We needed a unit at the last min because we found out we had to move by the 9th of November and it was the 6th. I made a reservation online when I went in I met a very friendly and helpful lady named Stacy she was very patient and explained everything about my unit. I was so happy and it felt really really amazing to get such great service and not be treated like an inconvenience. My hope was restored because on a scale of 1-10, ten being the best Stacys customer service and positive attitude was a 15 +. Customer service is very important to my wife and I and we will definitely be staying here for a long time so thank you Stacy for making us feel welcome.

This location is easy to find & user friendly. I was closing out my storage unit (as I no longer need it anymore) and ran into Stacey, a manager I believe, who has helped me tremendously on more than one occasion.When I informed her of closing my unit, she was more than helpful & quick in processing all the final paperwork/documents for me. Every time she has helped me in the past, shes always gone out of her way to make sure Im comfortable, informed and she remains highly professional while having a personable, friendly attitude. Shes been a great troubleshooter and resolves issues very expediently.I couldnt find a better storage unit manager if I tried.Also, every time I see her with other customers, she always conducts herself professionally, quickly and in a wonderful spirit of true customer service and resolution. She is a real gem and does business very well!

I wanted to write in and post about my experience with the Public Storage located at 5005 E. Evans in Denver, CO. I had a kind of unique personal experience a few weeks ago and needed to get my belongings into a unit as soon as possible. The first person I interacted with was Katelyn. She was beyond professional and was working to assist me in a timely manner. This was a Wednesday and I was not going to be able to have a mover assist me until that Friday. I went back to Public Storage on Friday morning and met with Stacie and Joe. They showed me a few units, we looked at pricing and they ensured me that we could make my stuff fit into one of the smaller units. I had my doubts, however, they were absolutely correct. I cannot thank Stacie, Joe and Katelyn for their kindness during this somewhat stressful time I was going through. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. 5 Star Customer Service as I truly felt my needs were cared about.

Where to begin, My husband set up a reservation and quickly got a call from Zach who was able to walk us through everything in our process to the point that we realized that we actually wanted to be at another location down the street that was closer to us. He took care of everything to move my information down to another manager who took it a step further to help us identify that We would need a larger space than we had reserved and that we could actually get a better promotion and rate at another nearby property if we were interested with easier access for the large truck we were using. Before we knew it stacie was showing us an amazing space that was cheaper and for our needs perfectly. Thanks to everyone that helped before we had to drive all over to figure it out.

Getting a unit was easy. Reserved the unit online with express check in. The location called me promptly for appointment. Vanessa was very polite and welcoming. I was able to move in immediately after lease was signed. Do have a concern about the amount of water running off downspouts near the units.

Stacy is absolutely fantastic here! She went out of her way to help me as much as she could and saved me a significant amount of time and money all with a bright smile on her face. Any time I need storage in the future it will be here and directly with Stacy.

The facility is in an excellent location for where I was moving, I did call a few places however Public Storage offered me the 1st month free which others were not able to do. Dalton got my contract completed swiftly, walked me through the contract in detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything, very detailed yet efficient process which took much shorter than expected. Would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage!

The management and staff at this location always treated us professionally, honestly and friendly. Over the course of 10 years we rented 4 different units at this location. We never had any issues with being accommodated for our storage needs. The facility is clean, safe, maintained, well lit and easily accessible. The onsite manager has been at this location for as long as we have rented from Public Storage - that says a lot about her dedication and ability to perform her job. We recently relocated and no longer require storage needs in the area. If we did, this Public Storage location without a doubt would be the place of our choice.

Stacie can be nice or can be unstable with ego! When i opened my account she was outright LYING to me, threatening me to not get a unit, trying to manipulate and FORCE me to buy her $20 lock, instead of using my lock, which was perfectly acceptable. (It got to the point i had to prove my point with the contract itself-which again she was falsely representing. She NEVER followed up on any complaint (i.e. being REFUSED AND HARASSED over use of the bathroom) AND currently claims she has NO access to ANY contracts and/or notifications ever sent to me:/...wow. The one up the street is where i recommend-they were always civil and professional, plus they are climate controlled;)
