All the guys were very nice and easy to work with but we were quoted 5 hrs for a 2 bedroom apt and the crew ended up taking 9 even after we agreed to pay for more guys to come help. On top of that, it was incredibly expensive with all the extra fees that werent obvious ahead of time. The guys also left trash at the bottom of the stairs when they left which is unprofessional.

Great experience from start to finish! Before the move, Benji and Joseph were very helpful with quoting, scheduling the move date, and communicating with us about how the day of the move would go. The day of the move was an easy and seamless experience. Curtis, Norm, and James showed up on time, and were very friendly,efficient and professional. We just moved out of an apartment on the 3rd floor into our first home and had such an amazing experience. Our movers were David, Quinton and Marquis. They were extremely enjoyable to work with; kind, attentive and thorough. I know we hired them as movers but we feel like we made some great friends as a bonus! I highly recommend moving with all my sons, you will not be disappointed!

Originally I gave it a 5 start because the mover was looking over my shoulder and requiring it. Of course this was just after they finished dropping off the last box and before anything was unpacked.First off, make sure they estimate LOW on the quote and your moving weight. We were told over and over that the quote was HIGH and the actual amount would be LESS, because it would be based on ACTUAL boxes used and weight moved. Not true, they charges us the exact quoted amount despite us packing up about 2 dozen boxes ourselves and moving several heavier and bulky items on our own to drop the weight.They never showed us the final weight ticket for the amount charged. The mirror/TV boxes that are in our quote were not used. They took normal cardboard boxes and wrapped it on the ends of the TVs and mirrors and joined them with packaging tape that wont come off. This also damaged our TV when they removed its stand and then set it on the bottom where the light/IR element hangs down below the rest of the TV.If you use them, be ready to count boxes and ensure you watch them put your TVs/mirrors in the proper boxes to prevent damage. Watch that they pack boxes right side up. Any chance they get, they will dump items into boxes to speed things up. Even if this results in them tossing heavy items on top fragile items like light bulbs.Lastly, dont let them put tape directly on your items. Ive been scrubbing at our grill and the packaging tape is staying strong the and paint is rubbing off.

I had a great time with my movers! They were punctual, communicative and friendly. I had a small space, but a lot of stuff and they were so efficient. We had great conversations all morning and the guys were so patient and kind during a last minute storage facility change. Curtis Booth was my contact and he and the team were a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend and they will be getting my business in the future!

Had a great experience with this company. Showed up early with Justins crew of 4 guys, wrapped up and boxed heavy fancy items like our Breville Oven so it made it across town in perfect condition. The guys were nice, easy going, asked us what we needed and executed it with a good attitude. We are fully moved in 2 days later because they executed everything perfectly.It was not cheap but good services never should be but if you want people who will take extra good care of your stuff, including your rugs and walls, these guys will get the job done. 5 star service. Thanks again, we are so happy in our new home.

Oh my goodness…Aidan and his crew (Avi, Teddy, & Jose) were AMAZING! They were professional, kind, quick, careful, and thorough! It was so nice to have these respectful trusting young men handle our things. In less than 5 days, I was able to schedule a move day, have everything out of my old apartment, and put into my new apartment. Jacob, Gabriel, and Charles were the lucky 3 I was able to work with. They did a phenomenal job. Super understanding and listened well to where I wanted heavier things to be placed. I even got help to carry some stuff to my car. Poor communication, and would not recommend. Sent credit authorization form for payment via email and they claimed they never received it. Also, I specified for them to come at 8:30am and they would not listen to my request and sent their movers at 7:30am. They are only good at up charging you for additional fees but are ambiguous about what those charges are for. Called another moving company and had no issues getting better services.

They told me Id bee working 12 hr days and only worked 4 or 5 a day they send you to jobs without tools they had my driver going door to door to ask random strangers for tools just so we could take this ladys bed apart got my check on Friday couldnt cash it till Monday because of the date on the check this is the most shady place I have ever worked and when you ask them for more hrs because you cant survive off 20 hrs in 5 days they tell you to leave the property dont use them or work their better I made more money at a temp service

Wow!!! Tyler and his crew, Will, James and Chris, were absolutely amazing. They took the stress out of moving completely. They tackled the daunting task of our cramped, over stuffed, half packed townhome. They werent even effected by our tight staircases and full storage units. They were up beat and motivated to work as hard as possible the entire time. James was full of energy and joking even late into the 9 hour day. My son even enjoyed his whimsical humor. Tyler ran a tight ship ensuring his whole crew was on task, doing things the right way, and more importantly, the way we wanted them. Anytime we made a request or changed our minds about something, they immediately accommodating. I cant think of anyway our move could have gone better and smother. Highly recommend All My Sons for their abilities and transparencies and more importantly, their employees. Do yourself a favor and just use them and ask for Tyler, you wont regret it.

All movers went out of their way to make sure my furniture and belongings were protected and well taken care of. Ive never hired movers before and decided to hire All My Sons because our move-out location had a difficult-to-navigate series of doors, stairs, hallways, and elevators. Booking our ideal date/time was easy and the deposit was less than I expected. The pre-move operations call was simple. On the day of the move, we were so lucky to have Tyler, Ethan, Will, and James on the job. They are the A-Team: fast, friendly, and fun to be around. I will always hire movers as I move in the future and the service we received from All My Sons will always be our benchmark for 5-star service.

Jacob and his crew were pleasant to work with. They were polite, professional, timely, and worked with a sense of urgency. They came in assessed the work, and they got it done in the timeframe we targeted; and were a pleasant conversation. .

I was quoted $229/hr for 2 hours of labor and 1 hour of travel time. Thats fine, its the minimum and I knew that. My entire move took 2.5 hours from start to finish, including travel from point A to point B. Turns out THEY CHARGE FOR LABOR WHILE THEYRE TRAVELING, so youre ACTUALLY paying $458/hr while they go from point A to B even if the real travel time is less than 30 minutes!They also charge for the entire roll of shrink wrap and a six-pack of tape FOR EVERY MOVE regardless of how much they actually use, and they refuse to say WHAT they do with the extra. This is simply a scam to jack up the price, because there is absolutely NO way they use anywhere close to that much.On top of this, while I was told there would be a 15% fuel charge on the travel and labor cost, this is significantly less than what I was actually charged, because after all the other dirty tricks to dishonestly inflate the total, they take 15% of the over-inflated total. I ended up being charged more than $300 above what I was quoted for my very short, very easy move.And finally, when I called to complain about this and figure out how they came to these ridiculous numbers, the rep I was speaking with (Mark) disconnected the call. When I immediately called back to get him back on the line I was told he was out of the office, even though I had JUST been on the phone with him 30 seconds prior.I would never use these movers again even if there were no others available. Id rather replace all my belongings than pay these dishonest liars another dime EVER, and neither should you if you value honesty and professionalism.These people make me wish I could rate them zero stars.

Our entire experiance was REMARKABLE! From the initial call to the final item moved we can not say enough good about our experiance. No move is ever perfect and we (the home owners) had our O man, o man, o man moments, but not the crew they were calm and collected the entire time. Lifting a large piano made me cringe, but Sean, Travis, Chance, and Blake were relaxed (or at least appeared that way) and got the job done...the piano alone was worth the money. These 4 men are legit!!!!!As for the company, they charge once they get to the job, offer basic insurance for free, but you can upgrade, they are professionals. Great value all around and up front pricing. 3 hour minimum. I had people like Benji, Nick, and Tony contact me throughout the entire process to ensure a clear understanding and expectation.At the end of the day I would highly recommend using this team of 7 to anyone. If the entire company operates like these folks did , they will continue their path of dominance. I know it is highly unlikely, but they all deserve a raise or an extra paid day off!

WOW! I’ve never used a moving service before and was happily surprised by how easy they made everything from my first phone call to delivering the last box into my new apartment. Kept in communication, everyone showed up on time, and gave me a great experience that I hope to use the service again some day. The price was a bit of a shock and added up with the materials and travel cost, like any company usually does, but the level of care and attention made it a justifiable expense and I was happy I went with them.

We had them help pack on day one and load up two trucks on day two, even bringing in an extra man to help pack and move our copious amount of stuff. They were polite and friendly and took excellent directions when moving our furniture into our new house. I cant recommend them enough!

The staff was a huge help in getting a last minute move scheduled. Jeff and his team got to the pick up location quickly and gave me a heads up when they were on their way. Once they arrived we walked through and looked at what was being moved, reviewed what the cost would be and they started immediately. Once done, we double checked to make sure everything was up to speed, we reviewed what materials were and weren’t used, and payment was a breeze. They delivered the items quickly and professionally. I’d recommend them to anyone needing moving help!

Our drivers, Alexander Anaya, Jason Slauenwhite, and Justin Iserman and their crews were amazing. They are ultra professional and extremely polite. They didn’t even complain about our piano! I would wholeheartedly recommend this crew to anyone who wants a quick, smooth move.

Do not use these guys. We had a large move, which was to include FULL PACKING the day before. The packing and moving was extremely underbid, resulting in a lot of overtime hours (which are billed at a much higher rate), and tired packers/movers, which caused damage to a ton of expensive stuff which now will only be reimbursed at $0.60 per pound. So our 65 tv they smashed, well get about $20.We selected their Green Care Full Packing option. They were to pack up the entire house in one day. Prior to that day, we ourselves packed enough boxes to fill half of a two car garage which should have saved them time. Instead, these guys took a lot of 5 minute breaks that lasted at least 30 minutes each, and they didnt pack nearly 25% of the items. We didnt even realize a bunch of stuff wasnt packed until the moving crew showed up the next day and tried to move a large buffet console table full of glass dishes and glasses. Not only did they not pack everything, but what they DID pack, they used WAY MORE materials than what was quoted. Id rather pay for more materials if it meant that things were better protected but that didnt seem like the case. It was mostly a pure underestimate by the bidder.For the actual move day, they quoted 9 guys with 3 trucks (1 trip) for 9 hours. We paid for the 9 guys (though a few made it very clear they did not want to be there), 3 trucks (2 TRIPS) for 11 hours. Our expectations were that everything would be moved in to its appropriate room in the new house. Instead, a good portion of our stuff was just unloaded in to our garages. They filled a 4-car garage completely. By hour 7 the guys were obviously tired, which means they got careless. By hour 9, they all just wanted to be done and by hour 10 they were all mad they were still working. These guys shouldnt have had to work that many hours. I blame the estimator who underbid this move by A LOT. We paid 45% MORE than what was quoted.I understand our move was bigger than they are use to, but they should have been honest with us (and themselves) when they quoted the move.On a positive note...our driver/crew manager, Jacob, was extremely nice to work with and you could tell he took pride in his job. I felt bad for him because he was dealt a lot of bad cards for this move. He did the best he could with what he had and he wanted to do everything he could to fix any problems, but unfortunately, there was a lot that was out of his control.

Got on site estimate right away, booked my move without delay, and the guys who moved my stuff were on time, got my stuff loaded with furniture wrapped and protected, quickly and offered to unload my stuff in Grand Junction same day rather than the next morning so I was able to settle in at my new home right away. I must say I am not satisfied with many aspects of my recent move between apartments.When I called for a quote and set the appointment I felt very optimistic. I was quoted roughly $600 plus packing materials and $189/hr packing fee. I packed roughly half of my two bdrm apartment before they arrived.A couple days before the move someone else from the office called and told me that they were going to arrive two hours earlier than I scheduled (I scheduled for 10am, he said it had to be 8-8:30 or else Id be shifted to the second slot of the day and they would be tired which seemed like an unprofessional excuse to not honor the time I initially scheduled.The day of they called again and said they would be even earlier, at about 7:45am which barely gave me enough time to be showered and ready to answer the door.During the packing phase things seemed fine for while until I realized I was blocked in by the truck and couldnt go get new keys. No one offered to move the truck when I told them about this problem (to be fair I wasnt aggressive about the issue and did my best to work around the problem) but this caused the hours to add up more than necessary. At the end I reminded the team several times that everything was coming except cold food And washer/drier. They still left many things that I had to again remind them to pack when they were all sitting in the truck ready to leave.While unpacking I was extremely displeased to find their method of packing for everything except dishware was to haphazardly TOSS things into a box like my //Playstation 4// letting it all jostle around. Its a miracle it still works!!They also dropped my desktop computer and I have yet to plug it in to see if it still works.At the end I was charged TWICE what I was quoted ($1800!!) in addition to not having a card reader so they entered the numbers via the phone which is not professional at all. When I went back for my cold food I discovered that they left many necessary things still unpacked like my pots/pans, bathroom things, and many other things I repeatedly reminded them to include.The positives are that my TV and Ps4 work, my furniture is mostly undamaged although they seem to have lost the screws that connect my kids bunkbed ladder but that is a very low bar for a moving company that charged me nearly 2k to move 15 minutes away.

Jake Peterson, Austin, and Mike were great. No complaints. They got our chaotic 1 bedroom apartment moved in 4 hours. Definitely worth it.

Brandon, JoseT, Garen, Garret We’re great. They did everything I asked and more. If you ever need a mover, hire them.

Brandon, David, and Jose were efficient and friendly. We called last minute to schedule and they were able to get us moved the following week. They took extra care to wrap our furniture and were upfront about cost. Will definitely use them again for our next move!

Thomas and Team did an amazing job with my move today. At the beginning of the move, they communicated clearly what they needed from me, which wasn’t much except directions on where furniture should be placed. Every member of the crew was professional, polite and had a great attitude. Even though we moved on a hot summer day, these guys hustled all day and got everything done efficiently. We would use these guys again in a heartbeat!

Alexander Anaya and Tyler Parran did a great job. It was a big job and they powered through.

We worked with Kris B to get everything set up. He helped us work through the details and get the most for our money. We were moving across the state and he really eased our worries.Aiden, Norm, Thomas, and Adrian (AC) were our movers day of and they did a fantastic job. We were on a tight timeline and they delivered! Aided and Norm delivered at the new home and they were awesome. So helpful and stayed on task even when we had many distractions. Thank you all!!

Brandon Bailey, Jose T, Eric and Javier L were fantastic! They hustled and moved all of our heavy furniture and did it with great speed and efficiency. Got done an hour early and were extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

This was my very first time having movers move my stuff for me instead of struggling to do it myself.. and Jeff, Leon and Ron couldn’t have given me a better experience! They were beyond friendly first thing in the morning and moved super quick to get me into my new place. They were professional and kind and efficient and I couldn’t have been given a better team. Movers did a great job, but be aware of the extra charges. They left at 11:35 and charged us until 12, and charged 115 dollars for gas surcharge. Outrageous being they didnt even use the truck. We moved our basement to the garage for remodel. No travel, still charged 15% of total bill.

At first I had a poor taste in my mouth because less than 24 hours before my move I got a call from the office staff saying that my move would not be possible unless I upgraded to a 3 man team for significantly more money (ridiculous cause my move was within the same apartment building) after a lot of back and forth with the office staff they finally agreed to do my move once the team arrived Curtis and Matt were absolute Pros they made my move easy and without any stress. The poor taste in my mouth from the office staff was removed by these guys professionalism and efficiency. Thank you Curtis and Matt for all of your help you made moving not as painful as it usually is

The team that came to move our house was outstanding. They were fast, efficient and very conscientious. They moved our small upright piano (which is EXTREMELY heavy) and managed to get it down the stairs to be basement of our new home without a single scratch or ding. I didn’t think it could be done but they managed it and truly exceeded my expectations. Jacob, Robert, Justin, and Jayden did a great job and we are super glad we went with them for our move!!

All the comments above. José and Philip are amazing. I recommend these two as a team. They took care of me reassured me all will be well. I dont give tips in these situations to often due to damage. Not this time. Blessings to them both.
