This place is awesome!! Been using them for years toship packages just getting around to a review…First time I used their services it was a good experience. It was the holidays and they provided great customer service and got my packages boxed up nicely and on their way. The second time and beyond is when I realized the true awesomeness of this place. I tell them who I am and who I am shipping to and everything is in their system and ready to go. I don’t have to write out addresses and I am in and out in no time! My most recent trip was to mail a passport renewal - he knew exactly where it needed to go and even confirmed I had enclosed all the necessary items (which he knew needed to be included) before sealing up the envelope. This location is perfect for me because of where I stay around the city in hotels. Customer service here is exceptional and they always go above and beyond the normal expected customer service and some. There’s been times where I needed something special I was having difficulties with and they have come to full force and helping me with that and the attainment of my goal. This shop has really neat Gifts that you can send your love ones and friends. Prices are competitive when shipping items. I have not had any experience that wasn’t less then extremely positive . They have that local small town customer service and feel. They are very kind and welcoming and I appreciate everything they do. They are Hard working, busy, kind and supportive employees. I arrived at the Pack and Ship at Governors Plaza after the closing time of 6:30 but saw a person (who I later found out was the owner/operator) outside the shop. I was attempting to return a large package to Amazon and asked if he would accept it. He said he would be happy to do so. As it turned out, instead of a return label, I had a QR code and he kindly explained to me that he couldnt use that. Instead of leaving it at that and sending me on my way, he suggested that I contact Amazon to see if they would send me a mailing label that I could then e-mail to him. He was patient, kind and helpful as I tried to work through the issue. His treatment of me went well above and beyond the call of duty. I will certainly be back any time I can use the services he provides. So nice to find a store owner who was willing to be such a good neighbor to someone he didnt know!

This is an amazing store that will always go above and beyond for each and every one of their customers. Ive seen them handle customers who even I thought were incredibly difficult to handle, and they did it with nothing but class and professionalism. Would highly recommend for any packing and shipping need.

Won’t be doing business here. Refusing to accommodate an individual with a medical exemption, and then having the audacity to claim they don’t have one? Rather than offering to accommodate the customer, this business owner simply belittles them. When was the last time you had to show medical paperwork or a doctor’s note with you to shop somewhere? Maybe this business owner should spend more time reading public health orders and less time discriminating.

HIGHLY recommend for peace of mind and customer service! Long story short, been trying to send a time-sensitive package to the middle east and Chris (super professional in his work was very helpful explaining the options to me (UPS, FEDEX, DHL etc). Ended up choosing DHL (for a bit more money but also getting a more attractive service for my needs). Chris was able to give me great feedback on his experiences, called Operations and advised of any delays etc

I had to send three large and very heavy boxes today and the owner was kind enough to help me unload my car and take the boxes into the store on a dolly. We were able to figure out the best and least expensive way to ship them. Above & beyond service. Thank you!

I used their eBay selling service. They were very professional and helpful in getting things set up. Then even brought in someone they knew who was an expert on the items I was trying to sell. It was determined it wouldnt be financially valuable for both of us to sell through there eBay service. So I decided not to and wasnt charged anything! Great service and very helpful

I have been coming here for YEARS! The store is neat, clean, well kept, and always stocked with everything you need as well as extras you would never think of. The staff is friendly and helpful. Kris and his staff are second to none!

I dropped off a DHL box going to Thailand. The person at the desk kindly alerted me that usually 4 copies of the customs declaration are needed. The online shipping service I used neglected to say that! He made a couple extra copies for me and added them to the ones I had. Didnt let me pay for the copies, either! Will for sure go back.

This place sucks. Go to Fedex instead.

These guys spent a lot of time figuring out how to pack it securely but keeping it within the dimensions I needed. Way above the norm in service and courtesy. I recently had to settle a large estate of which many valuable items had to be shipped to the East Coast. By the end we had shipped over 100+ items using all different shiping services including freight shipments for the large items! Let me just say that Chris, Blake and Amy were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure the items were packaged securely and the most economical shipping method was used! ALL Items arrived on time and not one was damaged (they did ALL the packaging). They were a pleasure to deal with and I cant even imagine how I could have done it without them!! Kris and crew at Pack and Ship go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Recently, I had to ship a package to Europe that presented some difficulties. Kris personally called the various carriers to find the best way to ship my package at the best rate. But most important to me, is Kris, the owner, and each of his wonderful employees, who all make a major effort to know their customers names and they treat us like family. Above and beyond. Not only did these guys stay late to get a document notarized, but they also allowed us to print the document after there was an issue with the form. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

These guys go the extra mile. Firstly, they asked all the right questions up front and carefully and honestly described their process. I had chosen my own shipping company which turned out to be a bit of a mess, so next time Id just let them handle it all the way. The antique furniture I was shipping is fragile so they discussed with me the hazards and alternatives for packing. They took responsibility at our storage shed, wrapped and boxed everything well, loaded it onto pallets and stored it for months until we were ready to receive it. It went through several hands before arriving in sunny California then inexplicably, the shipping company kept calling for extra payment because of a reweigh. What on earth is a reweigh and how did a 124 lb bookcase that I can lift by myself turn into 540 lbs, the size of a Jersey cow?Kris and Blake might have just washed their hands of the matter since they had done their part, but they stuck with me for a month answering phone calls and re-sending documents until the matter was successfully resolved. This kind of personal attention is rare. Go with this team.

Recently we had Pack & Ship box up, and send a package to Israel through DHL, per our request.Long story short - DHL did not contact the receiving party when it arrived in Israel - which was 2 weeks after the promised date. Instead DHL shipped the package back to us, without notification to anyone. This package cost $250 to send. All of a sudden, it was back on our front doorstep. We took the package back into Pack & Ship - and asked what had happened. Chris did an investigation, and found out that DHL did not follow its own policy - did not have any record of even trying to contact the party in Israel that the package had arrived, or even us to let us know here in the U.S. that it had arrived.Chris at Pack & Ship took the problem on to fix it for us - Pack & Ship resent it to Israel without any further cost to us, through the Post Office, and it arrived as promised.I highly recommend Pack & Ship to send anything you may need overseas. They did not have to, but they took responsibility, and made sure we chose a better service to get it there.Chris especially went to bat for us - great customer service! Thank you !!

On November, last year, I had a situation with a cargo from Denver to Panamá and Kris, their Manager, helped me personally to resolve it and I could load everything on time. It was an awesome service. I would definitely recommend them.

I love this store. I would come often to ship out hair bows I sold online. The people are always nice and friendly.I did notice, though, depending on the person that was ringing me out, the price would differentiate quite a lot. When the owner did was when it costed the most. I ordered some packaging materials online and ship through PayPal now and it costs drastically less. One of the times I went in, it cost $10 for a pair of adult shoes. Through PayPal, it cost me $5 and then I got a set of 25 of the packages they put it in off amazon for $11. For small items, its cheaper to ship it yourself, but bigger packages, this store would be a great option.

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO SEE.I have been a customer of Pack & Ship for probably 8 maybe 9 years. My company builds motion control systems for photography and my clients are all over the world. Kris and his team are amazing, and I refuse to go anywhere else. A good amount of what I bring in would be considered oversized, and they have no issues shipping anything of any size anywhere.Recently I had to ship two large 250lb 7 foot tall motion control robots to the United Kindgom. Kris and his team build custom crates for the project, brought them to my house, packed these enormous beasts, and even arranged the freight truck to come pick them up. Kris, the owner, stayed until the boxes were picked up by the freight, and while the freight company was about 3 hours late, he stayed until he was 100% sure the boxes were on their way and that the job was done right.Another recent shipment involved about 800lbs of steel and parts that had to be in Europe within 3-4 days, also, the parts needed some sorting to be delievered to two separate locations. Once again, Kris and his team were up to the challenge, and when I arrived to the destination in Europe everything was exactly where it was supposed to be, safe and sound.Dealing with volume? No sweat. Several years ago I successfully launched and funded a Kickstarter campaign and dropped off over a hundred boxes with a list of recipients, and Kris + team knocked it out, not one single package was damaged or lost.Whether it is shipping a present to your niece, or a 7 foot tall robot to the united kingdom, these guys can be trusted to get the job done, they will find you the best rates, no job is too large.Kris and his team are always friendly and professional, and my company has developed a working relationship with Pack & Ship where they feel like a world class managed and highly effective part of this organization.However, lets see how his team feels when I shoot them an email after this about shipping a 10 foot tall 500lb cactus.;)To Kris and your team, thank you guys for everything, your hard work and efforts are a part of the success of The Chronos Project.

I use ipostal1 through we pack and ship...And at least every other if not every single item of mail they take care of for me b gets messed up in some way shape or form!! They dont know what they are doing! I have completely lost SO MANY PACKAGES ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY ANY MORE!!!! The second I get onto a place and have a map box I will be canceling my account with them!!! If I could I would do it right now!!! Worst company ever!!!! So mad right now!!!!

Ive used pack and ship etc for a few years now and theyve always been courteous and professional, but also incredibly accommodating to my somewhat excessive shipping needs. Most importantly, nothing has EVER arrived damaged or late. Furthermore they have changed my eBay business from being an afterthought to a full blown money maker for me and my family. While working a full time job, i was never able to make it to the post office or fedex before they closed and usps I wouldnt pick up where I live if Im not home. So my shipping would fall behind and customers would get mad or cancel orders. I could never be successful on eBay without them , and from the minute I drop off an item, I have 100% peace of mind knowing that it will packed expertly, and arrive without issue. Thats why I use them.
