Staff was definitely not friendly at all. I understand they are probably overworked in this Covid era and have no idea why the shelves are bare in much of the store. They could still do a better job at their job.

Quite possibly the worst Wal Mart I have been in. Ask for assistance in one depart to find some help in another department after searching for sometime on my own. The girl called over the loud speaker for assistance and gave the department needing help. No one showed up. After 15 minutes I left. This store is not very friendly if you are from out of town I, like myself, I suggest avoiding it.

Excellent experience. There is a sales associate that works in the Electronics and photos. His name is James. (Not a youngster). He takes his job very seriously as well as his customers satisfaction. James has helped me many times. He is a super employee. I always see him busy and very respectful/kind to everyone including his coworkers. He could be a manager for all I know. If he isnt, he should be. He sets a very good example.

We avoid ALL Walmarts unless absolutely necessary! We got tired of approaching the registers with a completely full cart of merchandise only to find we had to check and bag our own all the while 3-4 employees watched and carried on loudly about their personal affairs, why pay high merchandise prices to give disorganized and uncaring employees jobs. Kroger stores do a much... better job and with many employees that are handicapped, NICE TOUCH.

I try to find the good in every place that I visit but, this store was in shambles, clothes under racks that had been pulled off their hangers in womens, mens and childrens. Only one associate spoke up to ask me if she could help me find something, she was working in health and beauty. Most of the associates were standing idle or on their phones.The store was not pleasing to the eye. The parking lot looked like a garbage bin. I did not feel safe at this location, and will not go back.

I got a flat tire so I called the autocenter ahead of time to see if they had my tire size in stock, kept getting forwarded to automated system and they were closing in 2 hours so hurried and got a tow truck to drop it off there. I followed the tow truck up there and when we went to check in my vehicle the guy checking me in let me know they didnt have any of my size tire in stock and when I brought up that I tried calling he said oh, if you were one of the ones calling I was forwarding it because i was the only one at the counter...with no vehicles being worked on by the way...so now Ive got to pay for a second tow somewhere else...because the guy at the counter was the only one at the counter...and was too busy with no cars in the shop to answer the phone...

It was walmart! Everyone was nice and professional. Thank you

For drop and hooks the process is quick. No need to check-in with shipping and receiving office. More than enough room to back.

Very nice sunrise greets you after a relatively quiet night. No problems. Huge parking lot. Some truckers and a few cars. I felt very comfortable here.

Boo docked and shopped in one fell swoop. Only thing disappointing was the restaurant inside had closed, but Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants saved the day.

Was here at the Auto center after being towed. Super nice people helped get us back on the road

Out of 17 check out lanes only 2 had clerks. Young lady at the check out was the slowest I have ever seen in all the years that we have been going to Walmart.

The food is delicious, great customer service. They have many types of Jamaican dishes, along with meat pies, Jamaica drinks and buns. This location sell Jamaican grocery items and you can sit inside or carry out. Have a hopeful focus day, Shalom

Was at the Falls with my Mom&Dad and siblings 60 years ago. Was as thrilling today as it was as a child. Loved it!

Always enjoy stopping at this Walmart when I go through they always have more of a selection than my Walmart in Kimball actually will be visiting this Walmart today cant wait.

Pretty good Walmart. In fact the shopping experience here is better than many Ive been too. Store is well laid out and uncluttered. Appears neat and clean throughout, including the rest rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly.

No cashiers was open .I had to use self checkout I had a large order.Im an older senior. I need to be paid a cashiers wages if Im going to have to work when I buy groceries. 😩

This place is always a mess.. Shelves are out of stock of items in the grocery area and all out of sorts.. Never enough cashiers and pharmacy is almost always backed up..

Prices are good but the shelves were kind of empty.

We call this the rich people Walmart. Its always clean, theres always plenty of stock, lots of plus size clothing, and crafts. Its hard to imagine ever going in any Walmart and not coming out of there with more things than you would plan to buy. Its almost as if they planned it that way. Enjoy!

Loss Prevention acts like Im Im there to steal something. Good thing Im not a thief, them rookies slick out so bad it probably helps a thief to steal.

I was met by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store was clean and well stocked. I would liked to have seen more cashiers open. I am not a big fan of the self check out, but I understand that times are changing.

Easy to find everything I needed was a plus ! And check out was faster than normally . But the only down fall was the machine took my money and it kept spitting it out..

I like shopping here because it has more variety in several departments.

Used the online grocery. Easy and convenient. However if you need something specific go in. There is always substitutions for items like one brand of condiment for another brand.etc...

The transition from having a person ring you up to your having to ring your own things up has been difficult to accept. But as we move towards a cashless society this automation is to be expected.But hey, if you dont like ringing your own things up. Just go online and make them do your shopping for you. And they will deliver it as well.

The store is convenient and clean, but not enough staff to run registers. A cashiers line should never be 5-7 people deep with a dozen empty registers unmanned.

So I got a nighthawk ac1800 mesh router. when leaving the store had to check to make sure I was not stealing it because the worker did not remove the alarm thing. you know the router that is behind a locked glass door. two top it off I did not need it so 2 days later I was trying to return it with receipt. the serial numbers did not match so I told them they will not match there 2 different products. one is a router and the other is a satellite(range extender). so they had to go get a 2nd one to open it to show that I was not trying to steal or return 2 different products. took 20 mins to prove my innocence. no apology

I have been asking for shopping baskets (opposed to carts) every month for two years now and the response is always no everyone steals them. Could you please order some baskets?Also I have pointed out this typo to the electronics department about 5 times but I guess no one cares cause its been that way for 8 months now haha

Refuses to answer the phone just trying to pick up an item I ordered online. Employees dont care and refuse to helpOrder picker was high or something took me 20 min explaining that Im here to pick up an item I bought. He said I needed to cancel and re order. Few min later he figured it out and walked away saying he had to find a printer for the bed I bought. Im just trying to pick up what I already paid for online.Been hour and a half still waiting for them to find my item

This store always seems clean and pretty well stocked given the circumstances of the pandemic. The staff is friendly and the pharmacy staff is always very friendly, helpful and seems like they try and remember their frequent customers. They did not have the main item I went in after in stock when that usually is not a problem, but overall good experience. I will say that they could tend to their restrooms more often or with better care though as Ive been in them several times and them either have a stall that is filthy or be out of toilet paper or papertowels.

They remodeling that had been done is impressive its really made the store feel a lot bigger. I feel like the Supercenter and the market both need to go back to 24 hour. Theres people like me that are nocturnal that have always work 2nd and 3rd shifts that live their life 2nd 3rd Shift thats what kept me from giving you a 5-star. I have one complaint but the neighborhood market and its about the Popsicles and ice cream section. Business advice here! When youre out of an item regularly you need to learn how to make room and increase the area have this product that you continually sell out of. Simple if you dont have it on hand did you cannot sell it and then I dont get to buy it theres plenty of stuff that still stay on the shelves because theyre not great sellers that could be narrowed down or eliminated. My last three visits to the Market they were out of 24 pack Mayfield Grape Orange and Cherry Cycles. I will be directing this information for the chain with Walmart and Mayfield directly. Folks three times in a row thats a no-go. If you need to hire somebody to put the stock up because its selling out you should be able to afford it with what youre selling if you keep it stocked up. I mean for real were talking about a freezer section item Im a certified health inspector. Freezer section thats food hold for months and youre selling out of it in a 24-hour period. As usual 200 people in the store and 2 registers open. If I have to ring up my own stuff you guys need to have lower prices, you are saving money by only having self checkouts how about passing some down to your customers!!!

Automotive is absolutely lazy. The multicolor headed Thor manager has zero customer service and I am guessing the bare minimum of automotive knowledge. Service counter fights to NOT get your business and if something is wrong its the computers fault. No one expects great service from Walmart but I would NEVER entrust your car with employees that dont care.

She has made every encounter Ive had with her a night mare. This behavior is simply unacceptable.Its been two months and I just encountered the Marie again. She was an absolute nightmare mare! She NEEDS to be fired.

Good Walmart Supercenter.Shelves much better stocked than Gunbarrel, and even Ooltewah.Used Mobile Scan & Go for the first time.I dont think Mobile Scan & Go showed up under services like FAQ said it would.Adding weighed produce at checkout did not work.Walmart associate staffing Scan & Go was not trained on it, and particularly in how to add the produce.Paid for it separately with credit card.But overall, I really like Mobile Scan & Go.A nice advantage of Walmart+ 😁

Its Walmart.I have to say tho the employees by and far are nice and helpful at this particular one I went to.I would suggest you crack down on floor employees listening on their headsets...they think they hide it well. They arent. Cant fool a former line lead lol!

The mens bath room has only 2 urinals and they have been broken and wrapped up for over a week. The condition of the mens restroom was totally unsanitary. Told customer service. The whole store seems to have a I dont care attitude. Im talking about Greenway dr location
