I hit a screw and was losing air quickly and didnt have a spare. I had enough air to get to Easthampton Tire & Auto.Even though I was in a vulnerable predicament, they were kind, professional, and fast - I got there at 8:55am and left by 9:15am. They found the screw and were able to plug the tire for only $25. My cars tires are expensive and somewhat notorious for being hard to plug successfully... someone could have easily insisted on a new tire at my expense. A big thank you.

It can be hard to find a good mechanic. Ive had excellent service at a surprisingly low price every time Ive brought a vehicle in. I have no hesitation recommending the crew at Easthampton Tire.

Its nice to walk into a garage where the mechanics all have 20ish years of working on vehicles! Always fair prices and never a run around or extra fees like a dealership has! All good people!

State inspection was qkick and thorough. Staff was very polite and professional. You can tell they are customer driven, very accomodating and were very helpful, replacing a bulb where needed without a big tado. If you need a sticker, go here.

I needed my inspection done and Rob was the man on duty. Turns out there was a frustratingly and overly complicated license plate light that needed replacing and Rob took extra time to figure out how to do it. I have had other positive experiences with Easthampton Tire as well but figured now was the time to give them a public shout out. EXCELLENT and ABOVE and BEYOND customer service!

I got my car inspection done here and there was a super nice guy doing the inspections. Luckily I didnt have to wait in line very long at all! I understand that if you dont time it right that might not be your experience so I hope you get lucky to :-)

Nice to patronize your neighborhood shop. They treat you like family. Very trustworthy and reasonable pricing.

Tried them for the first time on my yearly inspection. Guy immediately noticed my windshield wipers would not pass. He didnt have the right size for my car on hand, so he didnt take my inspection money & recommended I pop down to the auto parts store in town to pick up new ones and come back. It was late in the afternoon. He said hed watch out for me and stay open late if necessary. By the time I returned, the closed sign was out, but he DID, in fact, open up the line for me & did a thorough inspection. SO helpful and kind. In the end, my car failed for something else, but the guy was so nice and helpful (even giving me tips about how to most easily get in and out for a re-inspection) it barely even stressed me out. I will go there for my inspections from now on.

Inspection was on point. Guy even had a bulb for me when noticing one was out. Not too sure about if I got charged $4 for that bulb as the total came up to $39 but its better than getting an R over a bulb I didnt notice being out.

This guy is a dick to women. I brought my car in it failed emissions. So I bring it back on the 61 day. So I missed the 60 day free inspection. My girlfriend brought it this time. First he’s pissed because she didn’t know the exact reason for fail. Then he yells at her saying he shouldn’t pass the car after we pay another 35 because there is no windshield washer fluid. But passes it. First inspection was done in March. Second in may. So he puts a march sticker on it for a pass. Why not a may sticker. It’s what I paid for. Not a March sticker. All in all I won’t ever go there. Or the tire business now. Go elsewhere. I promise you’ll thank me

I pulled into Easthampton Tire Outlet after I just popped two of my tires. Of course, my tire size is an uncommon one. I live in Worcester so ordering tires was not an option. They called multiple locations in the area to find the tires I needed. Once they found the tires, they even went and picked them up for me.Easthampton Tire Outlet went above and beyond to make sure I would get home safe.
