I have been a customer since we moved to Charlotte. Today just reinforced it. Door issue, off the track, etc. Called the Charlotte office and Ricky was here in no time....despite it being Friday afternoon with my end of the day call.. The five stars are for Assa Abloy’s maintenance plan...but more than that, you get great technicians like Ricky who go above and beyond.

They are getting ready to close this office.

Nice people, but I’m giving it a 1 Star, because for a truck driver, driving a 53ft road tractor, this place is awful to deliver to. There’s so much junk in the delivery area, it looks like a landfill, then on top of that, you’ve got to blindside back into the door. You guys should really clean up your delivery lot. Just saying.. Sh*t looks like a category 5 hurricane hit the parking lot.

Tim Johnson installed our new Chamberlain garage door opener so fast, and so efficiently. He explained and showed us how the remote controls pad on the garage works, how the new pad inside the garage worked and made sure everything was working satisfactorily. He cleaned up everything when he left. Hes installed for us before and are we glad he was the one that did this install! If there were 6 stars, Tim would surely get it!

Tim Johnson was GREAT! He did a wonderful job on the weather stripping around my garage doors. He also programmed my garage keypad and lubricated the doors. Excellent customer service. If only all repair men were that friendly and accommodating!

We had a broken spring with cars trapped in the garage. We called at 8:00 am and they were able to squeeze us into their day. Tim Johnson did the repairs quickly and well, including some maintenance on the rest of the door and hinges. He was also very nice and funny.

Assa Abloy came out ready to install the exact same model opener for $175 less, but when they got here informed me there was nothing wrong with my opener, I just had a broken spring. I could not be more pleased with the service we received from Assa Abloy. Both technicians that came to me house went above and beyond.Once it was determined that we needed a new garage door motor, the first technician pointed out that our wiring was not up to code. We needed to have an electrician install a new outlet. This technician took the time to tell me how the outlet should be installed in order to insure that it was safe and up to code.Next, a technician came out to install the new garage door motor. He was very professional and did a great job. The old motor was not on the correct metal joist. The technician added metal joists and took the time to make sure that it was aesthetically pleasing. He also offered to hook the garage door opener to the lync in my car which I was grateful for. I would not have known how to do this on my own but he was also not obligated to do so.I would recommend this company to someone in need to garage door services.
