Good booking process, quick & easy. I got a 10% military/veteran discount. The lift gate truck was outstanding. The truck was like new, only 18,000 miles on it. Everything was done quickly and professionallly at the office, unlike experiences Ive had with that other huge rental company that has franchises on every block. Although I did have to speak to the corporate offices both times I called the local number, they were quick to answer and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Excellent demonstration of how the equipment works. Before I took the truck back, I even moved some hay bales with the lift gate. :) I will never, ever move without a Penske lift gate truck again!

They have a wait in your car service which through me at first. But it really works. You call the number that is posted everywhere out front and they come out and help you nearly immediately. They are really quick about service. Trucks appear to be very well cared for. Price is more than competitive. I have used them multiple times over the years. This is my go to location.

Got to small of a truck with no ramp. Didnt figure that put til I got home. Called and asked for a truck with a ramp, no problem. We are now loading. Great customer service.

We were about to leave for Oregon today but right once we started to leave the driveway my fiance thought it was a good idea to double-check the car just in case and the guy who hooked up our car at Penske didnt do it properly so the lever is completely stuck under my bumper were unable to get it out we cant move the truck forward nor backward were honestly surprised the car last of the hour drive home and didnt come off on the highway look how loose this is

Quick , convenient and clean rental trucks. We all know to fill it up with gas when done. My buddy ended up with a $120 gas bill because he didnt fill her up.

Great truck rental experience! With AAA discount, it was cheaper than anyone else for one-way rental with unlimited miles.Wouldve like to have gotten moving-van since thats all we needed. Ended up reserving a 12-ft moving truck. But those were all gone and we ended up 16-ft truck instead. Which is fine, but sucked up gas much faster than moving van.Note to Penske, get more moving-vans and 12-ft trucks! :)

We were a bit hesitant based on previous reviews, but we had no issues. We needed a one-way rental as we moved out of state, Penske had the best rate with unlimited mileage on a one-way, even with the insurance. The truck was new, spacious, good on gas. The process for pickup and dropoff was easy. We were able to reserve a 6 AM pickup.The only downsides which was the case for all one-way rentals, the minimum was a three day rental. We only needed the truck for 1 day and had to pay for 3.We would definitely use Penske again.

Overpriced and overbooked they need to purchase more box trucks with lift gates too many people are renting them out and theres just not enough to go around

Drove all the way from Phoenix to Nashville towing a car behind the big Penske truck 1667 miles. Truck drove great... just wish it would go more than 69 miles an hour. It had cruise control though!!!

Drove from Mesa to Delaware. Got the es rates by requesting a quote and providing my phone number. The online quote was reasonable, but when they called to follow up, the quote I received from the representative was even lower.

Lennie and crew at Penske are awesome! Had no problem picking up truck, reassured me ahead of time it would be okay to tow my car and even helped us hook up the car and trailer! Totally loved my experience and would recommend them to all!

From SLC to PhoenixFirst, the price was better and I got a new truck that was incredibly comfortable especially on a 700 mile trip. D in Centerville was awesome on phone and had the truck/dollies ready to go. I want to mention the floor inside cargo truck was perfect sliding the furniture in and out.

I have rented a lot of trucks in the past, this was one of the cleanest trucks I have ever rented.

Ive used this location multiple times and the trucks are always clean and the staff friendly. I am always running late on moving day and the staff here always holds the truck until I show up.
