Was going to go get my inspection there but the picture of the signs on the door are a major turn off. Im not going to a business to that isnt smart enough to wear a mask and whod rather make a statement then keep people safer. No thank you.

Went there to obtain info about servicing my car. I was treated gruffly and rudely right after I said good morning. I turned around and left indicating that I do not give my business to a___oles. If they changed the shops name to complete jerks, at least they would appear to be honest.

I have been going to Complete Automotive for at least 13 years. I never felt taken advantage of or like they need to talk to my husband instead of me. I personally have always felt safer after Bob checked out my car. No one likes car repair bills but they come with having a car. These men have been nothing but professional.I know I will only go to them for my car repairs

Every single time I go there for an inspection, it takes twenty minutes tops. They take care of it, send me on my way, and I’m good to go. I don’t bother going anywhere else for getting my inspection. Cheers.

Always honest and professional

Wow...both gentlemen I spoke to so far are incredibly unwelcoming and ungrateful. I told them Google maps directed me to their old address, thinking I was helping...got told they dont go online and dont really care if any new customers find them. No worries, douche, Ill never find you again, and Ill make sure no one else I like does either.

I was new in town and my car stopped dead. I had it towed to Complete Auto Repair and they were able to tell me what the problem was and that the fix was more expensive than the worth of the car. I was not charged a cent for the diagnosis and they allowed me to keep the car on premises until I could find someone to take it away. While Ive been lucky enough not to need repairs just yet, I was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. I will be bringing them my business in the future.

They were efficient and much cheaper and easier than the dealer for an oil change. Still a little pricey, though.
