Excellent and quick service. The mechanic came out showing me the broken part, and explained to me what was wrong. I appreciated that. Fair pricing. They do most auto repairs, not just tires.

Ordered a lift kit was given a price a month later when lift kit arrived was told had a balance. Price given was just to “order” this was told once I called to find out why it was a different price. BCS tire pros you need to give full details so there is no confusion not just “order” price, this is not professional. Not once did full price get mentioned when I ordered.

I had a difficult time with a slow leak to one of my tires that I couldnt identify the source of. Discount Tire did a free check and told me that it was the valve stem and replaced it, but the next day the tire was flat again. I went into BCS Tires and Lifts and they also pulled the wheel off and was able to show me that I actually had a cracked rim, which they couldnt fix but recommended me to their local wheel repair expert. I then met with Tim at Absolute Wheels in College Station and he informed me that the crack was actually from a manufacturing defect and he wouldnt be able to repair it and that I would require a replacement wheel.I returned to BCS Tires and Lifts and passed on what their expert Tim had said and attempted to order another wheel, but discovered that it would be at least a 60 day wait for the wheel to arrive. Blake Thomas then called their distributor in an effort to possibly track down one of the same wheels here stateside, but found that it couldnt be done. Their distributor then learned of the manufacturing defect that led to the need for the replacement wheel and offered to replace all of the wheels with a different model of equivalent or less cost, which was a very generous offer behind their products. I was able to pick a replacement set that was delivered within 5 days and installed in just about an hour with all of my tires swapped over, balanced and mounted.Since I went with black wheels, I ended up with some chrome locking hubs and a couple of hub caps that were still chrome that I needed to get changed to black. I was able to go to BLISS Firearms the same day and get all of those items Cerakoted Black to match the wheels in just a couple of hours while I waited by Homer and Simeon.Overall I had an excellent experience at BCS Tires and Lifts, their expert tire repair shop with Tim at Absolute Wheels and lastly with BLISS Firearms and their ability to color match my part to my new wheels. I would highly recommend all of them for any of your parts, repairs or replacement needs and custom work.

Brought in my own lift for an install. Talked prior on the phone with them. They knew of the exact lift that I had. I was quoted 750$ and some change. After dropping my truck off, I was advised the install would take over 12 hours of labor, and 2 days in the shop. because they didnt have the right set up at their shop. Luckily I found Texas Customz, in Bryan. These guys made room for my truck and promptly got started on it. OH YEAH, BCS Tires put the lift back in the truck with no instruction book, and I also found brackets sitting on my bumper. Thank goodness the 8 mile drive, they didnt fall off. I shouldve checked the reviews, I hope this helps. Will bring future work to the guys at Texas Customz!

I paid $100+ on April 24th to have an alignment done to my car. I was advised by BCS Tires that I needed new tires before the alignment could be completed. I purchased the tires without hesitation. By May 21st I was stranded on the side of the road due to a flat tire. I paid $130 for a tow truck to the nearest Discount Tire. Under further inspection, my back tires were extremely worn down. Discount Tire explained to me that the wear on the wheels were because of the misalignment.I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BCS TIRES ALLOWED ME TO DRIVE OFF OF THEIR LOT WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW THAT NOT ONLY THE FRONT TIRES WERE BAD, BUT ALSO THE BACK TIRES.I quickly returned to BCS Tires so they could fulfill the 6 month warranty that was perviously promised. They wrote down several other things they saw were wrong with the car. I was then told that they were going to realign my vehicle free of charge since it had not even been a complete month since the initial alignment. I then drove to Brake Check to price check the things BCS Tires had previously quoted. They were surprised to see that it looked like no alignment had been done to my car. I then paid $100 for Brake Check to complete the alignment THE CORRECT WAY.After the alignment was completed, I drove to BCS Tires so they could explain to me why nothing seemed to be aligned. They proceeded to tell me that no work was done to the car since they saw new damage to the vehicle and that cancels the warranty. I spoke with several employees, and an older caucasian man who wore a blue button up (seemed to be the manager). I told them I wanted some sort of refund since they were UNABLE TO PULL UP ANY DOCUMENTATION THAT THE ALIGNMENT WAS EVER DONE CORRECTLY.I was then passed onto a gentleman named Chris WHICH DID NOT EVEN WORK AT THE SHOP AT ALL. HE WAS JUST A FRIEND THAT WAS JUST HANGING OUT IN THE BACK.DO NOT GO HERE!!!! THEY BLAMED THE ENTIRE SITUATION ON A POOR GENTLEMAN NAMED JOSE AND DID NOT TRY TO PLEASE ME IN ANY WAY!!!THE PICTURES BELOW ARE OF MY BACK TIRES. THE OTHER PICTURE IS BEFORE BRAKE CHECK DID MY ALIGNMENT AND THEN AFTER. (I HAD JUST GOT MY CAR REALIGNED BY BCS TIRES BEFORE VISITING BRAKE CHECK!!!)SO UNPROFESSIONAL.WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

Charged me $200 for an alignment (I had replaced a control arm and they needed to inspect the work, at an extra charge, which considered of a tech yanking on the tire and saying seems fine.) and they couldnt align the car properly and it pulled like crazy.I had provided an alignment specification that was necessary for my vehicle, and it was ignored.Brought it back and the 2nd technician did a much better job and aligned it properly under warranty, hence the 3 stars.I understand that some people fix cars poorly themselves, but the additional hour of labor charge for less than 5 minutes of inspection just really gets my goat.

The alignment I had done was perfect . I just wish I hadnt had another suspension component just fail right after . they handled it perfectly and did not charge me again after the new one was on . their warranty it fantastic and will be back in the future

Drove my brand new truck with 50 miles on it to get it lifted. Asked to keep my stock suspension to resell and the lift tech asked why because all of my suspension was shot. Had a noise chattering rattle on the way home. Crawled underneath and my sway bar end link bolts were backing of. Rear leaf spring bolts were put in backwards so the sharp threads were cutting into my brake lines (the instructions I gave him clearly told him what to do). They said I needed a special tool to adjust the front lift of my shocks and it would cost more money. I went to my truck and did it with some needle nose pliers in 30 seconds. They then proceeded to assemble my shocks upside down causing the washers to collapse inward. Too many serious issues to count. Never again with this company.

I called the day before I wanted to bring in my truck to see if I needed to ask for an appointment, and was told that I didnt need an appointment. The next day I dropped my vehicle off before they opened and had someone to take my key to them after they opened. I called back to explain what I wanted done. The person on the phone said ok. I stopped by around 1130a and they hadnt even touched vehicle so I left it there again. I called back around 3p and the person at the desk said....Oh we wont be able to get ito your vehicle today. Other vehicles that were there after me were gone. That is really bad business to me.

I went in with my mother to get an alignment done on her truck. It had various problems that prevented a proper alignment. Stephen was very understanding about my mothers financial situation, and gave us as many options as he could to fit her means. He was courteous, honest and understanding. They have become my go to shop for jobs I cant handle myself, and I would recommend BCS Tire Pros to anyone.

I came from out of town with an issue that could have caused a major accident on my way home. The gentleman provided honest and friendly customer service. If Im ever in town again and need of service, I definitely will use BCS and Ill recommend them to family & friends in the area.

Staff & Management were nice and professional. Place was very cleaned, merchandise was well stocked, wait time was good and prices were reasonable.

They were real nice, but not sure of the quality of their mechanics. I just needed an alignment. Their mechanic determined there was play in the front end. The only issue with that is every component of the front end has less than 10,000 miles and less than 3 years old. My thought is this: it was Saturday, beautiful day outside and they didnt want to do the work.

Did a great job with installation and alignment and they get you a good deal, highly recommended!

Ive visited these guys numerous times the past 2 months, and every single time they treat me right. Though my opinion might not mean much, but I highly recommend them for all your Tire/Wheel, suspension, and other auto needs. You get the feeling from them that they know what theyre doing, and they do, and they enjoy working on it.

They did not install some items and charged us for it. Never again.

If I could give 0 I would. I had my 4 Runner worked on there. They did the lift, put tires on, and replaced all the FOX shocks that I had bought. I have had nothing but problems since. After the took off brakes to do the front shocks, it only took a couple weeks and while driving we lost the brakes. Came home had to fix it our selves (didnt complain). Then when we went to have our tires rotated, it was brought to our attention that the line to the back shock had been destroyed, because it was not put on correctly. When calling to complain about this they said explained to me that there was nothinging there Lead mechanic did wrong, to replace the line it would cost about 75-80 dollars, but... We would have to find a different place to have the shock rebuilt. FYI out more money. When I asked the manger about even paying half just to replace the shock it self he said thats not possible.I have also learned the so called lead mechanic is not sober while working on vehicles, has either drinking/drunk or smoking pot or both during working hours.So now I have to buy a new shock and mostly like put it on myself.I do not recommend this place what so ever, they are over priced and dont take responsibly for there mechanics mistakes.

I ordered a ReadyLift level kit online for my 19 Ram and needed a place to install it. I honestly was hesitant to take it here because of the negative reviews on Google. However I finally took a leap of faith and I am glad I did! Matt specifically helped me out, but everyone else I interacted with were also helpful and knowledgeable. Recommended!!!

Dishonest at best. Went in with free 5 quart oil change coupon and waited 45 minutes for them to tell me my oil type would cost more and they wanted to put 6 quarts in my 4.5 quart car. Stay far away.EDIT: I told them 5W-20 would be fine and I was told I would need to pay $30 difference because my car holds more. Overfill somebody elses crankcase.

This shop has horrible service and do installs incorrectly. Then they do not take responsibility for their work. Had them install my Fox coil overs and rear Shocks with reservoir totally put coil overs on where I cant adjust them with the wrench so have to remove them and reinstall myself because they say not their fault. Then rear Shocks where not tightened correctly so passenger side the tube that connects to reservoir ws cut in half from rubbing the tire. Brought it back they wouldnt even own that they installed the shock said I must of had someone else do work on it so I was stuck paying another 375 for a shock that they installed incorrectly then said not their fault. The lead mechanic at the time I was told was a drunk and usually worked drunk that being said thats how everything was installed improperly. Trash Business in my opinion.

Although i didnt end up purchasing from here (only because they werent able to order my tire) these guys were super helpful! After hearing my needs they searched for it and called me back letting me know they couldnt find it but some similar ones they did have. They were super friendly and very knowledgeable!

I had nothing but troubles after I installed a 2.5 Rough country leveling kit here. First they quoted me a price for labor and when they found out I already had the part, they changed the price and increased it by $162. I ended up coughing up the money. Only to have nothing but problems, and each time I brought the car back, they will try to charge me something else and if I wouldnt pay they will tell me there is nothing they can do. Even the parts they took off my car, they didnt give it back to me and claimed they lost it, I would have raised hell there if I wasnt in such a hurry. Never coming back here

Just stopped by and got my tires rotated for free! amazing place with good customer service. I have been here since it was Tire Max and even then they always took good care of their customers and tried their best to make things right when something went wrong.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. My wife had a ball joint disconnect from where the tire meets the rest of the car when she was backing up. I called around since it was close to closing hours for most tire places. They said they would stay open a little late. So we had the car towed over there. He took a look at it, saw what the problem was and told me right then and there what was wrong and how much to fix it. which was ALOT LESS than I had originally thought. He did have to order the part but it was up and running like new again the following morning. THANKS BCS TIRES!

I have gone several times for service at BCS. Each time the staff is courteous and the service was acceptable. I have never waited in line. I recommend them over the place across the street.

Stopped by here to get quote for them to cut off my hitch pin with lock. I lost the key so I need it to be cut so I can get new pin. They told me it will be 45 dollars for 30 mins of labor and the sales person said that it will take multiple blades to cut it off. I said, no, thanks then drove over to Harbor Freight and bought reciprocating saw and blades for grand total of 34 bucks. Took me ONE blade and 5 mins to cut the pin off.

My vehicle was vibrating and I brought it here. They checked it out and said I needed new bearings and wanted to charge $600. I told them I would go elsewhere to get a second opinion. I went to Discount TIre and they said the tread was separating on my tires. I replaced the tires and the vibration went away. If this place was honest I would have bought the tires from them.

First experience went in for an alignment and ended up being told that to get my caster adjusted (typically part of an alignment at most reputable shops...or any alignment shop for that matter) it was going to be an extra hour of labor. Apparently anything past adjusting the toe with the tie rod (which I didnt need at all - literally went in for caster adjustment) was above and beyond the $85 cost of alignment. It should be mentioned that I have adjustable control arms so this wasnt an obscene process. Agreed, even though I felt it was odd, had the work done, paid, and left. Shouldve learned my lesson right there and trusted my gut.Second experience I went in a few weeks later to get a tie rod and drag link installed on a straight axle vehicle due to the rain stopping me from doing the easy install myself in the driveway. I was quoted an hour and a half which seemed fine in terms of labor plus the alignment even though actual install time would be much less. The parts were boxed up from the manufacturer when brought to the shop which consisted of 2 tie rod ends and the actual tie rod (just screw them into the tie rod-one reverse threaded because that is how you adjust toe) and 2 drag link ends with bearings and the drag link (this one had an attenuator but that changed nothing about the actual install in which you still just screw the ends into the drag link attenuator, again one reverse threaded because that is how you adjust steering wheel, and install). After pulling the boxes out of the back of the vehicle and looking at them, the mechanic, as I will loosely refer to this person barely qualified to refill windshield washer fluid, was apparently then befuddled by the process and I got called back to the shop to be told that there was WAY more involved than originally thought. (I specifically called in for the install on a tie rod and drag link, but I digress...) I was then told, emphatically, that it was going to be AT LEAST 3 hours due to the amount of assembly required with the parts. Again, one side just threads in and the other reverse threads in for full assembly on each piece; this literally ended up taking less than 30 seconds at the shop I ended up going to. I then told them to put my stuff back in my vehicle and to get it out of their bay. After going to the shop that actually ended up doing the install (in under 30 minutes), they did the alignment only to find out that the numbers I was verbally told and paid the extra hour of labor to get done, were a lie. They never fully adjusted my caster to the specified degree, but just said it was. They were way short of specifications. For those less technical and trying to follow, this is something that could not be affected by tie rod or drag link installation - ONLY control arms so they literally didnt even do the work I paid to get done the first time.Bottom line is these guys are hacks that obviously dont know vehicles, and this becomes even more apparent in regards to higher end offroad vehicles. If you need your budget boost lift or leveling kit put on, maybe they can help, but be prepared to get charged extra labor because they apparently backdoor that on every job they do. Ill never go back and wouldnt recommend anyone else to unless they want spotty work done. Be careful of the sales guys up front too. Nice guys, but dont know vehicles or parts very well. All about the sale. There are a couple of local shops in town that do great work and are reputable, one of them being extremely offroad oriented and a few others in business over 40 years. BCS Tires & Lifts isnt one. Lesson learned the hard way.

BCS Tires & Lifts does not do business the way it should be done. Their General Manager, Thomas is not a man of his word. Additionally, they are only concerned about profits. They are not concerned with giving exceptional customer service. I gave them a rim to repair, and it took them six days after I was told it would take two days. Not to mention, it looks like crap. Not only that, but they were not at all wiling to discount the price of rim repair as it should have been. I will never use their services again, as it is untimely, unprofessional, and subpar.

Went in there for an alignment and they told me that tie rod ends and drag link were completely shot. This cant be right because the tie rod ends and drag link were replaced with moog parts recently and I keep everything greased. Only thing they got right was my pitman arm had some play. If you dont want people trying to steal your money for something that doesnt need to be done dont waste your time coming here.

Went in to get a dually of mine leveled and some tires and told me that it was impossible to install a 2” level on a 2nd gen. I was polite in saying that i disagreed because i know of a few 2nd gens with them and then proceeded to tell me you can leave theres the door if you feel that way.

Dont deserve a single star, I called ahead for a simple alignment. I was told inner and outter tie rods, Pittman arm and drag link were terribly worn out and would be 1600 to fix before he could align the truck. My son and I had just spent the weekend installing a leveling kit and checked all of these parts out ourselves. So if you like being robbed and wasting a lot of time, this is the place to go!

I went to get two tires replaced, they told me that the tire would be slightly bigger but shouldnt cause any problems. Long story short, they put one size on the drivers side, front and back, and the other size on the passenger side. Having two different sized tires isnt that big of a deal, but the tires need to be distributed by height from front to back (2 tires of same size on front end, 2 of other size on back tires). That just seems like common sense to me, but they probably figured that because i was an 18 year old girl that I wouldnt notice or realize that it would cause the tread on the shorter tires to wear down faster. So here I am a year later needing to replace my original tires because of the uneven weight distribution. Go here if you want to be taken advantage of and scammed into replacing more tires within 6 months to a 1 year. Customer service was good minus the being cheated part. So go here if you wanna be taken advantage of.

Went in for a leveling kit install, left with a broken endlink (eventually replaced by them) and a steering wheel that wasnt straight after THREE attempts. I went to a different shop who straightened the wheel in 10 minutes. These guys at BCS T&L tried to con me into more work so the steering wheel would line up straight which was a total scam...thankfully I knew better. SAVE YOUR MONEY - GO ELSEWHERE! There shop looks nice, but its deceiving.

Went there yesterday for a tire check and service was terrible. Talked to one guy and said come on out. Got there and gave my name and everything and this other guy was like, who are you, I told him I talked to this guy and explained everything I needed to be done and he said okay. Sat around for 30 minutes and then they tell me they dont have the machine to perform the work. Asked to ask the shop guy a question and he informed me he was not supposed to be in today and he dont answer questions, what kind of professionalism is this. When I first got there I had a bad feeling about them and the owner or manager whoever he was never came out to talk to me after the guy at counter informed him that I had a question to ask him. If he would had came out, I would never have had to write this review because he could have told me they dont have the equipment to do the work on my truck. Shop guy very disrespectful.

Put the wrong size tires on my truck. After waiting 5 hours. I didnt notice until I got home (30 miles away ). And its was a Saturday. Meaning I had to take off work on a Monday to fix this issue. Never again will I go there.

If there is a category with no stars it will be a no star. I am a student and little knowledge on what is a good and bad tire so I went to the place where my father got them a couple of years ago, BCS Tires and Lift. They diagnosed that the front-right passenger side tire of my Toyota 4runner to be irreparable and told me to buy a new one because it might explode and put me in danger. Having to chose between my safety and an accident waiting to happen, I was forced to buy a new tire. However, it was not available yet and they have to order it. In the meantime, they installed my spare tire. 2 days later they called me and installed the new tire. Lo and behold, when my father checked it they put back the same old,unrepaired and dangerous tire. Also, they cannot re-install my spare tire properly. I went back the next day and told them about it. They just said sorry, and installed the brand new tire but this time I went to the back and watched them do it. Sorry, what if that tire exploded and killed me or another motorist. Then, it dawned on me, would it be possible that this is a scam? and that my original tire was reparable to begin with and they just sold me a new tire to make more money. Also, please dont forget that they cannot re-install my spare tire in those 3 grueling days. This is company claims of knowlegeable technicians and of quality professional service here in College Station cannot re-install a spare tire. My dad showed me how to do it properly in less than 2 minutes.PLEASE I beg my fellow students and residents of College Station to save your money and go somewhere else. My dad tried to call them for an explanation but the two guys named AMIR and THOMAS wont call back and yet have our cellphone numbers.

They sold me a set of 33 tires.., Didnt think to convert it from metric to inches just trusted BCS LIFT AND TIRE later found out they were 30s , flipped them on craigslist to break even despite a 2 hour driveJust go to discount, yeah the wait is a little longer but the service is better and they dont lie that and they know what the ...... theyre doing

Great friendly staff that always helps us out! We took a brand new dodge ram in for its first service, they notified us of a possible transmission leak, we took it back to the dealership and sure enough there was a broken seal in the front of the transmission. Which was covered under warranty! Thanks to BCS Tires for saving us a new transmission and a new Truck!

Made an appointment here, went into my appointment the next day and they told me it would be 2 hours to get a 30 minute job done on my truck. Seemed like they didnt want my business. Dont tell someone you can do something and make a commitment if you cant honor it.
