This facility is reasonably clean and the staff are generally professional and helpful. Unfortunately, their business model is to bait you in with a price and then escalate your storage fees incrementally. Mine have doubled over the course of two years. This is played-off as necessary to maintain service to you, which is a preposterous and boldfaced lie. Store things here only if you can afford twice the advertised rate.

Mr. Fournie gave exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. The facility looked very well maintained and secure.

Theyre definitely no words to properly express the depth of my deepest and most heartfelt gratitude did I have for Anthony as well as Jason, Mark & every other employee Ive ever had the pleasure of interacting with at Storquest on 6th Ave & Kalamath St in Denver Colorado not only were they kind and generous and compassionate and in giving me an extra day to clear out all that I could but he also waived my clear out fee so I wouldnt be left with any outstanding charge that Im sad to say I honestly had no way to pay. So thank you thank you thank you I Evermore so thankful and grateful that the world has people like these folks and anybody who needs a storage unit that I highly recommend going there❣❣ he even gave me a card for a $25 referral fee if anybody needs it🥰

Rents are a little high. But the customer service is great! I always have a positive experience dealing with the staff and manager there.

I went all around town to try and find a good deal. This was by far the most pain free experience I have ever had with storage. Yolanda was so incredibly nice and helpful. And - they didn’t charge me anything to close my unit! No hidden fees. No BS. 100% would recommend!

Yesterday I helped a friend move. He at the rental truck we spent hours loading it we arrived to the store quest on 6th and kalamath 2 hours before scheduled closing on a Sunday evening and the place was locked up without any notification. My friend had no keys and had not officially signed the contract yet but was not told of the closing. We didnt have to travel 10 miles to another storequest to finish the transaction

I could have easily rented a unit online, but I really wanted to take an actual look and go over the details with an actual person. So I was pleased to meet Yolanda, who not only made sure to go through every detail with me and ensure I was aware of everything I needed to know to have a successful rental, but also brought fun conversation and a highly personable attitude that made me feel welcomed and at ease. Its my first time renting a storage unit and Yolanda made sure that was a positive experience for me.

The Denver location on Kalamath is great. The facility is super clean and well maintained. They have thought of everything there. The only thing better than the storage unit facility is the staff. Mark helped me get 2 units over the last year and is always super friendly and professional. I highly recommend StorQuest Self Storage. You wont find a better place.

I love this storage unit! With other storage units I’ve been to, I tend to feel unsafe when I’m alone and I feel much more comfortable at StorQuest. Addie set me up with a unit and was a huge help; very informative and kind. I look forward to keeping my stuff here for awhile!

Our experience with StorQuest was, for the most part, positive. Mark Huff was great in getting us set up in our first unit, he was efficient, and really helpful in determining, based on what we said, getting us into a perfectly sized unit. Our needs changed, however, and Chris Lawson was there to quickly and efficiently get us into a second unit really close to our first. We were pretty stressed that day and Chris so helpful.The only downside to the experience is that we had a full load on our truck on the Saturday night before our move at 6:30PM. The gate was down so when we went to put in our access code, the machine read Access Denied. We tried several more times with the same result. We called the emergency number on the sign and the woman said she would report it. The next morning I called the emergency number again and the lady that answered gave me an emergency access code. Why could the lady not give us an emergency access code the evening before? We were lucky a friend loaned us their garage space so that we could secure our load for that evening.The facility is neat and clean. The moving carts they offer for use are really great.

First greeted by wonderful employee named Yolanda. Not only did she greet me with eye contact and a smile and a verbal greeting when I came in, despite being on the phone with another customer. She was very efficient in setting me up with a storage unit. Great orientation. Facility very clean. Another employee, Mike, also very helpful on another day. My overall experience has been great!

Wow! This is a secure and well run storage facility. Special right now is $1 for first month rent. My wife and I were able to reserve and pay for a unit as we drove into town - everything was ready when we arrived with the U-haul. Mark is very friendly and organized. Highly recommend.

I adore Amanda and Yolanda! They are both so kind and professional. They always provide great customer service and go above and beyond to help their customers. The building is immaculately clean. The parking spots are close together and can be difficult to navigate in large vehicles (Uhaul trucks etc.) so I recommend avoiding peak times (4-6pm).

All of the employees are extremely kind and helpful. Units are clean, secure, and very easy 24 hour access. I would HIGLY recommend StorQuest to anyone needing self storage!

What a great place, I love it. I have been a customer for a year now. I rented a larger unit for a friend of mine who was down sizing. She was an elderly woman who needed a place that was easily accessible. It is a very clean and well lite place that she would feel safe in if she was alone. When it gets dark the security gate comes down. You have to have a code to get in or out. I signed up with Mark. Hes very knowledgeable and experienced. No hard sell...I hate that! He gives you enough information and he listens and answers your questions. Its a busy place, yet I never felt rushed. Mark is a good guy, he is friendly and has a good sense of humor which is a plus.

Generally an easy experience, however there arent enough carts to help move things from the vehicle to the units at peak times. With this place becoming more and more busy, investing in additional carts would be great! There are 12 spots for vehicles to park, maybe we should more than four carts....

I stored some things from my house for a little over a year and a half, and the whole time I was extremely happy with the level of care that was provided. The entire facility was kept extremely clean and everything felt super secure while also completely accessible. The staff was always happy to help with anything. I could not have asked for a better storage experience. I will definitely be using this facility if I need to store anything again.

Had our unit broken into a month ago, the person renting the unit next to us had his broken into and told staff ours was as well. Pretty upset about it. No cameras In areas other then by the elevators. After spending some time there and talking to the guy next to us, we realized people are living in units. Somehow they have codes to get into the doors after hours. Security needs to be stricter, I dont feel safe going alone. And there is no way to get our things back.

We couldnt have been happier with the entire process of renting a unit here! Upon reserving a unit which requires nothing more than your name and phone number we were called in less than an hour and had a showing set up. Frank who was working in the office was beyond excellent! He showed us several units to make sure we chose the one that worked best for us and gave us all the information we needed to move in that day. The facility is top-notch! Incredibly clean and safe, very nice and sizable units, tons of dollies, huge elevators, ample free parking, tons of light and great hours. Make sure to check their site for awesome move in deals. The only thing we regret is not storing here sooner. Highly recommend!

I used StorQuest in Denver at Kalamath and 6th for almost 2 years. Mark and his staff were always very helpful and accommodating. They always fully answered my questions readily, and helped me change units to suit my needs and save money more than once. The facility was kept very clean as well. I only moved out because I found a place to live that was big enough for my stuff. Next time I need storage in Denver I will definitely come back here!

My family and I moved cross country from Atlanta to Denver and Mark could not have made the move easier for us. There was a problem with what unit we reserved and he was quick to fix it and more than helpful. This is without a doubt the most safe, helpful, and convenient place to store your belongings. The place was immaculate. Clean everything. Smelled good actually when I walked in which is surprising for for a places that stores a bunch of peoples stuff. Mark met us and let me right in gates for easier parking, met us with some cold waters and stayed open a few past 6 to insure an easy move in! Will recommend this places for storage to any family or friend I have coming or going.

Boy, am I glad I stopped in this morning. I was in a jam, needing to store my belongings for a short period of time while my new apartment becomes available. And StorQuest off of 6th and Kalamath saved the day. Josh, who happened to be working this morning, made the entire process a breeze. He and his coworker were very knowledgeable about the rates, terms and conditions which took a huge burden off my shoulders. The rates are some of gen lowest in town and far cheaper than public storage. The facility is safe, secure and very tidy and clean. From start to finish, the rental process took no more than 30 minutes. And I was on my way. As the morning progressed I quickly realized Id accumulated more belongings than I realized. And ended up renting a smaller space that was available because Josh streamlined the first rental process that I didnt second guess renting another space for my additional items. Thanks StorQuest.

Customer Service excellent! Mark not only answered the phone right away but pricing and availability was straightforward. On site inspection was pristine, safe ( double gates and computerized keypad entry). Prices are more than fair, according to unit size. Accommodations a big box truck under a roof ( no wet boxes on a rainy or snowy days). They are month to month , auto pay optional ...... perfect !I can go travel with peace of mind .

Well kept, secure, and clean facility. It’s in a convenient spot for anyone in the downtown/cap hill/broadway area. There’s not a ton of space for parking/loading/unloading- understandable given the proximity to downtown- but I’ve never had to wait more then a couple minutes while someone else finished loading up so I could park. There’s no public restrooms and no dumpsters or trash cans, which at first seems odd and frustrating, but it keeps the place clean and safe by preventing the business from becoming a mecca for the many homeless people who are in the area. I sometimes wish you were able to access your unit 24/7 ( hours are 6a-10p), but again, given the location it’s understandable.. The gentleman at the front desk is very friendly and nice, he’s good at his job and you can tell he enjoys it and is always available should you have any questions or issues.

I went to this StorQuest looking for a small storage place. I explain this to te lady in the front which name was Selina. She recommended that I get a bigger unit but I decline. She showed me the unit and In the end I had to go with a bigger one. She was very friendly and patient with me and understanding on what I needed. She showed me the units and was very informative on everything. Overall it was a great experience definitely recommend this place.

Great location. Nice staff, clean and new space. I chose it because it was the closest storage to my house and also has a special for 1$ for the first month (not including insurance/price of lock) Turned out being about 40 some odd dollars for one month. When compared to other places with the same high quality units and security, you cant beat the price. Glad I stumbled upon this storage place.

I used StorQuest in the past when I first moved to Denver and the customer service and pricing was awesome!!! Im leaving now (reluctantly) and although I shopped around a bit the specials and awesome customer experience brought me right back to StorQuest. I made it to the Kalamath store just before closing and Josh was eager to help me secure a storage unit. I wasnt sure which size would be best for me so Josh invited me on a tour to explore the different unit sizes until I found the right one for me. Im so appreciative of this experience. It is a clean facility with easy access to store your things and best part is, besides Marks Great Customer Care, is that the documents are e-docs so I dont need to worry about storing my lease agreement!
