From LG Stylo 4 2019 to LG Stylo 6 2021I am so grateful for Adrainne J. service and experience! I wouldnt get a phone anywhere else in Charlottesville VA and have dealt with Boost Mobile off and on since 2015, due to coverage and moving. Experience is a great help but when you actual care about your job? Now thats a leader and future store owner. Thank you Adrainne.

Employees have an attitude, have bought several devices from there that are defective and trying to get them to resolve the issues is a nightmare. Also have had them try to overcharge me for services, etc. By far the worst service I have found yet. Would recommend you try any other provider before you try them.

Adrianne the worker was awesome, but with Cherry Ave. being the only Boost mobile in Charlottesville, there should be 2 workers at all times. That young lady deserves a raise.

The associates today was very rude, they couldnt even sale me a cellphone because they was doing inventory, if you cant sell phones then why are you open. You can tell the lady was upset about something, customer service is very important.

Store is never opened when it should be...I filed a complaint to headquarters!

Absolutely LOVED my experience today at the cherry location. Heather went above and beyond to help me change three lines, and get three new phones. She knew exactly what I needed to get for my little brothers first phone. Now my mom and grandma also have the hook up!! Will definitely be going back for the great service. She was an absolute doll! And she was trying to run two stores at once!! Booked it to the pantops location, and got back before we returned (had to go pick up the little brother from school early of course! He needed his new birthday phone!!) Thank you for everything, Heather!

My grandfather purchased a cell phone from Tower Phones on Cherry Avenue in Charlottesville. Let me just say this has been one of the worst experiences I have EVER dealt with. He went to the store to purchase this phone on 08/24/2016, and came home to find that he doesnt have signal at his house. I told him to take the phone back and cancel the services since he doesnt get signal at home. He attempted to return the phone on 08/25/2016. He was told by the associates there that he couldnt return the phone, because he signed a contract stating that he couldnt return the phone. I called them to ask questions regarding this contract on 08/26/2016. I was told that when he came in the phone was working fine, and there was nothing they could do. I told them I wanted to speak with their manager. They transferred me to Maria whom told me yet again that there isnt anything they can do, but they could have their manager call me on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. It reached Monday (today), and there still was no phone call back. I spoke with a representative today whose name was David I believe whom told me that there was nothing that I could do, and since the amount is so little why do I care so much. This is beyond ridiculous to do to an elderly person who was told hed have service at his home, and when he got home found that there wasnt any service. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Robbing an elderly person of their money for promised services is wrong. Thankfully, boost mobile refunded my grandfather for the services/insurance purchased for the phone.

I had the worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. The store manager interrupted me several times while I was trying to explain my phone situation to her, so I never got to tell her the whole story. I was very polite and nice, but she responded rudely. She didnt let me finish talking and basically yelled at me over the phone. Extremely unprofessional conduct on their end.

I have NEVER been in this location where they were able to help. The young lady who is usually there, doesnt really seem to have an interest in being there. If you are looking at using Boosts services, seek help elsewhere.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. The staff is useless and condescending. And based on information I have found on the Boost mobile site (regarding corporate policies) they are also liars.DO NOT GO HERE. Save yourself the headache.

My experience here was terrible, I drove all the way across town showed up at 640 and the man who was working tonight locked the door before I could even walk in. He looked at me got on his cell phone and acted like I wasnt there. If Im not mistaken this stores closing time is 7 PM not 640, bit thanks a lot for the inconvenience.
