This company was horrible. They do NOT deserve to carry the United Van Lines name. They picked up my household goods in the Denver area on May 26th and delivered out of state to us on May 26th. When it arrived lots of furniture items broken, other items damaged or missing. They were so unprofessional to deal with that corporate United VanLines has had to take over my claim. Its Aug 19th and still no resolution. Giving them a 1-rating is too generous. If I could give a 0 (zero) I would. This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience.

We tried to use them, but after getting an estimate and a verbal promise that they could meet our moving dates, waiting 5 days for the contract, we were then told they could not meet our dates. I had to call the estimator 2-3 times a day, every day for 5 days to try to lock in our move. When he would call me back, I would get excuses that his supervisor had to approve the move but every time he told me that meeting our dates would not be a problem. After 5 days, he finally told me they couldnt do our move until 7-10 days after we needed the move. This is because the dates we needed had now been filled up. So the supervisor that we were waiting on for approval was busy approving other moves, but not ours, likely because we were considered a short haul. We escalated to the local manager, who was equally rude and unprofessional. We got nothing but lies and excuses from these guys! We were VERY clear of our needs with them from the onset and the estimator kept assuring us that they could do it when we requested. They pushed off our request and yet filled their schedule with other moves. This company was very unprofessional, unresponsive, misled us regarding what they could do, and then lied about it. Im actually thankful it didnt work out as Im sure we would have had further issues had they actually moved our belongings.

When I began shopping for movers, I was really disheartened to read customer accounts of indifferent and careless movers. How lucky that I stumbled on AAction Movers, then. Chad handled arrangements for my move, and Alex and Cole loaded items that my husband and I packed onto the truck. From the get-go, they were on time, efficient, courteous, and professional. They had a streamlined process in place and loaded our items in record time, taking inventory as they went along. Karen and Kilmar with United Van Lines unloaded our items in Virginia; they work well as a team and completed the task in record time. I would definitely recommend AAction Movers and United Van Lines to anyone contemplating a cross-country move.

My experience with AAction Movers was positive all around! The walk-through for the quote was very thorough. The movers showed up on-time and were very efficient and helpful. The move was very easy on the front and back end of loading and unloading. I would definitely recommend AAction in the future!

I have been working with Chad, Nicole, and Bob on an international move requiring lots of documents for customs clearance. They have all been amazing and have gone above and beyond in helping me with everything. Yesterday my HHG got packed/picked up by two of their movers, Isaiah and Sean. They were terrific! I cant say enough good things about them and about this company. Isaiah and Sean were super professional, friendly, and how they got all my stuff in to two lift van crates blows my mind! I used this company once before back in 2014 also for an international move and had a great experience back then, which is what caused me to choose them again this time. Great company with great people!! If I could give everyone I mentioned above more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!

Absolutely phenomenal job done earlier this week by Cole and Sayo of AAction Movers / United Van Lines. They packed up our stuff for an overseas move and were done around lunch time! Fantastic job -- wish you guys had availability to help us with our stuff that went into storage too.We had other movers come today from another company and let me just say, you guys were the superior experience. Your estimator correctly knew what would be needed (theirs didnt), you thus had enough supplies to finish the job (theyll have to come back on another day), and your packing and loading team worked with us to get the job done without complications. Glad to hear yall (as part of UVL) landed a 100% contract for all future military moves in the US. Shame yall couldnt be here today! Again, superior job from Cole and Sayo. Wish I could call you guys to finish the other dudes work today! :D

Save your money! There has been so many different lead position switch maybe because they don’t know how to take care of their customers like Armstrong relocation does! Michelangelo made a good move by leaving Aaction and going to Armstrong relocation. I wouldn’t recommend Aaction to anyone, not even to my military family members and friends. Best off finding a different company because this one ain’t it.

We moved from south of Denver to Spearfish South Dakota. The roads and our 220 foot driveway was coated with ice and they could not get their tractor trailer into our driveway and up to the house. They had to schlep everything from the house down the icy driveway to their truck. At the Spearfish end of the move we had a very similar situation. Ice on the driveway and it was ~200 feet long through and around trees. They had to get a smaller, ten foot truck just to get to the house. They were very helpful, flexible, and never complained. The only concern was moving my safe. It weighs 880 pounds and I was assured that they would have a dolly to move it. They used a standard furniture dolly, not a dolly design to move something of that weight. They did get the safe moved but I was concerned that one or more of the three men moving it might get hurt. The move went as planned even though the weather was less than pleasant. All was picked up and delivered as scheduled.

My initial experience was very positive. Scheduling an appointment was a great experience. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. 30 minutes prior to my appointment for a walk through I got a call canceling my appointment. I requested a call back from the person doing the walk through and never received a call from that person. I never received a call back to reschedule my walk through. Moving is already very stressful and requires a lot of planning. Clearly this company doesnt respect my time. I had high hopes, but have been left very disappointed.

AACTION Movers has helped me tremendously multiple times now. I had to go overseas and with a last minute request (due to extenuating circumstances), they managed to show up early, pack everything up, and move it to their storage facility. Their team was very quick and efficient, and handled the bulk of my property safely. While overseas, unfortunate events took place that required me to come back and get the rest of my property moved into storage. They were extremely professional, understanding, and sympathetic to my situation. Within a three day window, they managed to pack up and pick up my property, took the necessary steps to add it to my previous storage lot, and then stored it safely with my other belongings. The fact that they were more than willing to do this for me, has helped me immensely and made what I thought to be an impossible task, completed smoothly. What impressed me even more than the time in which they showed up and moved everything was that they did so in between back to back snow storms. This gave me one less issue to worry about. I highly recommend aaction movers, and I will definitely use their service again if needed.

The experience I loss from Aaction because gaining anything other then a headache and bad service was out of the question. Not so much the move but the management itself. I called not only this location but as well as the 1-800 number located on the website. Bob & Maureen both are sweet talkers but as far as “action” they’re not about. Waste of money and a waste of time.

I had a wonderful move experience with Michael Angelo, Bryce Wilhite and the entire crew. I would highly recommend them. They were professional, hardworking, extremely polite and treated my home with the care that they would treat their own home. I was extremely impressed with their driving skills. Jessy, Aaron, Ronnie, and Christian (from Denver office) came out and packed me up and Zach drove my household goods across country. Did not have any problems and Brian (from the Las Vegas Office) kept me informed the whole time. Really appreciate how it all came together. Very professional and a great moving experience. I have moved many times and this was one of the smoothest moves I have had.

I was very worried about moving from one state to the next but Aaction Movers (with United Vanlines) made it easy and stress free. The move was well organized and each person along the way was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. The best part--all my stuff arrived and in great shape. Ive heard horror stories from friends that moved from state to state and fortunately I did not have the same experience.

Our first professional move. We had read all the horror stories about moving and we were really leery. BUT this was a PERFECT move. An absolutely perfect move. Everyone at the company was awesome. They kept us abreast of everything, called us many times to make sure things were going well, answered any and all questions to our complete satisfaction. Five stars are too few ~ I would give them many, many more stars if I could.

These guys were great!! I needed a moving company to move my elderly Father from his 5th floor apartment. When I first called Aaction, I talked to Barbara in customer service. She put me in contact with Bob the GM in Denver. From the very first phone call I had with Barbara and then with Bob, everyone was courteous, professional and followed thru on what they said they would do. The crew arrived at the 5th floor apartment on time and were ready to pack and get this move completed as painlessly as possible. Isaiah and Sean packed Dads belongings carefully and moved them like they were owned by their own Grandfathers!! When it came time to pay the bill, there were no surprises and it did not cost a penny more than I expected. I would strongly recommend Aaction Movers.

Byron, Eddy, and Ellory were extremely professional when it came to moving my home. I have never had a good experience moving until now. They moved me over 150 miles in under the time they quoted and under the price they quoted. Very professional and not a single piece of furniture or anything was harmed or damaged. Please request these guys. You will not be disappointed.

AAction Movers did a nice job for us - on time, hard working, and very little damage. What really helped us was their flexibility on our move date, which changed at the last minute a few times because of problems with the loan and closing date on our new home. AAction Movers adjusted our move date just like we needed without any extra fees. We were a bit disappointed that the actual cost was more then 25% more than the estimate. I thought the estimate might be low, and the structure placed all the risk on me for additional work hours and travel time required. I objected to this, but I was unable to get AAction Movers to accept any responsibility for differences between the estimate and the final cost. I dont know that the final price was unreasonable, but the pricing strategy set false expectations.

These guys did our packing and storage of NTS goods for our PCS overseas. When a massive snafu (cause by another company) hit, Bob and the guys at Action Movers worked with us. They helped us get the right forms from our base TMO office for a second pickup. If it wasnt for AAction Movers, we would have been sunk.

I hired AAction Movers for my local move and I couldnt be more pleased! The salesman, Bob, was straight forward and upfront about the entire process and cost. The manager even showed up on move day to ensure our expectations were being met. Best of all, they finished an hour earlier than estimated saved us money!

I can tell you 100% they don’t care about their customers and really don’t care about their employees. I wouldn’t recommend this company to even my worst enemy.
