As I shared with manager today I will write a review. I received an arrangement on my Anniversary, 8/6/21. It was a poor example of their product. The fruit and chocolate were a mess, the package was wet. The items were off the stick. But the worse of it all is the management of the store. We have been calling since August 6 and today finally get a hold of manager and all he could say is we don’t get any complaints on any other 35 items delivered that day !!!! Promised phone calls and follow thru from Store and cooperate a poor! I will make sure we never order from here and will make sure to tell on social media and my friendShame on you!!

Called the store so I could pick up the free birthday box. Male on phone said I would have to do it online. Online you need to make a purchase of $29 + to even get it. He knows this and acted like he didnt know and offers are different. Before you were able to just call and get it w/o a purchase. It has become a bait and switch. Its a scam. Last time buying here. Apparently hes running this store to the grounds based on all the other reviews.

Ordered my dad a fathers day gift with a balloon, flowers and choclate covered fruit. Never recieved the flowers and it was delivered so late that when I called they were already closed. Super disappointed. I paid 100$ for a balloon and a few choclate covered fruit. Im never using them again.

This place is so unorganized. I placed an order needed to be there before 3 they went around me went to call the person I was delivering it to and try and delivery it still after I told them that she was no longer at the office but they called me anyway. Then to not delivery it until the next say around 1 pm. When I asked specifically if it could be delivered by 9am. Would never ever order from here again.

The food is always good.

I order graduation edible arrangements with balloons plus an additional 3 balloons. They did not deliver it with balloons. The delivery guy argued with me saying no one order the balloons. I had the email to show what I paid for . They called saying they would deliver the balloons the next day . They never deliver them !!!!!!! I only order the edible arrangements for the balloons🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 . DO NOT wasted your money here .

We had two orders for Mother’s Day scheduled for pick up at 11 AM. I understand we are mid-pandemic, But they were only allowing one person in store at a time and we were waiting for more than an hour to pick up our order. If we knew this was the system they were using we would’ve just got it delivered. Very upsetting and just ruined our plans for Mother’s Day entirely.

Very pleased. I placed an order as a gift that was either stolen or delivered to the wrong address, which is not the stores fault. I spoke with Ahmad (I hope I spelled this right) and he was extremely personable and accommodating. He was willing to make things right immediately by delivering the same arrangement again at no charge. This is a location you can trust. Thank you for the amazing customer service! Will def shop here again!

Daniel was phenomenal with his customer service yesterday. Im 8 months pregnant and was desperate for some chocolate covered fruit. I walked in moments before closing time and he said If your Willing to stick around 15 mins I can make something for you since we all sold out of the small orders. While I waited he gave me insight on the store and the product. Now I ordered a thanksgiving platter! Love this location and their staff.

Edible arrangements is simply off the chain!! Great quality for your dollar and always on time! 100% recommend.

Quick and fast

Every experience with edible arrangements as well as with each individual store has been wonderful. Never a problem and the quality of the products are A+ I recommend them highly.

I got an edible arrangement there on Saturday and wen I got home the fruit was soggy. My sister called about a refund and they refused to give one and he started to argue with her. That will be the last time we go to that one. And that wasn’t the first time it’s happened.

So disappointed in this location. Placed an order last week to be delivered yesterday and it wasn’t. I called this morning to find out what happened and the employee could only tell me it’s in transit. I asked for the order to be cancelled, I’ll be surprised if my money is returned to me. Awful customer service!

Just got hung up by the man that works at the deer park edible arrangements. Was calling because I placed an order for a friend of mine. He quickly talked over me said no he can’t deliver the item between 4-5 pm then hung up as I was speaking. So rude smh !!!

Employee or owner not very nice or thoughtful. Price is way too high for what the product is.

Had walked in there , stayed in showroom for close to 20 min with no one coming to the front to assist me, horrendous customer service. I looked in the back briefly through the window and an employee is back there paying no mind. Will take my business elsewhere !

He also hung up on me because he was overwhelmed with his deliveries and couldn’t tell me when or if my wife would receive her valentine bouquet. We had dinner reservations. There are others I could purchase from in the future

Horrible..yes it valentines day I get it..orders was promised latest at 3pm called back at 530 was told that it is in transit..I told the guy it needs to be at my house by 6:30pm my wife leaves and will not be back till 1030pm..he gave me his word, then said no worries if we miss it..they will re deliver tomorrow early..i was like no way,that will not be good..and i got hung up on...very very bad
