My phone shattered this morning and I called around Charlottesville to get quotes for repair. Fruit Fixed had the lowest rate and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my repair. It was quick and my new screen looks and feels great!

The rates are lower than every other apple certified technician (which they are) and the turn around time is equally impressive.

I had to take a phone in due to the screen wasn’t showing anything the back light came on but that was it!! My husband dropped it and I had been here before and had a phone fixed a few years ago so I knew they could help me again and they did!! The guy was very polite and professional it only took him an half hour and my phone is back up and running!! They replaced the screen and it didn’t cost me an arm and leg I highly recommend this company to others if they need repairs on their apple phones!!! Thank you for the great service and friendliness. Called three other repair places to get the battery in my wifes Pixel 3 replaced. I had a replacement part but the repair job was very finicky and I didnt want to risk it. The other shops either refused to do it, or said itd be $80-100 in labor on top of having to pay for a new screen - they said replacing a battery in a Pixel is all but impossible without breaking the screen.Dude at Fruit Fixed took one look at it, said Give me 45 minutes. Ended up paying just over half what others quoted me and it works perfectly! I never recommend businesses but Im making an exception.

I went in to get my phone cleaned after it took a pretty nasty fall, and Preston was so nice and helpful in getting it cleaned! Since nothing was broken I wasnt even charged anything. This is my second time going here and Preston has been incredibly helpful both times! Definitely recommend

I stopped into the Fruit Fixed in Stonefield (Charlottesville location) around 10am when they opened and without an appointment. Ive been having issues with my Mac saying it has zero storage and cant operate. Preston was really helpful and was able to work his tech magic to increase my storage without my even needing to back it up. Ill definitely be back for any future needs!

I went to the store to fix my phone screen at around 6:20 and they close at around 7. I knew no body would agree to fix it if i go when they are about to close down. But Preston was really good he fixed my phone within 30 mins. He also offered me $5 student discount. I really liked their service and would definitely recommend it.

Okay ive taken my iPhone 7 plus here multiple times because I keep dropping it and breaking the screen every time I go its not but like 30-40 minutes and it always work great afterwards.

I was initially told it would take a day or two for my replacement screen to arrive. Preston managed to get it on the shipment arriving that same day. He called multiple times to ensure I was getting the exact parts I wanted and needed. I was in and out in an hour with a like new phone.

I brought my macbook air in for a OS install. Preston was professional and set clear expectations for time and cost. The installation was done on time and for the cost that I was quoted. When I picked up my computer, Preston took the time to explain why I had the problem installing myself and what was done to remedy the problem. Fruit fixed is the only place that I will take my devices to.

Fruit Fixed is my go-to place for fixing anything. Ive taken my MacBook there twice and just got an iPhone fixed there today. They have the lowest prices of anyone Ive been to for getting something fixed and the customer service is above and beyond. I think Ive left a five star before, about a year ago, but am leaving another one today after having great customer service again. Couldnt recommend this business more!

Tech Preston was very knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my wifes iPhone X in 30 minutes. The display screen went out do to her dropping it in a water puddle. He advised that there was water in the front camera and that is the reason the screen blacked out. Preston repaired the phone and it worked like new. I was told by apple care that the phone needed to be completely replaced. He saved me a lot of money.Thanks very appreciative customer!

My Pixel 3 was going crazy from a power button issue. Google support wasnt much help, so I checked out these folks. I expected to drop my phone off and pick it up hours later, but Preston took a look, spent a few minutes cleaning around the power button, and (fingers crossed) my phone stopped trying to restart constantly!Plus they didnt charge me anything. Thanks guys, it was a small gesture that made a big difference after my week of fighting my zombie phone!

Would give zero stars if I could.Replaced iPhone 11xs screen on 2020-07-08. The center third of my screen is the only part that works properly. Poor installation may have been the result of COVID-19.This service should also not cost over $200.I would request a refund but I do not have the time to deal with this anymore.

I think the people who work here are nice, but the costumer service isn’t up to par. After dropping my product off, I waited a week and never heard anything back, so a called, was told they could fix it and they would call me back later that afternoon with the quote. I never received a cal back, I waited two days and when I called again, I was told they couldn’t fix it and I needed to come pick it up. When I got there, they misplaced my charger and I had to wait for them to find it. I’m somewhat disappointed that they couldn’t fix my product, because I was told twice they could, but I’m more disappointed by the fact that they didn’t communicate with me, I always had to do the reaching out.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon with a cracked phone screen and the staff working was able to take care of it in half an hour. He was very pleasant and the line was very short. My new screen looks beautiful and I paid less than I would at the cellphone store and about the same as if I fixed it myself (which as an amateur, I’m sure the result would have been nowhere near as good). Needed the battery replaced on an older MacBook Pro (mid-2015). They had my machine back to me the next day and for less than a third of the price of Apples official estimate. And to top it off, when I went to pick up my machine, they ran by me just how bad a condition my old battery was in, which while it may not be for everyone, I certainly appreciate it as it confirmed my suspicions that it needed replacing.

I do not trust this location of this company and suggest you might think twice too. They tried to convince me that they needed to replace my phones screen to fix a charge port issue. I knew it needed a new charge port. Other shops knew it too, and one of them fixed it fine without every needed to do anything like replacing a screen. NOTE: Im not even saying they wanted to fix the port and replace the screen, which probably just means them covering themselves for if they break the screen getting it off (still bad practice but a least relevant), but no - they suggest all that needed doing was a screen replacement. They were very, very wrong and wrong in a way that leads me to believe they have no idea what they are doing.

Still waiting on my xbox. It had a bad hdmi port. When I dropped it off they said it would be ready in 1 week. Here we are going on the 2nd month. I just want my xbox back at this point. No one has called. No update. When I call to check on it they say a couple more days.

The first time I went there I found a very professional and polite guy(white) Could not remember his name he helped answered all my questions but unfortunately what I was looking was not at hand.The second time I went was on the 7/29/2020, found a different guy African American I believed, I presented my case, told to come back after 2 hours. When I came back he acted wise just want to get something from me without the job done! So when I tried to prove him wrong . He noticed that I know what he was doing, he got mad at me telling me to leave and not to pay for his work, when I asked why he did that,he hit the table and yelled at me to leave. I ask for the other guy l met before but he continued yelling at me to leave , I left the store disappointed I looked at it as unprofessional and lack of customer service skills which I do practice.I will NEVER again go to the store NOR Recommend it to NOBODY!!! Shame!
