A really awesome employee helped us save a lot with useful advice and promotions we didnt know about. They also seemed to maybe be the only employee present and were doing a great job. other than that, its a pretty normal GameStop but with keyboards and mice

Horrible in store experience. Zero acknowledgement or greeting from store associates while we stood in line for 25 minutes. Literally zero respect and horrible customer service. Recommend training store associates to have at least some courtesy and respect for customers.

Really pleased with my shopping experience. They had the best price for Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. Ordered it on Saturday with estimated delivery in 7-10 days, it arrived Tuesday after 2 business days via fedex!

Shopping for Funko Pops and snagged this one for next to nothing!

Besides not having the game system that I needed PlayStation 4 in stock I had to wait and have it ordered everything else was very very wonderful great service wonderful workers very polite

I go to the site and hit pre order right at 11am only for the site to crash. I was then moved to a queue page but got thru. I had it in my cart and was finishing entering in my credit card info when the Xbox series X was removed from my cart. The site crashed again and I was placed back in a queue line. I ended up not getting it order. Gamestop already rips you off when you go to trade in your games, and they really only got 1 Series X from Microsoft?

They have a nice selection but some of their items are a bit overpriced.

I’ve had a lot bad experiences at GameStop over the years & I actually stopped shopping there for a long time. But I’ve been going a lot lately & this store has to be the best GameStop in town. Mark who I believe is the manager is phenomenal, he’s gone out of his way to make sure I left the store with everything I needed. I will not shop at any other GameStop but this one

The manager was dazed out and ignoring people. It was odd, funny, but more than anything, unprofessional.

The staff in this gamestop is exceptionally helpful when it comes to suggestions and ideas for gifts. They really know their fellow fans and can often make good suggestions for relevant gifts. I appreciate them a lot!

Decent GameStop but did not have a copy of Detriot Become Human when I visited. Serious disappointment and this location has very few limited uses console options. This is an average to below a average GameStop. Go there if you must but avoid if electronic options are available.

Good employees but kinda dropped off in terms of variety. They had a SNES classic so I cant complain though.

Its certainly a Gamestop. About par for the course in service and selection, the new location is easier to get to however the store feels odd due to the lack of space. Service is always friendly, though sometimes can be overbearing when youre obviously just browsing around and say as such.

Yesterday I went to GameStop and my son wanted borderlands game so I went to buy the game and took it home open the game case and no game. They got my money and myself no game my son is mad and Im pissed so what can I do

Half of the used stuff they have is probably stolen from someones car. They wont give it back to the owners unless you involve the police. Extremely unhelpful.

I will not be returning. I stopped by to get a last minute Christmas gift and I paid the same amount for a used game as they sell it new. When I commented on the price the employee made a few rude comments and then ignored me for the rest of the transaction.

If your black you get asked 9 times do you need help they wont let you shop and they want you to get the hell out of the store.
