I had sold my office building and was closing my company. during Covid. CubeSmart was very accommodating. I was able to rent 2 units very fast and the team on Broadway are Excellent !! I would highly recommend them.

I have dealt with many storage companies over the years. CubeSmart is by far the most professional, the most organized and easy to work with. David, the South Broadway manager is fantastic and was extremely helpful in helping me find the best unit plan for our companies’ ever evolving storage needs. Tony has been super helpful as well. All around, a great team and a great facility.

He personally took time to show me a couple units that I was interested in and didn’t stop until we found the perfect size, location, and price to meet my needs. The leasing process was seamless and easy and I walked out with everything I needed. Very patient , professional, and courteous. I enjoy doing business with David K. at this location.

Dave was very helpful and answered all questions and helped me get exactly what I needed. He made me feel valued as a customer and important.

You made it super easy to do docs online, so I had flexibility in timing when I got there, which was important for me as I was organizing lots of people helping me move and wasnt sure exactly when we would get there with loading everything. Then when I cleaned out (same thing- wasnt sure when we would actually be out of there because it was based on how long it took others to help) you noticed I was ready to leave and confirmed me being done before I even emailed you! Wow- thats pretty amazing.

Manager Dave was friendly, helpful, proactive and clearly takes his job and clients seriously. Would highly recommend this facility as long as Dave is manager.

I used this storage space for two years and never had an issue! They are helpful, kind, and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone needing a unit in this area. The store manager helped me find the perfect size and location of my unit for me and my needs. My bill even once went off auto pay for some reason and they were so kind and understanding when they called and automatically assumed it was a billing mix-up. They have great customer service and I am only leaving because I dont need the storage anymore - otherwise, Id use them for good!

This place has exceeded my expectations. The manager here, Tony, made me feel phenomenally welcomed and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to store my stuff here. When I unlocked my unit, there was a starter bag with little goodies in it and midway through moving Tony popped in offering a cold water bottle. Compared to the other places I’ve stored stuff at, this has been the best by far.

Stored for over a year and occasionally forgot to pay. They always reached out respectfully and understanding to let me know Im a bum and pay up (my words, not theres). Great prices and just generally a good and clean place to store your stuff in Platte Park area.

Tony the manager was so wonderful from beginning to end. He made the process easy and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Great communication and A+ service.

I definitely recommend using CubeSmart the process was fast and easy. This was my first time getting a storage and can’t remember the woman’s name I spoke to but she was super helpful and very nice. Answered all my questions .. The building is secured I feel my stuff is safe at all times. They have dollys/carts that you can use so that’s awesome

David was incredibly helpful and kind with what is normally a stressful event - unloading a huge moving truck. We even ordered a unit too small for what we needed and he helped make it right.

Wonderful staff! Leann and Tony made the experience of moving during COVID so much nicer than I expected! The free rental truck is so helpful, and the facility is clean. So far, I am extremely happy with my experience at this CubeSmart branch and wouldnt hesitate to recommend the place to others.

The lady with short, dark hair was awesome! She did a great job showing me around and explaining all the information. If I was her boss, Id give her a raise because she was so great at her job!

They charged me a $10 Late fee when their systems were unable to process a payment that they tried to process during a holiday. I talked to them about this they realize that their payment systems were probably having trouble that day, because other customers had the same issue during Thanksgiving. I asked them why they didnt just try to process the payment again because their is nothing wrong with my card or my account they just told me sorry about that. No mention of removing the late fee. Of course when they charged me the late fee the payment goes through just fine. If they really meant it when they said sorry about that they would have removed the late fee.

Tony was very friendly and gave us a very informative tour and helped us find the unit that we wanted! He was great!

Great customer service , Leann was super nice and helpful. Had us in and out of there with a unit within 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a spacious unit with a good price too.

Always a great experience. Just one thing that doesnt sit well with me is that 10 mins till close the gate locks till 6am an your stuck in. Almost impossible to reach anyone to let you out an when help is finally given your getting penalized pretty harshly. I understand them being so strict but at the same time with at least my schedule I cut it close an i cant work around that. It may just be time to move on

Staff is friendly & helpful but I recently had an issue with my storage unit. Someone tried breaking into it & messed up the door handle on my storage unit and I couldnt get it open. An employee did help me open it with tools from the office when I called & reported the issue but since the manager is on vacation theres nothing I can do at the moment to get the door handle replaced. I would recommend purchasing a quality lock 🔐 for your unit & more cameras should be put in place to reassure customers that this issue wont continue to happen.

Moved out of Public Storage to Cube. What a difference. Staff was professional, accommodating, friendly and helpful. My space is clean, secure with plenty of carts to use.

The facility was clean and opened up for me at the posted opening time. The service of the two clerks was excellent, kind, and considerate. They took their time to go into detail on factors regarding the storage facility that were meaningful to me and were very accommodating. They were able to answer any questions I had and provided me with all the paperwork Id need. I feel both comfortable and safe having my belongings in safe keeping at this location. Thank you!

I received excellent customer service. The price was also better than most of the same size storage companies. The first thing I notice, after arriving at the facility, was how clean it is. I also felt safe coming to this location after dark.

The online reservation process was easy and efficient. The price varied a bit with added insurance, lock, and initial admin fee- but one of their representatives had called after I placed the online reservation and informed me of all the costs for the unit. The facility was clean, climate controlled, and easy to access. Tiffany walked me through and gave me additional information about hours, policies, and payment. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my belongings here.

Very nice facility. Tiffany, the manager, runs a tight ship. If you are near Wash Park, go out and buy stuff you dont need, go to Cube Smart and rent a space bigger than you need for your new stuff. Its the American way. Smart people go to Cube Smart.

Very professional, amiable and informative staff and management. I was apprehensive to use storage again after dealing with theft in the past at different national chain. I was put at ease by the management and secure facilities. Great climate control, elevators, carts and automatic doors make moving in as easy as possible. Highly recommend for self storage in South Broadway.

Wish you were 24 hr access. Wish you had client restroom. Wish you had garages or even outdoor car spaces. Otherwise at least youre in local Denver.1 out of 3 aint bad. Love the manager.

Update: Just rented a bigger space with the new management. Matthew was such a delight to work with! The entire team has been so helpful during the transition.So far so good! Just rented a space there yesterday and the place seems very well set up. Easy to enter. Even though the main address is right off Broadway, the entry is off Mexico so youre not playing chicken with oncoming traffic. Reasonable rates & very clean. Digging this place since Ill be there off and on to trade out things from my tiny west wash apartment!

Super friendly staff! The general manager, Tiffany, was thorough when discussing all the terms of the contract, and very helpful in walking us through the options before we made a decision on which unit to rent. The building and our unit are both kept clean and in good condition. They even provided a moving truck at a very affordable rate for our move-in day. They make it less stressful to be moving our things into storage! This is the 2nd time weve rented from CubeSmart, and well likely continue to use them for our storage needs.

Cleared the unit in early sept. Took lock off door; left it clean. Told information to the office. They never sent an email to confirm our being done with the unit and got bill for the next month. I would not trust them to cancel out your bill.

Called in to make a reservarion on very short notice and was pleasantly surprised by a couple things. Not only was I quoted $30 cheaper than everywhere else for a 10 by 10 storage unit, but the customer service I received from Ramon Barajas was outstanding. Kudos boys!

As the executive director of the Bringing Music to Life instrument drive, I need a place to store many hundreds of instruments after they are repaired and before theyre distributed to schools throughout Colorado. Its critical that the units are climate controlled and clean. What I found at Extra Space was even better than I had hoped for. Spotless, well lit and the perfect temperature. And Alan and his staff have been helpful and responsive from day one.Feels good to know these instruments that will make such a big difference in kids lives will be safe and secure through the day theyre delivered. Ive used other storage facilities in the past, but Extra Space is the best by far.

Went in after this location changed to CubeSmart unexpectedly. Chris was really helpful and cleared up the issues that happened during the switch. Customer service seems nicer than it has been previously, and Ive been a tenant since before it was called Extra Space Storage. Facility is secure, and always kept clean. Great storage spot!

Brionna Chavez is wonderful. She helped me when I forgot the key to my unit. The girl doesnt stop moving. I had to sit and wait for an hour for the movers to show up. I have had a great experience with Extra Space Storage at this location. Allan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to provide me a great experience. I had to store my stuff while abroad for a few months and I could not have imagined a better experience. It made my life so much easier! Using the truck to move my stuff was a huge bonus and everything was done with full transparency and great customer service. Would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a delightful experience working with Tiffany, the Manager at this location. She was very thorough in her explanations of our options for the different sized units, CubeSmart Policy parameters, insurance and use of CubeSmarts moving vehicle. The facility is very clean and has security for the property throughout the day and night. The combo security system of the individual gate codes and the companys ability to monitor when your unit is open, adds additional assurance that our items will be safely stored in their facility.

CubeSmart was extremely helpful during my recent move. PLUS, they have a truck that you can rent for a low rate which really cut down on the overall expense. Fantastic customer service and a very clean facility.

Everyone was great showing me around and making it easy. Reserved that truck which was perfect. Only complaint would be I asked to use a cart, several times and answer was always no. The ones on site made move in great. The move into the truck was terrible without a cart.Place is perfect for me and my family.

I finally found an awesome storage place. You know how you go to a storage unit and it’s usually dirty and the people that work there are unhappy. Not this place. This was my first experience in 20 years of using storage where the person was actually happy and she smiled. It happened to be the general manager that was there that day, she kept it clean, kept things tight and followed up with me before I even got there. I’ll be using this for my future stores needs. Thank God someone has brought personal service at personal touch back to storage units thank you!

So far its been fabulous. REALLY customer friendly and knowledgeable. I just began renting a larger unit and Tiffany and another employee (cant remember his name) helped me set it up and suggested renting the larger unit in lieu of transferring to it. This would give me an entire month free of rent on the larger unit and the entire month to move everything to it. :)

After driving 10 hours, the folks at CubeSmart were understanding and set me up with my storage units quickly. Very clean establishment and I greatly appreciate the security measures in place. Ive accessed my belongings on many occasions quickly and without any issues.

The staff was great to work with. The unit itself is much nicer than most storage units Ive used. The elevators are spacious to fit large loads up to my unit and the hallways are wide. Theres a light in the storage unit which is extremely nice.

I was alone and lifting my generator off my truck onto a cart and it was slipping and lo and behold Javier Barraza an employee if Cube Smart happened to be making his rounds and immediately jumped off his golf cart and helped me out with the generator. God bless him and his strength, because without him I might have dropped a 1000 dollar piece of equipment. Thank you Javier.

I have had storage units here for years, and my recent experience renting a new unit with CubeSmart was the best ever! They are so far superior to the previous management of this facility! The customer service, the caring, the friendliness, and the care they are taking to take care of any little deferred maintenance from the previous people is so welcome!

Very friendly staff, easy access to units with multiple entry points to interior units, and the whole place is very well kept. I wasnt too happy with the required insurance plan since my unit was indoors and I cant forsee there being any problems with damage to my belongings but, I can (to an extent) understand the need to cover liabilities. I also would have appreciated 24 hour access to my unit instead of the 6am-10pm access time frame.

My Grandparents went in to rent a cube and Crystal and Tiffany were so nice and friendly. My grandparents understood everthing and it was stress free for them. The place was very clean and it is very easy to access our cube. Thank you Crystal and Tiffany! You guys rock!!!

I just recently relocated here and had issues with my moving company. I needed to move into a large storage unit that would have easy access to accommodate an 18 wheeler moving truck right away. Not only was CubeSmart conveniently located right across from my new place but the staff was AMAZING and extremely helpful. I explained to one of the managers Kathy Geary my situation and before I can finish explaining she said dont worry I got a unit that will be perfect for you. Well the next thing you know we walked out the door and there was the unit several feet from the entry gate and easy access to back a giant semi moving truck in to unload my stuff!! Not only was Kathy extremely helpful, but Tiffany Gunn the GM was an absolute Gem. She was actually the one I spoke with the day prior to my truck arriving and said we will figure a way to get you into a convenient space and to stop by on the day the truck arrives. I can not thank the staff enough, including Hailey as well for helping out with getting me set up and ready to move in. I have had nothing but OUTSTANDING customer service and highly recommend using CubeSmart if you plan on storing anything. They are truly the best in customer service and super friendly!
