I was very disappointed in going in to get a smoothie and being told they stop making them after 9:30pm and we walked in at 9:30 and by the time they even acknowledged us it was 9:33pm. So we ended up leaving. I know we have been there before after 9:30 and have had them made so I feel they just didn’t want to wait on me and my son.

This is the best dairy queen i have ever been to! the employees are so nice and very attentive my food was perfect and the ice cream is the best definitely coming back for seconds❤😊

Management is absoulty terrible just ran by the store it is only run by high schoolers ask one of the employee how come “the manger enjoys firing people”

Fantastic ice cream, as always. Absolutely loved the Stranger Things themes. The service is certainly lacking and the place is way too small. Not enough seating and is frequently overcrowded.

I went to Baskin Robbins in be half of my work team for our 3o clock snack. I walked in there was no costumers at the moment. I did mention I had a few orders. As I started my orders a 3 families walked in. The employee started rushing, understandable. As I was half way my order the employee asked me she will finifinmy order and will get the other families.. But I am first and I am already doing my order to be told to wait on the side. I politely said no because I have to go back to work. She then started slamming the cups on the counter and basically threw my ice creams in the bag. When I paid she said thats all right no more I am sorry I know its alot but i did say i had a few, I do not like to rushed or feel like I am getting kicked out of the store. NEEDS BETTER COSTUMER SERVICE.

I ordered a cake for my granddaughter, it was exactly as i ordered it and very delicious. I am always pleased with the service and products they offer. I highly recommend their cakes!

The facilities are clean for a sticky ice cream shop. Surprisingly the table was not sticky. Thank you for that! The server was very patient with my 3 kiddos and offered to let them sample the ice cream before they chose one. Of course, they chose the ones they picked, but they were excited to be able to make sure that is what they wanted. Only concern was that they ran out of the cups with the waffle cones in them. My smallest one got upset because he couldnt get one, but he finished off mine and was happy with that. Overall, good visit and I give them a 5 because the service was excellent.

The employees are very nice and let you try any of the flavors. There are a lot of ice cream flavors so it can be hard to choose one. Its a small space with only three booths, but when I went we didnt have trouble with seating. Most people just go get the ice cream and leave.

Nothing but high schoolers work here. They are lazy and don’t make milkshakes two hours before they close. They tell every customer that they don’t have milk when you can see into their refrigerators and they clearly do.

Always smells like waffle cones and I love it! The staff is really nice but the only problem Ive had is that when I go to get my kids ice cream, I usually have to wait a good 10 minutes for the staff to come to the counter. I dont mind waiting, though.

So apparently their dinning room closes at 9:40 even though the hours say they close at 10:00 and if you try to take a chair off of the table and sit in it you are TOLD not to put the chair down instead of being asked politely.

Came with a couple deals that were available on the app. When we got to the checkout, the female worker scanned both our phones and later stated that she had to do the transactions separately. At that time we had already clicked that we claimed the code on the app and now the deal was gone. Told the worker that the deal was gone now and she just stared at us and said she couldn’t do anything about it.
