They were mediocre and I am rating 3 stars bc they were able to come quickly BUT in the end it could have been avoided through a short phone conversation. Anyway they came result? need new opener ok Im sure thats the usual suggestion but I thought I hired someone professional who could help FIX the issue with parts, my option? to buy their new unit installed for $XXX. No details on unit, no getting to choose, no idea what features provided.Basically I got charged to get a quote for a new unit is my position on this. If you dont have any replacement parts to intend to fix or repair a opener (aka the plastic gears that usually break), why the hell charge to assess the unit? I already said it was broken... Please be careful with the conversation guys before you lose money as easily as I did this was my fault. Manager didnt even care to ask any details about the issue over the phone though I was trying to describe them.Found another local supplier and installer (a global garage door company) that got me a unit and installation for much less so shop around guys!!!-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------To the owner & readers: Agree with your points the company suggested the same after I was able to tell them the gears were broken. The quote for installation of a new unit is comparable to other companies in the area, I just got a good deal.The company did sell me a commercial chamberlain with MyQ and camera so I would hope it is not much worse than your contractor series for residential but admit yes you likely have access to higher durability contractor models.But basically repair service and charging a assessment fee on models that are recommended to be replaced anyway when they are confirmed to be broken just seems like throwing away money. If the tech was able to help with picking a more affordable model or asked you to follow up with me on options that he didnt know that would have helped the miscommunication a lot. Instead I just got an unclear hefty quote that basically scared me off.

Anthony was fast with repairs. He called when he was on his way. He was very nice and explained everything. He had all the parts needed for the repairs and replacement with him. He even fixed some things that were wrong with the original installation (not from this company.) My garage door & opener work better than before—much smoother & quieter. The remote/sensor is better, too and works from a greater distance. I really appreciate the outstanding work from Anthony and this company.

They had a professional come out named Corey who was very respectful and kind he was very thorough with his assessment and then they replaced and fixed everything so quickly I was honestly mind blown.
