Went to try to get an inspection sticker. Guy in the office was incredibly rude, place was run down and dirty, he wasn’t wearing a mask during a global pandemic when our town had a mandatory mask ordinance, and when I asked form clarification on where to bring my car he was sarcastic and rude. I made an ex and took my car elsewhere.

Do not bring your vehicle to this place! Went in for a simple brake line and was told I needed a whole new front end. Luckily I didnt have all the work done because when I brought it to a real mechanic not only did it not need anything but the 5 feet of brake line he installed was done wrong. This guy is a thief and a hack!

25 mins with no one speaking to me nice way to mek money. Not the first time or second. They make u wait 30 mins to tell u there to busy to do anything. Smells bad. Nasty inside. And yhe employees obviously have no respect for customers if they ignore u. 3rd call to better bussiness bureau.

These guys are great! I live locally and love the convenience of dropping of my car and walking to work. Theyre fast, convenient, reliable, affordable and funny. 5 stars.

This place is an absolute joke and needs to be shut down! This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had. I was blatantly ripped off! I could tell from the time I came back to pick up my car and pay, that he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes. After paying, I went back to point out that he charged me for something that wasnt talked about. He looked at me and said, oh yeah, I owe you $80! He gave it to me in cash which was odd. Like he was trying to pocket it. I reviewed my receipt even further and realized they still owed me $12. I went back later and A different guy gave it to me from his pocket? I was charged twice as much for tires than other places, I was given regular oil instead of synthetic. I didnt get an alignment with the tires which they are capable of. The receipt was scribbled over prices and rewritten. He told me the computer was down and hed print me one later. He never did. This place is a dump! Very dirty and not cared for! Especially if you are a woman, please do not go here. They have bad reviews on the Better Business Bureau as well.Nuff said!!

Went in for new brake pads and rotors. Service was friendly and quick. The mechanic also noticed that I was 2 months behind on my inspection sticker, and they handled that as well. I definitely recommend them.

Im only giving this guy a single star bc its the only way to give a review. He doesnt even deserve that!! I went for inspection for my jeep and failed me for a perfectly good exhaust that wasnt modified. And failed me on the reinspect. I went to a place and found out he did the same to some kid. He didnt give me back my change ($5) and said he put it in my jeep havent found it yet. Every safety rule is violated. Including structure. Its a fireman nightmare. The good reviews are probably his friends. So my inspection cost me $70 after I had to challenge it and get another inspection

The place is a dump. I sat in the filthiest waiting room Ive ever been in for half an hour because the mechanic forgot I was even there. They didnt have the heat running, there were no lights, and the ceiling was caved and leaking. I also experienced pretty serious problems with my brakes days after I brought it in for inspection; a little heads up would have been nice.

If you like good customer service, look further. This place is a poorly run dump. I went to have my car inspected.First, the building is a mess, and the entrance is not very clear. I went in and was told to park in front of the last garage, where a guy would meet me. After waiting several minutes, a guy came out and told me to move my car, so I moved it to a parking spot, if you can call it that, since there was about 30 square feet of puddle. The guy hovered right next to my door as I got out, and then he got in without saying anything. I asked, How long will it take? and heard the response, Five! Thirty-five!I said, So, five minutes, or 35 minutes? And he said, Five minutes! So I said, Okay, Ill be back in a bit then, going to go across the street. What happened next was like a scene out of a bad movie. The guy just kept shouting 35! at me, like half a dozen times, while I said, Yeah, I know, its $35.35!I will pay you when I get back.35!Do you mean you want the money now? I dont have any cash. I have a card. I can just pay you in a few minutes when youre done.35!I have never been asked to pay upfront for a car inspection before, is that what youre asking?35!I dont have cash on me.Finally, a full sentence. You said you had a card, just give it to me now.I am not about to give my card to this guy, who looks and acts like hes drunk and clearly isnt carrying a card reader. Im starting to wonder if he even really works there. So I say, Look, I have never been asked to pay upfront for a car inspection before. I can pay you when I get back in a few minutes, because its not like I am going to go anywhere: you do have my car. Or I can just take my business someplace else.Instead of responding, he just gets out of my car and walks away.So I go back in the front and ask if this is how they run their business, and the guy at the desk says, Well I told you you needed $35. (No, he didnt.) I told him that the other guy had poor communication skills, and explained that I dont care if I have to pay upfront when it is clearly communicated in a way reflective of good customer service, and not just shouted at me repetitively in a way that isnt clear. At this point, the other guy comes out and starts shouting at me again, saying he usually says 35 three times, but this time said it five time, implying that I must be an idiot for not understanding what his neanderthal-like method of single word communication meant. I let them know that they needed to improve their communication skills and customer service and that I would be taking my business someplace else, and I left.

So I went in for an inspection sticker. I was rejected for a wiper blade and a reverse light out not a problem. But they also told me I need front-end work, but couldnt tell me what kind of front-end work. They also said you need suspension work but couldnt tell me what. Then I was told theres a few other things so again I asked what they were he said I dont know. Im sorry but if you cant tell me what you are going to be fixing after a thorough inspection of the vehicle youre not going to be doing any work on my vehicle anytime soon. Not to mention after waiting nearly 15 minutes for a man with piss poor appearance and a very unpleasant demeanor. (Presumably because I was interrupting his phone conversation) Who said two words to me prior to the inspection registration 35. Im going to stop by other local shops to ask about my work I need done.
