I have an old 2002 Grand Prix. I needed a brakes and AC repair. The work was just done less than 2 weeks ago and Ive already driven that car all the way to the top of Colorado and back twice. I could tell you stopping straight and stopping strong is no longer an issue for my car and with the lifetime guarantee and their best rotors and pads is an issue I never expect to be concerned about ever again. The AC worked great but apparently as they had noted was going to be possible when I picked it up, the clutch does appear to be bad. They were happy to honor the warranty of the work they had done to my AC to reduce my overall expense for a new compressor. That is fair, but over the years I have noticed running trucking companies and running the wheels off of four wheelers almost all reputable repair shops seem to want to insist on all the additional parts of the AC system being changed along with the compressor. I know there is a standard answer reason for that, but I guess the only place I would differ with Midas is that Ive had multiple compressors changed over the decades and Ive never had an issue with not changing all the other parts along with the compressor which do drastically increase the cost of that repair. However of course Im not in the business of changing AC compressors and I dont change them every day like this gigantic chain across the country does. So more than likely statistically theyre probably correct about that. Other than that, they get right to it, and you have again a huge national chain we all know and trust in most small large cities across the country all standing at the ready to take care of any warranty issue. Thats a great comfort to me because I run the wheels off of my vehicles traveling all over the US. I will add also that the general manager himself offered to immediately pull the car in and initiate that repair for the AC as I had told him I needed it the next day to drive some 65 miles or so to a funeral and brand new expensive clothes that I really didnt want to have to sweat in. Luckily the next day it was very cool and I had no problem, but its worth noting that though I may disagree a little bit with the idea of changing all those extra parts, the manager heard that it was a fairly critical issue and needed to be taken care of right away as it was at the end of the business day he immediately offered to get it in progress and see to it that it got finished himself. Sometimes paying what may be considered a slightly premium price is worth it in efficient and overall service done right. Conclusion: youll get exactly what you need and you can be assured the work will be backed up by professionals that really do know what theyre doing and seriously care about their business and you as the customer.

Could not be more impressed with this shop. Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive. I needed new front rotors and brakes. The local dealerships pricing was ridiculous. I received quotes from other repair shops and stopped by this Midas location on the way home. I was pleasantly surprised with the competitive pricing at Midas and they started the work immediately. I watched the technician and was very impressed with his work ethic. Often I see other shops technicians checking phones and chatting it up with co-workers but not here; it was all business and they even beat their time estimate. Also, the owner followed up with me to ensure the work went well. You cant ask for better service. Keep up the great work by both management and technicians. I will be returning in the future!

Good Customer Service! BUT..got a tune up and I still have a misfire and no one at the shop said anything about it. Now I need more service and Midas wont get another penny of mine. My expectations were not met. Friendly Environment

I needed to have all 4 brake rotors replaced, all 4 sets of brake pads, and to have my brake fluid flushed. They took care of me quickly and answered any questions I had pertaining to the work I was having done. They were honest and fair with their pricing so I would highly recommend these guys for any work you need done to your car or truck!

I came in for new brakes. The guys made my appointment, examined my car and found another issue that, though minor right now, could have become a bigger problem. They fixed everything up quickly and had me rolling that afternoon. I was in the loop throughout the whole process. Great place and great service!

The people were really nice- however the man who did my air filters and oil change left screws out of my dust cover, and being that I drove 2 hours home the road ate it. So the price I paid for everything I could have taken to the Mercedes dealership and had it done right.

The mechanic brought me out and explained the work to be done, ensuring that I understood what the issue was and showing me how it affected my car. Work was done hours faster than their time estimate, even though they were busy. Owner checked in days afterward to make sure the work they did was performing well. Ill definitely be coming back.

I took my Toyota in to Midas to check my brakes as they were squeaking loudly every time I backed up. After several attempts to get them fixed by another auto place Midas knew exactly what was causing the squeaking and fixed it. I also had them put new rear brakes on. They were very friendly and professional.

I had oil leaks from my valve cover and my turbo. The Midas team diagnosed the issue quick. Replaced my turbo due to it being blown. Did some preventative maintenance and fixed my valve cove leak all in less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff! I highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

We had to take 3 cars in for oil changes and they did their inspection of the different systems on the cars and found some things that were leaking on 2 cars or should be replaced soon. But now they have a new way of showing you pictures of what is wrong with your car and where it is on your car. The new store manager Jon Fink did a great job walking us through what needed to be fixed or replaced. He didnt pressure us with anything but advised us on some things that were more safety concerns.They even drove down to Houston and back to get a part to finish our car that day. All 3 oil changes were finished before noon that day and we even had to bring them in one at a time.Jon was telling us that this Midas has recently moved under new ownership and they are really trying to get their reputation back up. Lastly, Jon was very knowledgeable and respectful to me and my wife and we really appreciated that.

Going here to get my car fixed was the best decision ever. I filled it up with diesel instead of regular gas haha. Everyone I called was super judgmental, except for them. Kevin was in charge, and he was extremely understanding. They fixed my car at a very reasonable price, great service overall. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience here. I dropped my car at 5pm on Monday to fix the CV joint and got my car back quickly at 4pm on Tuesday. They had to deal with my insurance company, order the parts and get the job done beautifully in a timely manner! Everyone is helpful, especially the owner Mr. White and the lady Kendra. They are smart, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. Really appreciated the service! Thank you!!

Had a belt replaced here when Michael was the manager. Decent price and job well done. Service was really fast and super easy. However, I recently had an oil change, alignment, and front pads replaced. Their mechanics left the oil pan plug loose, stripped two of my tire lugs, and Ive recently had to have the front brakes redone with warped rotors. Do not take your car here!!

Good service with a minor error (oil change and some inspections)I have ordered oil change with some inspections. The quality of work is great and customer service is good. The staff looks respectful to the customers. The total time is around 1 hr 20min( 20min waiting and 1hr service time) with online reservation. It was approximately 1 pm on a weekday. So I think their service is quick enough.The minor issue is that the oil changed was synthetic blend instead of FULL synthetic. On web site form, I clearly wrote FULL synthetic but I might say just synthetic in the shop, and unfortunately the staff did not check it mean blend synthetic or full synthetic. Since my car does not require FULL synthetic, it is a minor error. He apologized gently and promised small amount of discount for the next time. I have felt it is professional, and it is enough to compensate this minor error. I will use this service again.

I highly recommend the Midas in College Station. The customer service provided at Midas is exceptional. The staff are respectful of the customers time and property, while being highly attentive to customer needs. They were responsive to all inquiries I had, and walked me through various solutions to rectify the problems in which my car presented with. I cannot think of a better company to entrust my car with.

Went in for the $20 oil change special. They did a fine job, no problems, didnt try to upsell me, which was refreshing. It did take them an hour longer to get to it than they estimated. Waiting room was clean and comfortable, if sparsely furnished.

Ok, service was good and they were having a special on oil changes for $18.99 but I waited for an hour and a half.... there was one person in front of me and even after they were done and I had paid, I still had to wait for my keys! Good but so damn slow.

I have been here twice now; once for an oil change and once to get new headlights put into my Mustang. I have nothing but great things to say about the guys working here! They definitely go above and beyond in a quick, considerate, knowledgeable visit. Im due for an oil change soon ad I will most definitely be going back. They will answer any questions you have and give you full attention while doing so. The pricing is fair, which can be difficult to find now and then, and I hope to never see that change. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed! They get you in and out as quickly as possible as well as make sure you are completely satisfied. Their warranty on their work is very fair as well!

Found a coupon for tire rotation, oil change, and a full visual check over. I also got it inspected. The guy at the front was super nice, though it sounded like there was drama in the shop. There were 2 cars in front of me so it took a while (I was a walk-in) but once they got to my car they did a quick and efficient job. I was able to see them work from inside, and they did everything they said they would.I was never confronted with suspicious issues or surprise charges and never treated like I was dumb for asking questions. As a woman, its always a fear that the stereotype is true and that they will cheat us where they can. This place was honest, helpful, and efficient. Ill be returning to them for future services.

Poor at best. Recommend this franchise to people you dislike.I have used their service many times in the past without incident, but all it takes is one. I took my 2003 105k mile old vehicle there for a routine oil change (with a coupon for a free tire rotation) in early May and my vehicle left in worse shape than it entered. While my car was on the lift I observed a tech hammering on one of my rear wheel studs. The techs told me the stud was stripped because the nut had a different thread pitch. Then the manager told me the stud stripped because of material failure due to the vehicles age. I was then informed that my vehicle wouldnt be serviced because of an existing leak but that they could replace the stud at cost to me. I filed a complaint with their corporate office, and when I finally heard back from them, the owner of this franchise reported that the stud had never been hammered and that I remained responsible for the damage. I know what I saw.One piece of advice I will give this franchise is that if youre not going to service a vehicle for what it is brought in for, dont touch anything else. Maybe you can avoid this problem in the future.As an afterthought...a stud costs about $3, which is apparently more than they value customer loyalty. Labor costs are not included in this amount because the franchise already had my car on a lift for 30+ mins (which is a generous amount of time to replace a stud) without earning a penny.

I have two stories to share and you can make your own decision. Before we moved to Texas, we were pleased by the service of Midas in Pittsburgh, PA, so we go the Midas here without looking around. Learn from our mistakes -- the quality of stores in the same franchise chain is not all the same.Story #1: Usually I dont agree with everything recommended by the mechanic and only fix the very urgent ones. Later, I found out that the prices of individual item on the initial quote are not the same as the final bill -- they increased the price of individual items from the initial quote to cover the price of items (at least partially) that I declined. For a store with such low moral standard, I dont trust anything they said.Story #2: Gear shifting became not so smooth and I saw oil spots under the car in my driveway. I told Midas and they had no clue what that is. They told me that the leakage was engine and wanted to fix various engine gaskets. I was skeptical because rough shifting indicates something else. In the end, the leakage is transmission fluid, not engine oil. I suppose a trained mechanic should be able to tell transmission leakage from engine leakage.Story #3: This was my friends story. He said that Midas forgot to put the cap of engine back after a regular maintenance. He was shocked by their negligence when he opened the hood after getting home.

They have always treated myself and my family and friends right here.They will tell you how things are and there is never any pressure to fix anything and they will work with you to try and make sure you get what you need without walking out feeling like things could have gone better. Its never a great thing to have to go in to get a car repair done, but at this Midas, its not as painful as it might be! You can trust them to do things right, quickly and honestly!I believe this particular location is more like a family than just a chain store. They have been around for a long time and you wouldnt survive if you didnt do something right!

Best place for your quick car care.

I went in about 3 weeks ago for an oil change because they were having a special. It was $20 for an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was friendly and it seems like they did a good job on the oil change portion, but immediately after I left Midas I headed down to Corpus Christy for the weekend. On the ride over I noticed that the back passenger-side tire was making a weird noise and my steering wheel was starting to shake a little. Turns out Midas didn’t tighten my lug nuts properly while rotating the tires. 2 of them had completely fallen off on the drive down and the others we were able to unscrew with our hands because they were so loose. I was lucky my tire didn’t come off. Because of this I probably won’t be back.

UPDATE 03/2019: Originally I had no quarrels with the oil change short of a long wait time, however, after going to change my oil again I have noticed some issues with their work. To be clear, my car now has 23,000 miles on it, and I have done all maintenance minus this one oil change and tire rotation, the $7 oil change on Groupon was just too good to pass up. However, now I know I just need to do everything myself now. After climbing under my car to change my oil I found that 2 of the bolts for the panel covering the oil filter and plug were missing, the oil pan plug was a hairs breadth tight (and had been dripping oil), and one of my locking lugs on my wheels were missing too. Keep in mind, the wheels of my car had not been removed since new except for Midas to rotate at ~15,000 miles. After the entire experience I am convinced that the workmanship here has not been acceptable. I am extremely frustrated with my experience and will not be returning.ORIGINAL REVIEW 08/2018: Had a Groupon for a very inexpensive oil change so I figured I would give the location a try. -1 star for a very long wait, there were about 2 vehicles in front of me but it looked like they were short staffed as they were not turning them over very fast. I also noticed someone using one of their bays for (what appeared) to be personal use to mount new tires and wheels to his truck as he wasnt dressed in Midas attire and upon completion left the shop in the truck he was working on. I waited for over an hour, then left and returned about 30 minutes later and they were finally ready for my car. After getting it on the lift the oil change was fairly fast, around 30 minutes. Upon returning the car there were some smudges of grease/oil on the seat and door but after informing them they promptly cleaned the areas, so no hard feelings there. Overall if the wait wasnt so long I wouldnt have had any quarrels.

I went in for a regular oil change and tire rotation around 3 pm on a Thursday because I had a coupon. They told me there was about a 3 hour wait, but if I came the next morning when they opened between 7:30 and 8 am, they would get me in and out quickly. I asked if I needed to make an appointment just in case, and I was told no. The next morning, I came at 8 am, and she told me it would be about 30-45 minutes. Although that was longer than I was expecting, I stayed thinking it may not take that long. It was just me and one other person when I first arrived. Long story short, it took over 2 hours just for my oil change and tire rotation. Not once did they apologize for making me wait, and every time I asked how much longer until the oil change was done, they just replied, its coming. Two other customers were having the same waiting issue as me, despite us all coming first thing in the morning as we were told. One girl even said she made an appointment for that morning, and they lost her appointment. She waited almost 2 hours like me. Not only did we have to wait, but the employees were extremely unprofessional in their conversation talking about previous relationships, cursing, etc. I will not be back, and I would advise anyone else to go somewhere else for a more professional environment and quicker oil change.

One of the most indispicable places no one should go here. The will screw you my boyfriend had got a brand new tire we only had for a month. And we only drove thirty miles on it. We on our way back home with our five month old baby and we were on the high way nothing on the roads we could possibly hit we didnt hit any curbs. So tell me how we could possibly have two giant gashes and when we left our destination to the high way the tire was still full. And just then hit thirty miles on the high way and blows out and has two giant gashes. It just doesnt make any sense. And they wont refund us for the hundreds we spent on that tire. That is fraud! Dont buy anything from this place ever they will screw you. They didnt even calls to tell us them selves about this my boyfriend had to call them back even though the guy he spoke to said his boss will call him back. He has a warranty and it didnt even last a month. You know something on their end screwed us. Dont let them screw you over either! Word of advise.

Routine oil change appt not completed timely. Staff I spoke with courteous and explained suggested maintenance well. However, discovered air filter removed and not replaced, with cover left loose.

Took over 2 hours to get an oil change (they had told me wait time was 30-45 mins since there was only 1 car ahead of me). They have plenty of staff on hand, but they will keep telling you just a few minutes and its almost ready instead of just admitting that they are out of stock on the oil that I needed (which they recommended). Overall bad service, would not recommend.

I took my truck in today on 4/9/14 because it wasnt running smoothly and it would shut off whenever i would make really hard sharp turns. I had never heard of this happening before so i took it in and the guys at Midas College Station took care of it without a problem. They replaced my Distributor cap, spark plugs and wires along with the fuel filter.It only took a few hours and they provided great customer service while doing so.

They rip students off. Sent my son for brake services and they charged him $250 for brake pad replacement on the front axle only. $250??? Pads run for 40-50 you’re telling me labor was 200 dollars?? Disappointed because the Midas here in Houston is fairly priced and does an excellent job. I’m no mechanic myself, so I sent him here assuming they were honest people . I know to drive up there next time my son has a problem (since he’s not an expert in cars obviously). They take advantage of students that really don’t know what’s going on. Never bring your car here.

Avoid this place like the Bubonic plague. I went in for a simple oil change-- 2.5 hours later they had determined that my Jeep had a plethora of urgent (and expensive) problems. I followed my better judgment and declined the maintenance (turns out they were in fact scamming me), and the next day I found out that they removed my air filter completely as a thank you for my business. Midas College Station is a fine establishment indeed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! :) This was one of the WORST experiences. I took my car in at 11 for a simple oil change yet it did not get finished until around 3-3:30. When I dropped my car off, I was told it would be finished in an hour and a half. I called the store at around that time to check in and they said oh, its on the rack right now, so only about 30 minutes. Again, I waited. When I showed up 30 minutes later, I found my car sitting in the same exact spot I left it. I went inside and asked if my car was done, but the man inside responded with oh Im sorry I thought you were talking about the black wrangler, though I clearly stated WHITE jeep grand cherokee over the phone. AGAIN. I waited for 30 more minutes until I was finally able to pay. I used the coupon that said it would be a $15 oil change, only to see additional charges. A couple minutes after I paid, they informed me that I would have to wait EVEN LONGER because they ran out of the filter that my car needed to finish the oil change. After about 10 more minutes, they finally got another filter to finish my car. How can you run an auto repair shop with ONLY 3 filters in stock that a HANDFUL of cars use? It truly baffled me. Dont worry! I got a free oil change for next time. Believe me, there will NOT be a next time.

Manager wasnt very friendly when questioned about why he was charging over $200.00 more for the part than what I could get it at OReillys for. Was here for a catalytic converter.

I got out of the store with low pressure tires!They advise me to change air filter+cabin filter with a price of $25 each while They cost only $10.DONT GO THERE!!

One of the worst experiences in my life for a oil change. First I go online for a coupon that states 14.99 conventional oil change and filter. Additional oil is extra. To later be charged a 115$ dollars for a freaking oil change. My truck is a diesel so I new it was going to be extra, but a 120$ extra?? The only reason I did not change my oil my self is because I wanted all fluids topped off which later you will read was not done. Safe to say this is the one and only time I will ever come here. And will tell everyone I know to never ever bring any vehicle to this business. And the tech must have been a rookie, it took him 90 mins to rotate, not balance, 4 tires and change the oil. Before he pulled the truck out I inspected it myself and the power sterling fluid wasnt topped off. He filled my washing fluid resevoir which had a huge yellow X painted on the cap for it to all spill out before he even pulled the truck out of the bay. Im disgusted in this place and myself for first not looking at the reviews before I went.

Worst experience everMade an appt to get alignment done. I arrived a whole hour early and they made me wait for 2 hours only to tell me it will take another 1.5 hours since they only one person specialized to do it. I left without getting anything done. Staff was RUDE!

Every time I went, something else was messed up. At first I thought, Man, what a terrible car but then it was EVERY TIME I went to get an oil change, they would find something else. So I got skeptical and went to another dealership who has better reviews and they saw that I was being lied to. Especially when I went in with a car that this other dealership fixed but then when my oil change was over with Midas, suddenly something needed to be replaced. I dont know what they think they are doing, but they arent doing it right. I would NEVER recommend this location, not even for an oil change. Even my boyfriend had past bad experiences with them and refuses to go back. They said that I had thermostat issues and that it needed to be replaced. Well, when that didnt work, they wanted to replace the replacement saying it must have been a bad one. So I drove my AC-less car over to Christian Bros Auto and told them what was happening. Turned out, it was sludge in my car that PT Cruisers often have issues with. And thats not all, Midas LOST my oil cap so when I drove in, Christan Bros Mechanic freaked out! They found a replacement cap for me though and it was great. There are far better places in college station to get your car worked on. Try Christian Brothers, they do fantastic work and get it right the first time. They even will drive you to places you need to be at while they have your car and they have been very trustworthy thus far.Dont even try to reply to me Midas, you are full of lies and I dont want to hear it. Until you start getting better at business and people dont leave angry or with worse cars than they entered with, I will NEVER return and I will NEVER recommend you to any poor soul.

Good honest mechanics. Never push a sale, warns you how long break pads will last, tires, etc. Pricing is always good, but dont take my word. Get a quote from another shop and they will beat it and not just by a few bucks.

I went to Midas yesterday for an oil change. they never asked me for any specific requirements before they put oil into my car. The guy before me is mad about them because they tend to overcharge on tiny items they added without the permission of car owners. On my bill, they added a 10 dollar charge of “shop supply” on the service. (Which is bs)The final price of this trash service turned out to be about the same as doing it at the car dealer’s.I would never go there again. They don’t know how to take care of cars. It’s a messed up place.

I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $19.99 today. I dropped it off and they called me a while later to let me know that my car required synthetic which doesnt go with the coupon. I got the car not too long ago, and it was my first oil change so I didnt even think about it requiring a certain type of oil. She told me the synthetic was usually $79.99 but they would go ahead and take $20 off, and Im driving to California on Monday (its Saturday) and waited until the last minute to do this so I said sure, fine. I called back and asked about some Midas groupons for $35 I found that were for Houston, and she almost agreed but ultimately said they wouldnt work for their location, but she went ahead and reduced it to $49.99. I could have definitely found a different coupon for less elsewhere if I had time to wait, but the fact that it was my fault I didnt know that I needed synthetic oil and they still gave me a $30 discount was great, especially when they had no deal currently going for that service. I thought the workers were incredibly nice and accommodating, and I would recommend them!Also, I noticed other reviewers said wait time was long, but I scheduled an appointment on Friday for Saturday at 1, and they were done by 2, even with having to wait for my approval on the synthetic oil.

After weeks of trying to figure out what was wrong with my A/C system, it blew my mind when he showed me that all it needed was a freon recharge. The main thing is that I walked in with several preconceived notions as to what the problem might be and was blown away when I learned that the solution was much simpler.These guys deserve 5 stars. From my experience and observations today, I would definitely recommend the services from this Midas location. I learned a great lesson today and owe my sincere gratitude to Kevin for being patient and forthright with me. These guys have everything to gain from doing an honest job so be patient with them.

TURN BACK AROUND!!!!! DONT DO IT!!!Went in with one problem and came out with 4. Also got ripped off. They charged me 3x more for the part and 2x for the labor. “0 STARS!!”

I decided to try out Midas because I had heard one good and one bad review from friends.After 5 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation, my truck was finally ready and the tire hadnt even been rotated...Never again.

I went there for a change oil because i receive a coupon from the mail. They offered to fix my front brakes because they said the pads are worn and the rotors had to be shaved for the new ones, fearing for my familys safety I had them repair it for almost US$400. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. A few weeks later, I returned to their shop because every time I hit 60 MPH and press my brakes I feel a strong vibration. The staff checked it and they said its normal but when their boss checked/drove it and followed my instructions he felt it too and started shouting at his people. He offered to fix it for another 200 or 300 dollars. I drove away. I wish I can do something about it but I am not from College Station. Now I am stuck with my SUV with brakes that vibrate everytime I hit my brakes even at 40 MPH . Please I beg you, dont be a victim like me. This happened a while back but it is only now that I mustered enough courage to write this review.

My girlfriend took her car to get her axle replaced. The lady at the front desk said it would be a few hours at most. A few DAYS later and she had to basically force Midas to give her car back. She was car-less for three days and Midas didnt care to put it back together and give it to her. They kept saying it will be done soon, but it never was. DO NOT RELY on Midas to get your car back.

Had my car serviced there today the owner Kevin White waited on me and gave took me back to a convention I was attending great service and my truck was taking care of in less time than I was told thank you college. Station midas and thank you Kevin white

If I could give 0 stars, I would. About a year ago, I brought my car in for a front end alignment and to get my front tires changed and noticed when I got home that there was a HUGE crack in the front bumper. I didnt notice at the shop because I entered from the side, so didnt say anything at the moment, but I called immediately when I noticed and was told to come by the next day when the manager was available to discuss the issue with him. He barely took me seriously saying theres no way his workers did that and wasnt cooperative at all when I asked him to look at the video camera footage. Im still not convinced that he even watched the videos, but was too busy with school and I didnt prioritize the incident. Today I am still getting texts from the manager asking for my business, when I told him I would never return to the shop after getting my car returned in a worse condition than when I brought it in (I forgot to mention, the alignment was no good because my car still vears hard to the right). All in all, do not do business with this company! He will screw you over then remind you of it every couple months with his sad plea for business.

Just look at all these bad reviews people. If you had any intuition, you would not chance it and take to these people and hope you are not screwed by them, would you? Dont chance it, take your money and time somewhere else.

I needed my headlight replaced and made the right choice by coming here. They were quick, friendly, and it is evident that they care about their customers and will not try to rip you off.

I went to get a oil change and they used the same oil they took out of the car. The only reason I know is because i had my car fixed 3 days later and they had to drain my oil and showed me the oil asking when I had I gotten a oil change and I told them just 3 days ago they said that they had reused my oil.

Waited 5.5 hours for break work when they gave me initially a 2 hour estimate. Basically spent the entire day in the waiting lobby. When I asked for updates on the time for completion they claimed to only need 30 more minutes. May be a rarity but I regretted coming here.

My fiance called and set an appointment for 7:30am which was first appointment. He was told 89.99. After starting they came back saying it would be $250 because they had to bolt it up. It took 5 hours(12:30 PM) and when it was time to pay it was $299 with a coupon!!!! This is not the first time service has been poor. Normally they add extra stuff without telling you then just add it to your bill. Prices are never what they say. This place is a rip off!!!!!

WHAT A JOKE!!!They wanted $450 to put on 2 axle back mufflers on my mustang. The mufflers cost $30 a piece at autozone. Thats like $340 labor for 2 welds. Midas is outrageously over priced.

The mechanics waste time and theyre a bit unprofessional but they do a decent job.

Went there to get a tail light replace...effed up half the electronics in the whole dang car. Took foreeeevvveerrr and when they effed it, WE were made to pay for the repairs, so $85 turned into $491....stay away

True story, multiple cars have left this place without lug nuts. Over all very low quality, very long waits, and theyre almost as likely to break as fix something.

Charged me for a job that was supposed to be covered by a warranty. Then refused to admit to the mistake. Customer service fail. With that being said this was the first time they ever messed up. So i probably will not hold it against them.
