They installed my garage door opener to an upgraded, quieter model and actually sold me down from the model I asked about. This just showed me the type of integrity and customer attention they provide. They recently came to adjust my door and I had they change the rollers on the door to help quiet the setup even more, since my sons room is above the garage. Would recommend RCS 10/10 times.

Daniel and Matt installed a 13 foot Copay roll up door on my out building/barn on 6/29/21. They did an outstanding job. I couldnt be more pleased. The price they charged was lower than any of the other estimates I received. It has a great warranty as well. I knew that neither my building nor my ground were very level, but they had no problem squaring everything up and it looks and performs better than I had imagined. The only problem they had was that it was too long and heavy for them to safely set it into the top bracket. They called Ryan, who offered to quickly come out and give them an extra set of hands. He was here in about 15 minutes and before much longer they had it all finished. (sorry about the bee sting, Ryan). When the door was rolled down the first time they noticed a couple of minor dints from the factory. They seemed more upset about it than I was. They said they would contact the factory and have a new one sent out and reinstalled. I told them it is just a barn door and not to bother with replacing it. Daniel took a piece of scrap wood and almost completely made them disappear. I would recommend RCS to anyone looking for repairs or new installation of any type garage door.THANK YOU RCS

Wonderful experience. Called to get a quote during this fabulous pandemic, spoke to JD and Ryan Johnston came out immediately to give me a quote for a new garage door and opener install.It was installed today and they gave me a 9 to 11 window and promptly called and showed up at 9am.The door is beautiful and I keep going into my garage for that new door smell. I was very pleased with the install and cleanup. I highly recommend them.The only thing I would suggest to improve upon, if I may, is the communication on the status of the order, and be aware there is a credit card processing fee I was not aware of.

Since the beginning of Covid we have started doing remodeling on our 13 year old home. We got to the garage doors to spruce up the exterior of the house and add some window with natural light in the garages. We reached out to RCS because of all there glowing reviews to get a estimate on new doors and look at samples of door panels they offer.The technican came out to measure the doors and show us samples. The pricing was fair so we moved forward. Once the doors arrived they were in contact with us and scheduled a Friday install. Bob the owner came out when the guys were getting started and by 3pm we had new garage doors.The whole process was very smooth and pricing was fair. My door was repaired courteously and quickly. I appreciated that fact that the technician did not attempt to sell a service or product that I did not need.

Our home was built by Pulte in Sun City 5.5 years ago. In Feb of 2015 RCS installed the garage door. The opener they used was so noisy that it could be heard throughout the entire home so I replaced it after 18 months. Now, I just had a spring break and when they were replaced it was discovered that RCS used two totally different length and gauge springs when they installed the door. The photo shown is the original springs. The top spring in the photo is a 22 inch spring and the bottom spring (the one that broke) is a 25 inch one. While one can determine the lift rating of two different springs and then order to get a matching set, I feel this was just a company using what was available knowing one of the springs would give out faster due to the difference in sizes.Funny thing, their sticker on the door says Right from the StartUPDATE!While I was disappointed in the fact that the springs were different sizes after further research I find that 30% of the manufacturers and repair business do this to save on inventory. Nothing underhanded should be taken from this fact.Note the Incredible response from Bob S. the owner of RCS garage doors. Our Garage door came off its track when we returned home on Christmas Night. I started called garage repair places on Saturday morning as my car was in the garage. RCS was the only company that answered their phone. Matt the technician made an appointment for 11 am and showed up on time. I recently moved into a 30 year old house that I sarcastically refer to as the Money Pit. After having one of my garage doors slightly damaged during a septic repair, RCS came out to take a look. The technician was on time (a little early actually), friendly and professional. He took pity on my plight and got both of my garage doors stabilized and functional for a minimal cost. He then walked through the various options to replace both doors, generated a quote on the spot, but didnt pressure me at all to make a decision (he simply said call us when youre ready). Overall Im very happy with RCS and when funds permit (and the Money Pit stops sucking my bank account dry), I fully intend to move forward with them on the replacements.

Anthony showed up as I was told he accessed what I needed. He then gave me my options and ask what I wanted as well. I agreed to have both new operators replaced from old chain to belt with WiFi and he was short one but upgraded one of my operators for same price. So got one better operator for same price. Everything went smooth. One of my doors seem to be a bit heavy but I’ll be calling them back out in few months to replace both my doors with new ones which will be insulated and new seals tracks and all. Great company will definitely be my go to garage door company.
