I had been considering a move to Colorado for business and I needed a place to store my additional items. I wound up getting placed elsewhere through work however my experience just over the phone with Maddy Was phenomenal. She gave me all the information I could possibly need as well as spent special time to talk to me About the area and showed genuine interest in me and my move. The quality of the storage space is excellent and administrative aspects are also excellent. My complaint is the dramatic increase in prices, which go up every 6 months. Plan to play 30% more every year and you won’t be surprised when you see the increases. The contract allows for unlimited increases.

Extra Space Storage in Central Park has been a joke. Constantly raising prices without the “heads up” they say they will give 30 days before doing so. This happens 3 times. Each time I informed the management that I didn’t get a notice of the increase. Each time they responded saying that the piece of mail is small and often gets lost. That might happen once, but no chance that happens 3 times. I’d steer clear of this storage. I found a different storage unit at Storequest less than 1/2mile from here for $90less/mo. Stay away unless you want your prices to constantly increase without notice!

I made a reservation online and had a question about the contract. The representative was helpful and offered a better deal. He asked me to call the facility where I would be renting and let them know of the changes. Mel took my call and reviewed the information with me. He was efficient in making the changes and communicated with me throughout the process. Their customer services is amazing.

Extra Space is my goto storage and I recommend it to everyone I know. I recommend you reserve online as the deals are better than in person. I am moving from this facility to another ESS location because they had a parking lot accessible unit available. This facility is clean and safe, the only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is because their elevators are terrifying and terrible. They dont line up with the floors, they make scary clanging and scraping noises, and often times I would come here and they dont work. They blame it on people holding the doors and causing the elevator to go off line, but BOTH at the same time? This is a feature which can be turned off by an elevator technician Im sure. Also, if the elevators are down, there is no stairs to go up to your unit. The fire escape stairs are one way, down only. So ask for a first floor unit if you plan on using Ulster.

I initially had some concerns with lights not turning on in the hallway near my unit, but that has been fixed. I often have shipments delivered and the front office has helped with getting my shipments to my unit. They have even dropped off boxes into my unit for me. I appreciate the customer service.

I had a really great experience with the Assistant Manager Daniel. He was friendly, helpful and gave me all the information I needed. The tour of the facility was great. Daniel showed me different units, was knowledgeable and gave great advise to suit my needs and the units were super clean! Would totally recommend to anyone needing storage. Fantastic, secure storage right in Denver! My boyfriend and I were in a bind and needed to store everything we own pretty last minute, and naturally we were nervous we wouldn’t find a safe, clean, and climate controlled place to keep our furniture. Turns out this storage facility is perfect! It’s on a very nice, quiet road and the manager Kameryn is incredibly kind and helpful.
