The guys knew exactly what to do and performed a timely service for my vehicle. They even gave me a ride home and picked me up afterward to get my vehicle. Great customer service, Would 10/10 recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Josh. He was spot on with the estimate of how much repairing my car would cost without any extra charges. Services were fast and timely and he was very understanding and helpful and patient with everything going on when my car broke down. He gave follow up calls to make sure everything was ok and that my car was working fine after I picked it up. I felt very reassured working with him.

Got a used 2018 Nissan Sentra in August (another dealership) and needed a 40k service. Service advisor very easy to work with and was not pushy about other services that may have been completed prior to us acquiring the vehicle. I have always been impressed with Douglass Nissan’s sales and service dept going back to when I owned a 2001 Altima.

Nissan completed a Wheel hub assembly replacement on my right rear side. Josh, the service tech was extremely professional and kept me updated with every step.

Such a wonderful place with caring and efficient personnel. I needed my customary maintenance checkup and they were so thorough they found where mice had been in the motor cavity and gave me advice to prevent the infestation. Also they were kind enough to give me the best deal on replacing the plastic covering of my rear light which had been cracked at a garage sale. All the same day ! They gave me 200 percent. Glad I bought my Rogue from them !

I took my car in for an oil change and I was in and out fast. Everyone was very friendly. I like the fast service.

This was for a new car purchase, every one was courteous, knowledgeable and very willing to help. The dealer had everything ready when we arrived and after a few signatures we were happily on our way.

The only downgrade to Nissan for service is the lack of after hour service available. The team is always professional and never pushy.

I have never experienced such fast and friendly service! I was immediately greeted at my car. They asked me my concerns and what I needed done to my car. Not even half a day, and they called me when it was done. Everyone was so nice and helpful!!!!!!

Once they got my car in the garage, the service was speedy and they were very thorough. But it took 3 hours to get to that point. For this service, I havent had to wait that long with them before. They did have a lot of cars lined up when I got there.

Service department was great...however in the midst of a pandemic the non service staff wasnt concerned about wearing masks. At first i thought it was a privileged group of young white guys who didnt care. Then there was the black guy and then the Hispanic guy without a care in the world wandering thru the area without masks. You cant make this up in a time when 17,000 new cases a day are discovered. I expected more from these folks. The lower level staff was engaged with mask wearing protocols, but the more senior folks just joshed they way back and forth. The battery retails for about $100. I was charged $151. Install was $36, which seems fair. Also had oil and filter change and tire rotation. I was called about dead cell in battery. It was seven years old. New battery has 7 year warranty. Always courteous.

I needed a truck repair. Called made an appt. I was treated with courtesy and respect by everyone. After being diagnosed by the computer Kevin the service manager explained what would fix my truck, the cost of it and how much labor was included in the cost. Also the advised work for any vehicle of 100k+ miles.

I had to get my QX80 towed to this Nissan dealership after a blowout. They had the tire in stock and they stayed open late on a Saturday to fix my car! They had the nicest employees and they got the job done right and I wasn’t without my car until Monday - Really exceptional

Service recall repairs where not done, although Service Adviser Israel Hernandez, and his service manager (name not available) claimed repeatedly the that repairs where completed. These are life saving recall repairs, which the dealership did not even attempt to complete. Fuel level indicator and AIR BAG CONTROL UNIT reprogramming. The service manager LIED to me claiming work was completed. Checking reviews this dealership has received similar complaints in the past. As these are life saving repair services and the dollar value would be over the Texas $500 threshold this is a felony crime, as is the charge of attempted vehicular manslaughter.
