DO NOT GO HERE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO Mr. Fix on the downtown mall. Never take your iPhone here. I came in to this store to have a simple screen replacement done due to a small crack I had just gotten earlier in the day. I was charge $125 dollars for an hour of work and replacement of the screen which is pretty standard. THE NEXT DAY, after tossing my phone in my purse the screen literally popped out of my phone and the whole screen when black and purple. I immediately called and revisited the store to see if he could fix it and he conveniently was not there, never answered the phone, and never returned the voicemail that I politely left him. He will steal your money, and his repairs are not professional and EXTREMELY Sloppy. I ended up taking my phone to a professional and they thought I had attempted to repair the screen myself. They were floored when I told them how much I paid compared to the job that was done. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE! Go to Mr. Fixit

Very efficient, fast and complete repair. It is very satisfying to be able to get a broken or failing device back into working order and provide a few more years of fault free service for a modest fee.

A wonderful experience after a poor experience at Mr. Fix It. I stopped ran in, ordered screen, a week later, stopped and dropped phone an hour later, stopped, ran in and picked up phone all repaired. Very quick, professional. Stop in alley for quick run in, made it better.

Went in last week because the screws were loose and falling out of my Macbook air. I met with a super nice gentleman who not only got me new screws, tightened everything up, and did it super fast... He also opened the back of my laptop up and pointed out areas (and fixed) where cables were out of line, ect.Went above and beyond and didnt even charge me for any of it! Next time my laptop is broken or any issues come up Im going to Stay Mobile

Dude was super friendly, did an apple certified repair on my totaled phone in 40 minutes. Unlike your mall kiosk or something, not only will they replace the screen, but also the whole liquid crystal and gel display behind it. Awesome environment, I would reccomend this place over any other in the area.

Heres how it is: Earth got used up, so we terraformed a whole new galaxy of Earths, some rich and flush...Whoops, wrong story.Heres how it is: I walked into Staymobile with a broken phone & a $69 quote--I walked out two minutes later with a fixed phone and the $69 still in my pocket. And they validated parking. In essence they paid me to fix my phone.Thats how you know a car shop is good: they reattach the hose clamp and tell you to GTFO. Same applies here.

Very honest and reliable. I brought a iPhone 6s plus that had died to get repaired and they tried several things over several times there, including a last ditch effort that unfortunately failed. They explained everything clearly each step of the way. When it was found that the phone was unrepairable I was given a full refund. This is not the first or the last time I have used them. They are my go to guys for cell phone problems!

I called and they quoted me $190+ to fix my iphone 6, I told the guy it only cost at least $70 less at other stores nearby I called to simple mac and one new store in downtown mall and he said are you sure and I looked it up while on the phone and said yeah , and he said oh ok and hung up.I thought this place is supposed to compete with other and be cheaper or at least equal??Im confused.

$120 to replace a cell phone screen. It then spontaneously cracked within 12 hours. They apparently dont any warranty. They refused to refund my money, and refused to fix the phone.The technician keep accusing me of sitting on the phone - which didnt happen.No phone, out $120 dollars, and accused of lying...

Not open on weekends. Or Mondays. On July 20, 2015, between 9 and 10am, no one answered the phone. Also couldnt leave a message because voice mail was full.Why rent office space, which your customers get to pay for in the form of higher prices, then choose not to open your shop during business hours? In an era when you can order a $10 screen replacement kit off Amazon, then watch a Youtube video and fix your device yourself in an hour, youre going to need much better service and much lower pricing to stay relevant. First, let me say I have repaired phones, not as a business, but my own and for friends. It is not easy work, and I have been in IT, including PC repair, for 20 years.
