I’ve been using this facility for two months now I get freight deliveries from FedEx ,Judy has made the experience with public storage exceptionally good. She has helped the drivers get in and out of the facility which accommodates trucks well with its wide drive way and gate. She’s very professional and easy to communicate with, She’s always cleaning around the grounds .. a real joy to work with

Do not recommend. Pushed unnecessary insurance on us and lied about the fees for the month. Definitely overcharged. Also, low quality storage units, smaller than advertised.

I was very happy with the service from the call center that made sure that I was calling about the right property, he found a special online for me, took my information and said the manager would give me a call back and make an appointment. Within 10 minutes Judy called me back made an appointment for me between 3:00 and 4:00 of course I was late but she didnt seem to mind she made sure that I had all the right information they had the special that he found in their computer already she walked me through it showed me the unit sold me a lot and got me out of a if tight jam. Ive been there a couple of times now and the place seems to always be secured and clean when I get there. I would recommend it to other people. And my dog Loki loves the climate controlled floors. Being Dog friendly is another big plus.ThanxCowboy

I worked with Kayla to rent out a unit for my mother while she was in process with moving into another home in Arizona from out of the state. Kayla was extremely helpful and prompt with her suggestions on what units would be best. She really made it easy given my mother was coming from out of state. In the past I’ve rented units from public storage and I’ve never had such bad experience until this time here at this location by the so called Manager by the name of Judy extremely rude left me an urgent message to call I thought it was an issue regarding my stuff turns out she basically acted like if I owed them money I tried to ask her questions or to explain to me she just started to speak over me and could not explained extremely rude the funny thing is when I rented this unit she pretty much begged me to leave a good review for her said her boss does look for good reviews well guess what I hope he or she also looks for bad ones because you should not be in this position you suck at it

I went in on a Sun. to get my storage place. A guy showed it to me on Sat. and I reserved it on line. I came in at Sun. at 4:35. The nasty girl there (ugly, bright pink hair and silly eyeliner) said she wont do it because I have to be there by 4:30. I said Yes, sorry Im FIVE MINUTES late. But I already saw the unit and reserved the space so the work is pretty much done, right? She said You have to be h ere by 4:30 so Im not going to reserve it for you. So I went out to my car, but I was mad so I went back in and said Im leaving you a bad review so people know how you are. Then she LIED and said I didnt say I wouldnt do it for you, you just ran out. Uh, yeah, as if I wasnt actually there and would believe her. Anyway, the unit looked ugly and had no doors. Im going to another place with nice workers.

Nice location. Took full month out literally on the day we said we were moving everything out and wouldnt refund or even prorate. They used its in the contract excuse. Should be a scam doing this knowing there going to probably lease it out anyways this month . Second time this company has done that. Will not do business there again.

Reserve online for a discount and only $1 dollar for first months rent!*•▪BRING your own LOCK with you when you go to look at the units though.Their policy is that the unit has to be secured at time of inspection and if you dont have a lock in your pocket they will charge you $20 bucks for for a lock.

Kayla is awesome. Super friendly and runs a tight ship. We use the facility to store products we sell so we are in and out frequently. Our truck broke down once at the facility and Kayla let us store it there safely for two days until we could get it towed. Great service.

I had a great experience while renting my 10 x 10 storage unit. I worked with Kayla and she was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole transaction. They have a great deal going on where you can rent a storage unit and it only cost you $1 (plus a $24 1 time admin fee) for the first month. The unit itself was clean and well lit. They have carts available to use for the storage areas that are not drive up option. They offer climate control units and ones that are not. All in all I am extremely happy I chose to rent my unit here. I feel my belongs are safe and secure.

Recently rented a storage unit with Public Storage. Jessi was VERY helpful and took time to show us around in order for us to make choices. The paperwork went smoothly and we finished with everything quickly. The grounds look neat and tidy and the storage unit we chose was clean. We will followup with another review after we have used the facility for a while. So far would give a positive recommendation.
