Just had a fantastic experience with Aladdin Garage Doors. They installed my garage door a little over a year ago and although my foundation is off they put up the door in a way it would work. Well a year later I ran into some issues and the gentleman that came out has guided me in the right direction to get it fixed and stayed long to help put it on the right track for now. I highly recommend Aladdin Garage Doors of Charlotte. My garage door spring broke very early in the morning and really put me in a bind. Brian was very professional. He got out to my house very fast and repaired my door and got me on the road with time to spare. Kim was very helpful and professional on the phone as well.

Came out right away at 730 at night. I called 3 other companies. One could not make it until the next day, one did not pick up at all. Aladdin picked up right away and came out within an hour. Brian came out to replace a broken spring on our door. He did that work quickly and professionally, and recommended new rollers which made a big difference with the overall sound the door makes.
