Our garage door spring broke and we reached out to different companies. They all said it would take a few days to get out to fix the garage door. A friend recommended Mo of Overhead Garage Door of the Carolinas.I called Mo and he had someone out to my house by lunch the following day to install a new set of springs. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of with superior service. Chris (gentleman who installed the springs) was incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He made sure everything was in proper order. Also, they have a 5 year warranty on their springs versus the one year warranty from the other companies. Moes Garage did a good job with the installation, however I had to call them to take the old doors back and they damaged a wall switch and would not fix it, even after they said they would, so beware of their promises, and dont pay them untill you are satisfied with their work.

Late to the appointment, but very efficient work and professionalism wasn’t at its hightest
