Its a family dollar. So nothing to spectacular but I cant say that everybody was super nice and friendly and they had what we needed. Its nice to have somewhere downtown to shop thats not expensive and just normal and you can pick up a few things while youre out on the town.

I found everything I was looking for and the cashier was fast and super friendly.

What is the deal this the hours at family dollar! They are supposed to be open till 9:00pm but they are closing earlier then expected! 4:00! What is up with that on market street downtown! There are only two stores close to where we live and that store is one of them and they are closing so stinking early what is up!!! On the website it says 9:00pm

I havent been to this location in months. I must say it has improved greatly! The cashier was delightful and the store was clean and organized. I could actually find what I was looking for.When I visited this location months ago, merchandise was everywhere, the store was filthy and the staff was belligerent.The store still looks dull and dreary perhaps you guys can invest in brighter floor tiles and lighting. That would surely make the shoppers experience more pleasant.Anyway whatever you guys are doing keep it up.

Its getting better, not as ratchet as it use to be. Now that there or employees there that would rather work than be on the phone or outside smoking weed...

So convenient to have them here on Chattanooga when visiting.

Family Dollars conveniently located on Market Street in downtown Chattanooga. I dont always shop there but when I do everything I need is really easy to find. To store a very helpful and very friendly and the hours are perfect. The most convenient thing about it is I ride the bus so the location of this Family Dollar is wait at a bus stop which is perfect for me and if youre traveling around downtown Chattanooga its right around the block from the electric free shuttle. This is the store to go to downtown if you find yourself in need with the children while youre visiting all the sites in downtown Chattanooga.

Worse Ive seen in years. shelves always empty all the time. boxes of stuff left in the way. bad service AN most of all some employees are hateful AN they disrespect people who shop. just lazy AN not reliable employees at all. needs major improvement with staf AN store.

Ill take into consideration the high volume and clientel.It would be a full time job for someone to do nothing except cleaning, stocking & straighten shelves,floors alone.This because theres not enough employees. Only time to be cashiers due to the volume.Not to mention the theft occuring, geeze... I can see this much.I Can say theres some good ones there whom really try and care.

Dozens of boxes blocking the aisles. Unsafe. Interferes with shopping. Time to restock is at night, not during peak hours.

The lines are kind of long. It takes longer to pay for your items than it dose to find them. It is not bad in the morning but the afternoon is just to crowded. The prices are a little high on some products.

Wasnt impressed at all store was kinda dirty and shelves and freezer wasnt properly stocked, and its a lot of homeless and drug addicts that hang out around there a lot begging for money and such..I would highly recommend shopping at a different store only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the cashier was very nice other than that the entire store is trash.
