This store has lots of brands to choose from, reasonably priced. But their racks are not organized, so make sure you have plenty of time to dig through and find the sizes you need. Personally, I find this to be very overwhelming and too time consuming. I left without buying anything.

Very good quality selection and the staff was very professional. I asked too many questions by phone before going in-person; the representative had customer(s) waiting, but tried to balance the two responsibilities in the most efficient manner, and was successful.

The young man was very helpful! He looked up the office required scrubs and showed me where they were. He told me the dressing room was available and told me where it was located. Then he rang me up and printed out what items I need ordered by my office from here. Excellent service!!!

The new location of plaza uniforms on Shallowford Rd is great! Easy access from highway 153.The store is well laid out and larger than I expected - much better than most uniform stores. So much selection!!The staff were really helpful, and the prices were at least competitive if not slightly cheaper than other uniform places.I definitely intend to go here again when I need uniforms.

Love the selection of scrubs here! I have gotten several Greys Anatomy scrubs(my favorite) and 1 pair of Dickies. The employees are always so sweet and friendly! I will definitely be back for more.

The people working here are great! They were very helpful in finding me what I need. They even looked through their catalogs to try to help me find a top and bottom that were miss matched at another store. We successfully found one item but the other was no longer made. The store is clean and well kept. The background music in the store is not to loud and it was a pleasant selection while I was there.

They have a great selection of womens and mens scrubs. However, the customer service isnt the best. Theres only one person that has ever been friendly and thats the guy. The women just look at you and never smile.

Great selection but they never have my size in anything! They say they will order it and it’ll be here in two weeks, a month goes by and still haven’t heard anything after I’ve already paid for a $105 pair of shoes, that I need for work!! Very unhappy with this place. Staff is not very friendly or nice either.

Even tho they didnt carry footless suppression socks, the manager contacted a drug store for help. I was very impressed! The store carries a ton of uniforms.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Had to have everything ordered. Took 2 weeks to get everything in. Then come to find out the wrong color of jacket was ordered and it was my fault. Thats what the manager told me. I specifically asked for a certain color to be ordered and they ordered the wrong one. After waiting 2 weeks Im not waiting another 2 weeks. Manager is VERY RUDE! (Her son was there and she kept throwing her hand up at him telling him to shut up. I mean not my business but thats unprofessional.) She isnt helpful at all. She acted like it wasnt her problem and didnt want to fix it. Offered me to buy a different jacket but there was an up charge. I didnt want that jacket to begin with so why would I want it now. And for her to tell me Id have to pay the few dollar difference. Dont waste your time here!! If I could give them zero stars I would! This isnt the first time Ive had issues here. Dealt twitch the same manager too. So rude!

I got scrubs from this company and after just 1 wash and wear, my pants had a hole in the pocket. I spoke to the manager who said she would take care of it I took the pants in and was told that someone was fixing my pants because thats what she does for a living and she felt like it was an easy fix. These are still practically brand new pants ONLY worn and washed ONCE! I have never heard of repairing clothing instead of replacing a defective item which is what should have been done since we have just been wearing these scrubs for only a little over a month. They are also fading and look like we have had them for much longer than that. I will never order from them again.

Ok... poor size selections... u either have to be small(sm or xs) or huge(1x to 3x).... nothing at all for the normal(M or just L) or in between sizes.

It’s a miracle Plaza Uniform is still in business. Their customer service is non existent! My wife’s company has elected to use them as their uniform supplier. Plaza Uniform has been unable to get her order correct since the beginning. Every time she has gone to the store on Shallowford Road (5 times now) they still cannot get her order right. That’s if they can even find it! Their excuse today was that the store manager, Jennifer Gray, has been out and won’t be back in till 7/7. The associate she left in charge, Camille, apparently has no idea what’s going on either. I have worked in a retail position that did embroidery and uniforms, it can be a challenging task to keep up with all of the orders but it is certainly doable. It is evident Plaza Uniforms has not figured out how to run an organized business or take care of customers. Each time my wife has been to pick up her order there have been multiple other customers in the store having the same problem with their order not being right or the staff was unable to find it. Jennifer, why would you leave people in charge or your store that would treat your customers this poorly and not be able to refund their money?Update 7/11/2018Jennifer promptly contacted me and my wife and was very apologetic about this experience. She made things right and had one uniform delivered to my wife’s office the following Monday until the one on order arrived. Once the uniform on order was in a few days later it was correct when my wife received it. I feel that now Jennifer is aware of what happened she will do her best to prevent this from taking place going forward. Thank you Jennifer for resolving this issue in a timely manner.

Great prices, Great selection

I ordered scrubs from them in June and received a call about 3 weeks later saying my order was ready. As I live three hours away, I was unable to pick my scrubs up for about 3 weeks. When I entered the store, it was in complete disarray and the employee was unable to find anything. After waiting for 20 minutes, she eventually found my 2 tops. 40 minutes later she was unable to find my 2 pants. The owner promised she would reorder my pants and let me know when they arrived. Well today (2 months later), I had to call the store to remind them about my pants. Currently on the phone with the owner. Unless you are required to order your scrubs from this vendor (as I am), I would potentially consider going somewhere else.Update: I am thankfully being reimbursed after waiting this long. I just wanted new pants but my old ones are fine. And Jennifer gave me 50% off of one item. Thankful that this was offered.

The staff were extremely helpful. They found shoes for my excruciatingly picky 87 year old Mom. I noticed a very nice variety of uniforms for me too.😀

Ordered a top with embroidery. Order came back spelled wrong. They promised to fix it. One month later, still not in. However, multiple embroidery orders for others had just arrived. Asked for my money back, will go elsewhere, and you should, too.

I bought scrubs here almost a month ago and they have still not been monogrammed and returned to me. Every time I call or go into the store no one seems to have a clue where my scrubs are or when they will be done. I have called on multiple occasions and have been told, Ill look for them and call you back only to never receive a call back. Ive been given many made up excuses (like my scrubs were still on order... I bought them in store, they didnt have to be ordered). The staff seem to be clueless and have zero communication or customer service skills. The manager/owner has not yet once talked with me in person or over the phone to try and resolve the problem. I called last Thursday (4 business days ago) and was told that my scrubs would be monogrammed first thing Friday morning and I would get a call asap... I still have not received a call. I do not plan to every shop at this store again, it has been an absolute nightmare.

Prices are a little high and sometimes they will give you 20 percent off then next time they say you are not in the system and they only give you 10 percent.

Do not shop here if you are a male. They have no selection of men’s scrubs. Definitely caters to women.

While another customer and I waited to check out for over 15 minutes. The only person working there wandered around the store helping a man shop. I think customers that are ready to pay and buy something should be the priority.

Dont have uniforms to pick from,

If you do not have a contract through them with memorial, do not expect to get your ordered uniforms in a timely manner. Ridiculous customer service-have called several times and no one can still tell me where my order is or when it is expected to be in. They seemed frustrated to even deal with me.Update: I went to get a refund on the uniform I’ve been waiting two weeks on. A woman took me to the back office to tell me that I had paid for the order and the order had not been placed. They placed it Friday AFTER I went in to ask about my order cause I had waited a week and a half on it and was wondering where it was. At that time they couldn’t even tell me, the reason being that they hadn’t even placed it! The manager blamed one of her new coworkers for not knowing how to put in an order.... why was she not trained on them in the first place? Absolutely blows my mind.

I placed a order for some shoes on 07/19/2018, today is 08/16/2018 and they are still not here. Every time I call there is no explanation nor a apology, which is very unprofessional. I would be a lot more understanding with the the situation if they were friendlier and had a reason for taking so long, when I call. They informed me two days ago they would find out what was going on and return my call, shocker, no return call. I called today to cancel my order, and still no apology or explanation. Sorry that I gave Plaza Uniforms such a great review before I received my product. They were terrible people, with terrible personalities!! My uniforms were there, but because there were too many boxes they didnt want to go back and get my uniforms. I drove down there 4 times , because they said that my uniforms were their!! I drove so far to pick them up, and the man and the older lady there had an attitude!! I was furious 😤 So unprofessional and lazy!! My daughter wasnt the only one at her school who was treated in an awful way. If you have to do business with this company God bless you. But be warned terrible people, terrible service.
