up he was abusive to a woman that was working there and was rude to a female customer. When I returned my equipment he was rude to me, yelled orders at me from across the parking lot, etc. I have rented trailers from this location in the past and noted similar experiences when Gerald was on site. I will never go to this location again.

Having a reservation means literally nothing to them.They also will not honor the $50 rental guarantee that is advertised on U-Hauls website.Theyre also not sorry about those above two, and its absolutely infuriating.
