Mike took great care of me from the moment I called to set up a service appointment.When I arrived, they had a very nice waiting area and was offered refreshments while waiting. They immediately got to work on my vehicle and provided me with text message updates during the process. Everything was discussed up front about what would be done and there were no hidden charges. What…just happened? I wanted my car looked over before I did some traveling so I brought it here. My neighbor, Charlie works at Christian Brothers and is a really great guy, so I felt confident that I wouldn’t get taken advantage of. I dropped my car off and took their shuttle back to work. The shuttle driver, Tamie was so considerate! I started to make a call and she lowered the volume of the radio without me asking. She asked if the temperature in the car was comfortable. She was personable and friendly. I gave her bad directions resulting in us getting a little lost but she was super kind about it and still got me back to work on time. You could tell she was actively trying to make me as comfortable as possible. Then, when I got back to the shop after work, I was told that my car needed no repairs. They had thoroughly inspected it and said it needed no work done. Huh? I have NEVER been told that at a shop. And then to top it off, the gentleman at the counter handed me a flower and told me my car would be brought right out…and it was! I must have looked comically confused through the whole experience. I mean, it’s clean, the people are actively trying to help you, they offer shuttle service, and if there isn’t anything wrong with your car they won’t pretend that there is! AND YOU GET A FLOWER. 😂 Do they know they just made themselves the only place in BCS that I will ever take my car to again?

Christian Brothers Automotive has been extremely helpful, particularly during this difficult time. First time (Sept 2020), they not just did oil change on my vehicle but also dropped my vehicle home. I was out of town visiting my son in College Station, Tx., and my water pump went out. I have an Extended Warranty and Christan Brothers Automotive is an approved repair shop. I was familiar with Christan Brothers because they have several franchised shops in the Houston, Texas area where I live. Steve Carpio at the College Station location, took care of all the warranty details,stayed in communication with me and provided me with excellent Customer Service. The entire team there were very professional and customer friendly. Fixed my Truck right up. Even picked me up after my repairs were completed. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to CBA by Discount Tire for a repair. When I called to schedule an appointment, they got me in the same day. The building is nice and the office is easy to find. The office and restroom is spotlessly clean, smelled wonderful (cinnamon), and very well designed. The staff was so friendly and offered refreshments. I was allowed to keep my dog with me on her leash in the waiting area. They have free Wi-Fi. The wait was a couple of hours but it was pleasant. When the service was finished, they sent me off with a cold bottle of water and a flower. I will definitely be returning to CBA for future repairs.

I would have started using them but called for a price quote and they are a $170 more than all the competitors. I spend a good bit on my vehicles maintenance but I travel a lot. They wanted $250 for a radiator flush, got it done for $80. Christian maybe cheaper to help people definitely not.

Abel and his team did great. Did a thorough evaluation of our truck. I love the report that they give you detailing the inspection including pictures. Every detail was out front no hidden costs discovered at the last minute. We love doing business with this company. They let you know the important issues that need to be done with any alternate work that could wait till a later time. They answered all our questions and most importantly kept us updated on the progress of the repair. Give them a try.

I cannot day enough wonderful things about CBA in College Station. The service manager there, Paul, is amazing. Our daughter is in school there and has needed some care on her car a couple of times. Each time Paul has taken care of the situation quickly, even going above and beyond! Highly recommend for honest, excellent service.

They seem competent and good, and they were nice, but the atmospheremade me uncomfortable. They had a Jesus station playing and LOTS of crosses. I felt more like I was at a church or my uber religiousAunts house than an autoshop, and half-expected them to ask about my religion and proselytize at me. They were nice people and seem competent, but its just an odd and off-putting atmosphere for a business.

I went in for a state inspection and they serviced my car immediately. They were professional, the lobby is comfortable and clean and I left within 15 minutes. What made the biggest impression, though, is that, as I put my insurance card back in my wallet, I didnt notice cash fall out of it. Through the process of elimination, they tracked us down. My wife got a call from Paul about the money they found. I appreciate their honesty and the effort they put into making sure we got the cash back as it was a significant amount that had been gifted to us. When my wife returned to the shop to pick up the lost cash, she noticed all the bays were full and its easy to see why. Honesty like seems all too rare these days. We will be back!

CBA did a total maintenance service on my 7 year old SUV, , did it on time, and the bill was less than the estimate. Remind me in 2-3 years, and Ill know how good the job was.

The service was highly professional

My first experience with CBA was not that great. Im wary of chain repair shops bc its a mark up industry, tending to bill customers for what they dont need. My first time there, they broke the filter Housing on my truck, which I had to pay for because they said whoever put it on before put it on so tight that they broke it trying to open in. I know my mechanic wouldnt do that. The second time I went back was out of necessity bc two separate shops told me my oil drain plug was cross threaded. I spoke to Austin who told me to bring it in immediately. They told me the plug was fine, and gave me free oil change. They sent pics of plug which appeared to have broken threads. When I got to the shop to pick up on my lunch break. They showed me the original plug which in fact was not cross threaded, they even put my truck up on the lift to show me that the oil pan was fine too, draining the oil again, after the changed it already. Despite not having a good first experience, the second was alright. Austin took the time to explain what the problem was (aluminum gasket) which probably broke. Not sure if Ill go back, but they did make things right.

Once again, Darrel and his team have exceeded my expectations! I sent a friend’s son there to have his Expedition repaired. It had broken down and needed to be towed in. When it arrived the Service Manager, Jeremy worked with his team to make sure it was accurately diagnosed in a reasonable amount of time. They offered an explanation and solution which was easy for my friend to understand and agree to. The vehicle was ready to go the next day and was done at a very reasonable price. As I’ve said before, each experience at this location has been a good one. I will continue to recommend Christian Brothers Automotive - College Station to my family and friends.

My truck would not start even after changing out my battery. I could not figure out why my check engine light was on when I would jump it nor why even after jumping, my truck still would not start. I made an appointment and had my truck towed to the shop. After discussing on the phone with Abel on what was going on, he told me hed be contact later when the diagnostic test was done. I also spoke to Austin who helped out in explaining the issues with my truck. Both were very helpful and kind. My truck was ready within the day and my check out process was great. I will be coming back to CBA for sure.

I have been a customer of Christian Brothers for a few years now and each time I deal with them I am more astounded by the incredible treatment I receive from the moment I walk in the door till I get the bill. They are prompt and clear in what they are doing and how much it will cost. I have found the charges to be very reasonable and appropriate for the work they have done . Now let me say that on at least two occasions I have brought one of my vehicles and they look at my issue and resolved it on the spot at NO CHARGE. They obviously try to go above and beyond in the customer service aspect and they succeed. Little things like providing drinks and super friendly demeanor go a long way and help differentiate them from other mechanic shops.They also work with you on repairs and tell you what is needed and what can wait. That shows a lot of integrity.

My daughter is in college away from home and took her car in because it would not start and there was a sulfur smell. They were honest, helpful and beyond professional in taking care of her and her car, as well as keeping me informed. They gave her a ride back home, picked her up when it was ready, kept her from getting rained on during a raining day and completed the car promptly and at a reasonable, fair price. We highly recommend this Christian Brothers Automotive and will be returning for any future automotive needs.

I had my car towed-in with a transmission issue. I paid the diagnostic fee of about 150. They then said they need to do a transmission specific diagnostic for another 300 dollars (450 total). The technician said he needed to drop the pan and inspect.I called my uncle who is a lead mechanic at a Ford dealership in WA State. He told me to run away from this shop as soon as possible as they were price gouging me. He said all they were doing was unscrewing a half-dozen bolts and all the shops he worked in would charge about half the quoted price, or less.I then called numerous shops (not saying name so this review doesnt get taken down) in the area and they all said they would do the work for about 150 total.I responded to a feedback email Christian Brothers sent me, at the end of the survey it said they would contact me. They didnt. Beware of trusting this shop, especially if you are new to car repairs or you have your car towed-in.

They were so great! First off, I had a 50% off coupon from the brazos monthly publication so a full synthetic oil change cost me just over $30! They gave me a complimentary shuttle home so I didnt have to stay and wait, And when I came back to pick it up they gave me a pink carnation 💮 they definitely just gained a new loyal customer!

I have used the Christian Brothers network when any of my college age gilrs needed a car repair and this location holds up to the gold standard test. Had my daughters a/c up and running in record time. Great and timely communicators. Include pics w/esitmate where appropriate. 3 yr/36 mo warranty on repairs. Probably not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Professional mechanics are worth every penny.

They overcharge for items you dont need. I went in to get my AC checked out and they wanted to reinstall the whole AC system for an outrageous price. This was not needed in my case, just replacing the condenser. When I went in to pick it up after declining service, they charged me for adding freon to AC that does not work. While they are professional and nice, they do price gauge. A friend of mine experienced a similar instance as well.

Today I went in to have my car serviced with an oil change and of course they do so much more when they are checking oil they checked everything. But they are so nice and I was there a very short time and when I left I got to keep the coffee cup that they serve me coffee in and a red carnation very sweet.

Love the friendly employees and great service. Also love the texts/ photos of the auto problem so that you know what youre getting into. You should create an app! Also they give the women a carnation with every service. May your company always flourish! Stay blessed.

The minute you walk in the door the staff acknowledges you in a friendly pleasant manner. The waiting area is clean with inspirational music. They give you updates on your vehicle. Tell you what their findings are and gives you your options. Never any pressure. Always a great place to take my cars 🙂

Aw man I cannot express how much I love the service with this places! The men here are kind, welcoming, and friendly. I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere. One thing to be mindful of is that this place is costly but in a good way! They take care of the costumers and offer something to drink right when you walk in. Another thing is that they do free checkups on your vehicle :) I will definitely come back again!

Although the news I received about my vehicles condition was not good, they were very helpful by walking me through a detailed list of my vehicles issues, the long term safety affects caused by these issues, how they can be fixed, and what options I had for next steps. I appreciate their work and helping me understand the situation.

This is it, look no further. Finding competent, reliable and ethical auto repair is no small task. They will birddog any issue and stick with it until you are satisfied. Of course this is at your own (reasonable) expense but they will not hesitate to revisit issues at their expense, when appropriate. This is rare.

CBA is always quick to get things done. I love that they do a complete diagnostic of you vehicle and give you an idea of what needs to be fixed soon and what will need to be looked at down the road. They truly care about their customers and you don’t feel like they are just trying to get you to spend money. I will definitely return with all of my car maintenance needs!

They are very nice and give you detailed information on any problems and how they will fix them. They also provide a detailed quote and are willing to answer any questions and explain why they recommend a certain repair. The only downside is they are a bit pricey, but also that just applies to car repairs in general so I can hardly complain.

I very highly recommend Christian Brothers and especially Abel! My son is a student at A&M and has unfortunately had car trouble a couple of times since he moved. Each time the wonderful staff has been there to step in and help him when we were far away and couldnt. They keep you informed each step of the way with phone calls and send emails that have all the details of their inspection and repairs that need to be made. The techs even suggest things that arent currently broken but would be expensive to fix later and ask if you want to replace now to save money. They dont pressure you to fix them, just offer! The last time, they even sent a video so I could see exactly what they were seeing! The first repairs we had to have made were very expensive and Abel took the time to explain each repair and which ones could wait and which ones needed to be fixed immediately. It gives me such peace of mind to know that Abel and the rest of the staff at Christian Brothers are watching out for my son when i cant! I have complete faith in them and the work they do, the warranty and customer service cant be equaled!

HIGHLY Recommend this place. After several attempts and lots of money spent to get an issue fixed on my car at other shops, I decided to take it in to Christian Brothers. After a complimentary diagnoses on my vehicle, they patched up the problem I spent a lot of time and money on trying to get fixed, at no charge. They also sent me a detailed review of the other issues they found and went over each problem very thoroughly, in a way, me, a person of little to no knowledge about cars, could understand . The staff is super friendly and you can just tell they care! I will definitely be taking my vehicle there for any and all repairs. oh! and the flower they give to the women is definitely icing on the cake, and very kind gesture!

I found this place on Google & went this morning to get my state inspection done. I was blown away by my experience here! I was greeted at the door by a smiling, friendly face & the place was very clean & peaceful. The whole process took about 6 minutes. When the guys were finished they told me it was complimentary & the man handed me a pink rose & said “all ladies get a rose here”. This place is amazing & the fact that it’s a Christian business is an added bonus! I will definitely take my business back to them in the future!!

Excellent work! They did a thorough evaluation of the vehicle and presented me with a comprehensive plan of repair. There were quite a few things that needed to be done -- none of which really surprised me. They finished on time and under the quoted price. Most importantly, the vehicle now performs like a new one, a total transformation. My Jeep went from something I only used for dirty jobs or rough roads/off-roading, to a very competent daily driver. What more could you ask for? Thanks guys.

The best and most honest repair shop I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and really do care about you and your vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of any kind of car work.

My tires were rotated at discount tire. While they had it, the abs and stabilitrak lights came on and I was sent emails from GM. Since then, the two lights come on intermittently. Discount set something up with CB to fix what they messed up. However, there are no engine codes and the lights do not stay on permanently. CB said they could not do anything if they do not know what the issue is. They did not check the wires or sensors and sent it back to me. Their corporate website even has how to fix this issue and they did NOTHING!
