The blonde girl who works here now is quite rude. Didnt greet me. She doesnt look up from her phone or offer to help you. When I asked her to come get something out of a case she acted irritated and walked over without saying a word. Her customer service is poor. Probably not coming back anymore.

I have made several purchases from them with no problems. I recently purchased a new bathing suit for my wife. I took it home and unfortunately it did not fit. I tried to exchange it for another suit and was promptly told that all sales are final and they would not let exchange or return the item. I find it extremely upsetting that I could not at least exchange the item. Very poor customer service. I will not purchase anything from them ever again. I guess customers are not important to them.

Great for couples

Love Shack is conveniently located close to my home. Everyone that works there is always been very friendly and helpful but they could be more knowledgeable on the items Im requesting. Being an adult novelty store they also make me feel very comfortable buying somewhat uncomfortable purchases sometimes. Im always embarrassed when I have to go in the store and buy a new vibrator or a big life-like dildo. Props to my friend and my favorite Love Shack worker Josh for showing me not to be ashamed of buying the big ones.

My first time in the store and the lady working in there was absolutely fantastic! She was so sweet and helpful. The only drawback was the plus size section was a little lacking but other than that I loved it

Went in and bought a silicone power cage get home and first thing it breaks!!45$ didnt even get one use out of it!!!!

Ok I have heard so much hype about this place so decided to visit.Toy selection is not that great. Mirandas and Allure has a WAY larger selection.DVDs? Why do I want to pay 14.99 for dvds that Mirandas sell for $5.00. Largest video selection in Chattanooga. Fail again. Allure and Mirandas has them beat on that.Lingerie..... will give them props for having a decent selection.All in all I would not drive here to shop unless I was close and needed an item fast.

Hours of operation are wrong on line by 2 hours and even thou I got there before closing I was told I couldnt buy anything because the woman had already counted her drawer. Horrible customer service.
