Tonight I made my order of strawberry and banana crepes with Nutella and they delivered the raw crepe without Nutella outside and without Nutella inside this is not possible bad service and I dont know, this should not be like that

I ordered twice and they messed up both time. Superb !!First order... they put the wrong toppingsSecond order... they forgot whipped cream & chocolate inside the creeps.Very disappointed!!Will Never order from them again

The servers are friendly and the food is priced well for the portion sizes. The frozen yogurt is great and acai bowls are always amazing. The crepes are OK but many of them have topping and filling that is WAY too sweet, namely the ones with chocolate or nuttella on them. If youre there for crepes then youre better off going for the fruit ones rather than the overly sugary dessert ones. Or at least asking them to go light on the chocolate

Perfect way to end the evening with the kids. There are a lot of different flavors and they seem to have infinity toppings to choose from. It was ten of us and the price was $86 so I think it was worth it and the kids and their friends were happy. if you are vaccinated you dont need a mask. (I still used mine) but you dont have to. Will definately be back.

Ordered from this place 5 straight times and they have forgot the Ice Cream 5 straight times. Actually just found a huge piece of hair in my açaí bowl and I wish I could post the picture on here but I can’t. So yeah I definitely do not recommend this place tons of other places on the island.

When I went a few high school - college age girls were working. These girls were very friendly and my acai bowl was delicious. Highly recommend based on the great service and yummy food.

The Acai bowls are always pretty good and delicious but I asked for extra kiwis and I payed for them and they just put 4 slices of kiwi when I said extra means more than 4 slices

Young girls who do not know how to say thank you or you’re welcome. Great frozen yogurt but customer service is absolutely terrible. They talk about customers making it very obvious. The attitude those girls had were disgusting. My last two visits were the same and it will be my last.

This place has the best Açaí bowls on Long Island. I drive over 30 minutes to go there. I’ve tried at several other places. No one can beat the taste.

Tastes good but bad service, one blonde one brunette girls, one named Jessica and I don’t know the other name. They were talking about us and we’re ignoring us when we needed help. I didn’t appreciate it at all. Really rude employees.🙄

Horrible service if you’re a delivery driver. I stood there for 10 minutes, someone else walked in behind me and assisted them first. I will always cancel an order if it’s from here.

I go there to purchase my acai bowls. Items are fresh. A little pricey but worth every penny. I love it. Appears always clean, and they offer a variety of items. Door dash also delivers for them

Great yogurt place. Tons of flavors - good tasting and no freezer burn. The toppings are good -- love the strawberry flavor . They offer a small size which I get everytime -- enough to satisfy my craving and share with kids!

Went for lunch, ordered a prosciutto and mozzarella Hero. Im accustomed to a little more meat in my sandwich but it was absolutely delicious all the same. Service was great as well.

A rotating selection of quality froyo with LOTS of mix in options...sure to find a combo youll like. Pricing is by weight though...and its not cheap. Would like to see some suggested combos on the menu to give you ideas.
