I worked with Waldo to trade into the bike that I have always wanted. His communication throughout the entire process was great. He kept me informed on each stage of the purchase. 10/10 I would highly recommend him as a salesmen. For the dealership, I would rate 10/10 as well, they have a strong inventory and a special ordered part for a friend was delivered a day earlier than it was expected. Craig was awesome had an appointment to look at an Electra glide on Saturday but was forced to come in early due to my job. He took the time to come in on my unscheduled visit and get me setup with the bike finance and my trade in all in time to get back to work on my new bike. Great staff all around. This place is great. had all kinds of clothes foot wear and lots of Harley any color and flavor. Their prices are cheaper then most. Went to Boswells HD the next day in Nashville and they were 3 to 5 dollars higher as our HD here in Evansville, IN. Tje sales lady Amy was great and really friendly. Found me a 2017 Freewheeler I feel in love with, maybe someday.

Great place to shop for motorcycles and get gear! Everyone is really nice and willing to help in anyway or just talk if you Lee not even in the market for anything at the moment. My husband and I purchased our bikes from White Lightning HD. We also had our bikes serviced there as well. We always had a great experience no matter what department we were in. Sadly due to illness we recently had to sacrifice our bikes. We were able to sell them back which was better for me. Once again I encountered the best group of people. Fromthe parts department we even received some feebees. The gals in retail were all great too! I just do not want to leave anyone out. Go have fun and enjoy!

My wife and I had been to all the local Harley dealers around Knoxville and felt like I wasnt finding the right deal. Switching from sportbike riding to a Harley, I had done a lot of looking and reading to find the model we thought we would love and be comfortable on for longer rides. 1 local dealer in the Knoxville area had a bike I was going to try to make a deal on on July 5th after being there the previous 2 days haggling. So on the morning of the 5th while most of us were enjoying a holiday off, I called White Lightening just to talk to a salesman and see what they had in our price range. Withing 30 minutes Craig text me pics of multiple options. I text him back and told him the 1 I liked and told him I was on my way to get it. Hour and a half ride later my wife and I walked in and were greeted by every employee we passed! We made our way through the showroom on our way to Craigs desk and was pleasantly surprised that he had all our paperwork printed and ready to go! And it was the exact pricing we had talked about on the phone. All we had to do was look at the bike and make sure it was what we wanted, and it turns out it was exactly what we wanted! Everyone in the dealership made us feel welcome and very at home. We will definitely continue to do business with the great folks at White Lightening and recommend you do the same!

Walked in and was greeted immediately by the front desk staff then walked over to Motor clothes where staff also said hello.The store was clean and organized.This is the only reason I am giving just 1 star.New to the area I googled my way here to look for a few Christmas gifts for hubby and planning on spending some serious $.By now I’ve spent at least 20 minutes picking up things walking around with a shirt and even looking at jackets.I looked around hoping they’d see I had questions, yes I could’ve asked for help but the staff was too busy chatting never once leaving their perch. So I put the shirt back and walked out, nothing said as I did.Boy I sure miss customer service!!!

I have always found the service here outstanding. I was recently in for a fork rebuild, which was done expertly by Nathan Hoisington. When I called to see when my bike might be ready they advised me that Nathan said I was pretty thin on front brake pads and we added that to the job.Due to the number of bikes being serviced and the fact it was raining, when I told them it would be a day or so before I could pick it up, they offered me free delivery some 65 miles away! Quite a savings when you think of the time and mileage involved to drive over to retrieve it myself.Thank you Stanley, Kyle and Nathan!!

Took my bike in Friday and was asked to leave it so it could be gone through. Came and picked it up today with an estimate for repairs. Stanton is a straight shooter and doesnt pull any punches and thats after a bad review I gave months ago. That goes to show the professional attitude he brings to White Lightning Service department As long as he is in the service department I will be back.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Waldo at this dealership! I lost my shifter traveling down the interstate headed back to south Ga. I was able to get my bike into the dealership parking lot. I went to the service department to find out if they could put the shifter on the bike for me since I didn’t have the tools I needed. I was referred to a man named Waldo. I explained my situation to him and what I needed; he proceeded to tell me to grab the parts from the parts department and he would come install them for me in the parking lot. Waldo grabbed some tools and hooked me up. I am thankful for the awesomeness of that dude. I honestly didn’t expect to catch a break at a dealership, but they were very helpful and courteous. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Harley dealers are not all equal; this was a good one for sure! Thanks again for help Waldo and White Lightening Harley!

The Salesman, Daniel, worked above and beyond all our expectations. We started with looking at a new model and quickly realized that we were more interested in a used model. Even after the model we were interested in did not work into our budget, Daniel kept on working for us and called with another model that fit us perfectly in every way. Plus the dealership treated us no differently than if we had purchased a new bike. It was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this dealership.

This place is fantastic! I was riding back from Sturgis and had a flat tire in Chattanooga. They picked me up, trailered my motorcycle back to their shop and had me on my way. The service department are friendly and have multiple Harley trained techs. I will definitely use them again.
