This is the second time we have used Wayne and Dalton. Both experiences were amazing! Taylor installed a new garage door opener / system for us. He was awesome! He installed it quickly, correctly, professionally and he cleaned up everything from the previous system before he left! Also, it is the best garage opening system we have ever owned. It is so quiet and goes up and down smoothly! Thank you for the best service and product!

From start to finish, we had a phenomenal experience with the Wayne Dalton Sales and Service team. Every phone call was thorough and the tech who came out to our house was personable, professional, and did a great job with our installation. My husband and I cannot recommend Wayne Dalton more. Smooth and easy! Installer arrived on time, friendly and professional. Installation took about an hour for two units. The Genie openers, model 2128, are the quietest on the block, all my neighbors are jealous. Super happy with the Alladin connectivity and features, I’m now connected to my doors wherever I’m at via phone. I’ve already recommended to friends and family and couldn’t be happier with the experience and the openers.

The Technician ( Jerry) came at the scheduled time - was courteous and made some suggestions that were not pushy. I decided to go with those recommendations eventhough I had not planned on the added expense. I am very happy with their professionalism and would highly recommend them

Two gents came and delivered superb service to my squealing noisy garage door. They were very kind and considerate. They quickly troubleshooted the issues with the door opening and shutting on its own and fixed that too. Great job!

I bought and paid for a garage door and installation on August 4 2021, at Lowes. Since then, I have been waiting for the inspection process. Today is August 21. Yesterday I called again and they confirmed they were coming at 11:am. They left me waiting all day. They said that can not get me through phone, but I have email and they can go to my home..They have my address. Feeling disappointed.On September 22, finally the site was inspected now I have to wait for two or three months more for the installation .:(

Our tech Darrell was great. He explained everything as he worked on the garage door and was able to get all of our issues taken care of. I would highly recommend using this company again.

Professional and fast installation. The installer showed and explained the parts of the system, how to safely operate the system and provided maintenance instruction.

The woman triaging calls will lead to this companies demise. I called Monday and I apparently interrupted the personal conversation she was having as I was told to hold on while she told the person on her cell she would call them back. I proceeded to tell her that I needed damage to my garage repaired and that I called this particular company because they were contracted with my home’s builder. I then asked how soon they could repair it and I was told if it was in stock they could come out next business day. I was very clear that I wanted the door repaired ASAP because it wouldn’t close. Just my luck the door panel would need to be ordered and she couldn’t give me an exact date at the moment. When I followed up 3 days later to get an estimated date I was told that the door had not been ordered and that it would be 2-3 months before they could come out. I get it, Covid has caused delays but with clear communication and professionalism I would have waited or even ordered anything that would have come in faster. So now even if I have to buy a whole new door I will not purchase with them!!!!

Very horrible phone service manner. I called to see if I can confirm my appointment today and phone lady was very not happy with that. She did not confirm it but said if you have appointment today they will call you prior your appointment. I just wanted to make sure somebody is coming to my house today but she transferred me to different person and call was dropped. It is not first time.. its my second i felt this way and I an very disappointed with their service manner. Please dont call them.

Kevin came out to replace our garage door. He was professional and friendly. He answered all the questions we had and say we can always call back if we have more questions in the future. He replaced the door very fast. Very satisfied with this company. Thank you for your service.

We made an appointment for this morning between 8-12. Did not receive a call by 1 so I called to get an ETA. I had a service person call back to state that the technician that was assigned got into an accident and could not make it out till Friday. Today is Tuesday and although I am sorry that the technician had an accident, this does not excuse that I had to call to check up and get an update. Further more I took a whole day off work to wait for someone and to be told they couldnt come out till Friday now. I called the service manager and without surprise he was not available. I left a voicemail to call me back and left the explained details. I still have yet to receive a call back hours later. Unacceptable! I should have listened to the reviews. Be aware of poor customer service. It makes me wonder what the actual service is like.

I waited on my springs way longer than I should have. 3 different guys came out and none got it fixed in first trip. Still charged full price even having to wait and they dont offer military or senior discounts like most companies.

Great people they totally took the time to explain there products and answer my questions. Fair pricing for what is out there
