The best sno cone place ever! Been coming here since I was a child and recently brought my friend all the way from San Marcos. The prices havent changed much at all in all these years and the flavors are still as delicious as I remembered them. What sets them apart from most places also is the fact that they layer their syrup instead of only placing it on top.

The ice is so soft and smooth, it practically melts as soon as it hits your tongue! Lots of flavors and not stingy with the syrup, they also offer condensed milk as an option to make it creamy!! Been going for 25+ years!

The ladies were so nice to her in helping make sure she got exactly what she wanted and I really appreciate that. They have mangonada and so many great additions and flavors you can get as well as cream. Very affordable and flavorful. The place is packed nearly year round. Must try it!!

Its pretty good, even though they are closed until around 12:00AM its still yummy!

I will give them 2 stars because the snowcones taste good and the prices are reasonable. That is unless they rip you off like they did us. Asked for cream and paid for it and didnt get it. Got charged for an extra snow cone the we didnt order and didnt get anyway. Kind of my fault because I let my teenager go over to get them but they are not careful with what they charge. Looks really run down and they have half the outside area roped off. They need to put something into the sitting area now that covid is dying down

Finally a place that has black cherry. I havent had this flavor since I was little. It was really soft too and came with lots of syrup. No straw but maybe they were out or something.

Tried the rainbow and the mango. As much as I appreciate snow cones made of shaved ice not crushed, the flavors were mediocre. The mango tasted more like pineapple, not sure why. The rainbow was the better of the two.

Visited for the first time this past weekend and it was amazing. The ice is so smooth and soft, the syrup is flavorful but not too sweet. Tons of options and adding cream is a must! Cash only. The line moves very fast too. Parking can be difficult when theyre busy but circle the block if nothing is available and Im sure youll luck out. Seemed like a lot of people grab a cup and go. I cant wait to go back!

I have been coming here for years and I love it! Every time I come, the snow cones are delicious and the staff is very friendly. I came again earlier today for the first time in 2 years, and not a single thing has changed (: I accidentally dropped 2 of my snow cones and they remade them at no cost or inconvenience to me. Love it!!

Perfect! I cant express how much my son loves this place! Now it has turned into, can we go to the chill place since I did good on my spelling test!The employees are so sweet there. I dont have any complaints, all the school age children come to visit. Plus grab a treat for myself!

Tropical Chill has been here for well over 20 years, I used to come here every summer as a child. Now as an adult I will drive 2 hours one way kist to get a chocolate snow cone. To say this is the best snow cone place in the state is a massive UNDERSTATEMENT! I firmly believe this is the best snow cone operation in the country, hands down.

This is absolutely the best place to get a snow one. Lots and lots of flavors, all of them good, they dont skimp on the flavor syrup, and the ice is shaved so its super smooth. Sugar free syrups are also available (sign isnt there at the moment, but they still have it). This place is pretty cheap, too. A small, which is fine for most people, is $1.50. They waited over 10 years to raise their prices to just that.

This place is hands down the BEST place Ive ever had the pleasure of buying a Snow Cone from!Great hours! 12pm-8pm Sunday through Saturday.The snow is so soft and smooth. Its not like biting into chunks of ice.It has the best # of and best flavours Ive ever seen!It melts in your mouth. The flavouring is top notch! It cant be beat!The prices are fabulous!I wish I wouldve known about it sooner!My top flavour is buttered popcorn. It reminds me of the buttered popcorn jelly belly! Its also great to mix with cake batter thats right below it.The owners and all that work there couldnt be more helpful! You can try all the flavours. Theres add-ins like cream and tamarindo! I do wish the tamarindo had a little more kick to it but is still a great addition. The cream goes with so many flavours that its unreal! Even if I didnt live around here, I would go out of my way for them! Theyre that good and the people are that great. I recommend to ANYBODY that is a fan and in search of the best snow cones!

Have driven by this place many many times Im seeing it full of people always didnt know what the drawer was so I decided to stop in and find out for myself and I went in and ordered something and I still dont know what it was I had all I know was that it was good its kind of a cross between shaved ice gelato and ice cream and really and truly thats not even a good description you have to experience it for yourself but I will tell you there multitudes of flavors to choose from and I certainly will be back. Oh yeah and by the way a little pricey but worth it

The best place to get shaved ice. I could not finish mine so I put it in the freezer for the next day. Came out of the freezer solid as a rock. Let it sit on the counter for a bit thinking I would get juice when it was done but it went back to the consistency of when I put it in. Absolutely amazing. Love this place and it is a must go!

Love chilling down here better get it now because this is only a seasonally offered treat. Cheap chill out and the shaved ice is always fluffy and light. Dont know how they do it, but they do. Try the peaches and cream you wont be disappointed. Even have sugar-free selections. Two people can get a specialty large for 5 bucks. The real deal.

This is the best spot for a snow cone! We have been coming here for years and it has always stayed the same. Their ice is simply impeccable! Its so smooth and silky. They have so many different syrup flavors to choose from and many different drinks to buy. They only accept cash but it is so worth it! There are several sitting spots on the property to enjoy your dessert. There are tables and chairs and a boat to sit on. The only downside is that because they are so good they get packed during spring break and summer. We have tried several shops in the surrounding area and none compare! The line may look long at Tropical Chill but the ladies inside get it moving rather quickly.

Its delicious. But they dont speak great English, theyre very very nice. And they always remember me and my brother and they always know exactly what we order! They have great flavors. Though they could spread the flavor out a bit, because sometimes I find just regular ice where they missed putting flavoring.

Has and will always be amazing cheap snow cones! They only take cash so be aware of the but your kids will love it here. Get the rainbow snowcone and sit in the boat. Its super cute and unique place.

Ordered 5 snowballs....and they all had so little syrup that you still saw WHITE ice throughout the entire cup. Also, ordered condensed cream and it appeared thinned out like milk. Should have been thick n heavy on the top but it looked like evaporated milk instead of condensed cream. VERY DISAPPOINTED because I was told this place was great. No straw was served with it, .I can see why....it had almost NO syrup!

This place has been well established for over 20 years. Family owned and operated and a humble reminder of the old spirit of Deer Park. Too many flavors to count but not to be mistaken with just another large menu.. all the flavors are amazing and the quality is consistent each and everytime me and the kids go now. 10/10 would recommend.

The best snow cones in Houston. Their variety of flavors is amazing. And their tamarind syrup over a raspberry cone is the closest thing to the ones I used to eat in Puerto Rico. And I dare you to try El Diablito. Spicy, sour, goodness!
