I had my garage floor coated last Friday and it turned out better than any pics posted in a brochure. The techs that did the floor did an amazing job and answered all my questions while watching them do all the steps from start to finish. They have been the only contractors in our home the last few years that when they left for the day all they left behind was a great job and a beautiful floor.

Purchased a new garage door with Presto earlier this year but kept my old motor. The garage door is great and they helped with some gaps due to uneven pavement by putting an oversized rubber on the bottom. I ended up purchasing a new Linear motor recently which they installed quickly and works great. They are always quick to respond and have been great to work with.

Sunday night I called Presto to leave a message to arrange a service appointment. To my surprise a human answered and proceeded to schedule an appointment for the following day at 4:00. Presto did a great job replacing our broken garage door springs. A tech named Brandon was onsite within 24 hours of my phone call to them. Tech was polite, professional and efficient. Replacement springs were correctly installed, everything was lubed up and the door now works perfectly.

It was a pleasure working with Terry the sales representative to get a fair deal on the garage doors. He made sure I knew the key aspects needed for sound, operating doors. The installer did not bring enough weather stripping with him for door installation and could not get a garage door opener adjusted which finally broke. Terry followed up with weather stripping, make repairs to the garage door opener and the doors are working great. Terry is by far one of the best reps Ive had the pleasure to work with.

Seems like a really good product and I am happy with the appearance. As far as how durable it is time will tell. It looks like it could last a long time but it’s only been a day.Communication with their office was lacking as texts went unanswered, scheduling was messed up but their employee Todd made up for all of that.The job took way longer than it should have because one employee didn’t show up at all, another showed up hours late (Owners Son) and two of the guys did very little work leaving Todd to do 90% of the job by himself. Going this way is way more expensive than paint or epoxy coatings but it appears to be a superior product.As a business owner myself, the two employees who sat in the truck in the AC and played with their cell phones most of the time would be sent packing. I hope the warranty is through the manufacturer and not the contractor.

Our install tech, Eric, was very nice and hard working. I.have dome some of this type of work myself and I was impressed with his knowledge of the product and the efficient way he went about his work. His keeping the work area clean and picked up of debris was especially impressive. The new doors work very smoothly and are very much quieter than our old doors. I would highly recommend this company and especially this installer.The floor crew were very nice and willing to explain each of the process to me. I did notice after they left that there were a couple of places that were not smoothed out like the rest of the floor. This is not a major issue, but it is noticeableThe main reason for not.rating the company a five star is that the garage door installer noticed a dent in one panel and said he was going to write it up. Discussions with office personnel indicated it did not get written up. I was asked to send photos of the dent and the sticker on the panel. I did as requested. So far I have have heard nothing. I have not gotten any Indiction that they are working to correct this issues. I also pointed it out to the floor crew.Also, there seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Prior to the floor crew coming I had numerous reminder texts and that would normally be good, but I got two of every text. Although they were scheduled to come do the job previously agreed upon, some of the texts said the consultant would be coming to show us what options we had. This was done months ago.

The 3 man crew showed up and went to work. They were quick and efficient They had to come back the next day to put the final coat on and clean up. The final product is beautiful. Beware of one thing —- if you are told by the salesman that it’s a one day project and you can put everything back in the garage the same day. It’s not true. Plan on your garage being worked on 2 days. Your things will not be able to go back for 3 days —- the 2 they are working and the 3rd for all to dry and harden.

I use them at work and for mine and my bosss house. They are fast and reliable.

I can’t say enough about this company. My floors at my dealership looked terrible. Made the place look very dark. Bill the sales manager called me and came out. Showed me there product and I was impressed. With how quickly it dried and how shinny it is. Todd who also works for the company did the work and they really took there time. Filled in all the cracks/ grind down the floors ( which where terrible). Took them 2 days for 1500 sq feet. Which was amazing. Other companies told me a week then after a week I had to wait another week to drive on it. 2 days to do a big project and I can drive on it the next day! SOLD! I am much more please with this company now that they have been acquired by Presto. The tech that came out diagnosed the problem and came up with the solution quickly. I did not have to be home. I just gave them access to the area and he gave me updates and took my payment by phone. Company provides great communication as far as anticipated arrival and progress updates.

The gutter installation was scheduled for the next day without confirming my availability and then they arrived 2 hours late after I moved my work schedule around to accommodate their arrival. The garage door opener installation didn’t include the roller replacement that I was told would be included. The costs were super confusing and kept changing. The front office had different prices than my estimate which was frustrating.

I had new gutters installed by Presto Garage and Gutters on April 14th, due to my original gutters being old and literally hanging off of the house. The installation ended up being less than I initially thought new gutters would have been, also.I got a quote from Bill about a week prior to installation and he was able to work around my very busy work schedule and met me at 7 in the morning, in Statesville, to help me out, which I really appreciate! He was on time, very knowledgeable and informed me about potential upgrades and even helped me to understand what I needed and what I didnt. I ended up going with 6 inch gutters with 3 X 4 downspouts installed by Matt and his brother and am very pleased with results! It looks like new house with such nice gutters! I have already recommended them to a few friends who could also use new gutters. Overall, it was an easy process with quality results. And will probably get them to do my garage door too, when the time comes 😉

In response to the owners comments, these are the facts:1) Company was supposed to call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I could meet them at property, this didnt happen2) Technician entered the garage initially, and then knocked on the door to inform tenants he was in the garage.3) The motor was not tampered with or touched. I was informed a new motor needed to be ordered, but was told the warranty was void because the case was opened and the circuit board fried4) I did not create a problem here, the garage door stopped working. I did try to fix it by resetting and seeing what I could do before calling. The warranty is now void because I tampered with the motor which is factually incorrect.

Completely dissatisfied. Motor broke on unit and company claimed warranty was not valid because plastic casing was opened. For service, they were asked to contact me 30 minutes prior as I didnt live at property. They didnt, and proceeded to enter the garage without my permission. Once they entered the garage, they knocked on door inside to alert occupants but entered garage on their own. I recommend taking business elsewhere, they did ANYTHING they could to void the warranty when the unit clearly broke. Unreliable product that broke within a year after a simple power outage and zero warranty....they just wanted to take pictures and blame the owner.

We had gutter guards installation with this company. Crew was hours late arriving and never called to inform us. We had to keep calling to determine if the crew was actually showing up and even had to escalate the issue to the owner of the company. That was VERY frustrating to say the least so thats my reasoning for 4 stars. Yet when they finally arrived, the job was done to completion without much issues. We have one lingering issue that we have to get addressed with the company that warranty should cover.

After having many issues with a door they installed for my new construction home and taking in consideration that my moving day was delayed because and I was not able to test the door appropriate, the owner was willing to grant a warranty call. They sent a technician bu name Geovani. I will give Geovani a 5 stars for his professionalism and expertise. I am giving 4 stars because the service call is not completed yet and few items still needs to be done. I hope they will send Geovani back to complete the job as he has been the only one who has taken the time to do a throughout inspection of the door before doing any repair. Had a great experience with serving a broke lift I had. Called and was able to schedule a next day appointment. The service man was on time and appeared well dressed and was polite. Way to go. I have used Garage Doors & More of the Piedmont twice now and just had to say a few words. The first time, I was heading out of town and my wife called and could not get in the garage. Making a long story short, my 14 year old opener was done. I am a guy that has contacts, but had no one in garage doors so I hit the internet. They replaced my opening system after thoroughly attempting to locate problem, I watched his diagnostic approach and agreed with conclusion.
